Idea data connection quality becomes very poor since last 3 weeks. Before that it was excellent but now data (Internet) connection dropping in every 5 min for at least 10 seconds. This is for mobile Internet connection. I have prepaid idea connection.

    I have been using idea post paid connection since 1.5 years I bought a new mobile n thought o[censored]sing idea 3g I upgraded my plan. Ever since I have taken d service I have not been able to use d service . every time I use idea 3g it works slow. I called their call centre I req a supervisor they transfer my call to supriya.prashant.rahul and other people who promise to help me but no help m getting mentally harressed n now m gonna commit suicide n Aditya birla group will b whole sole responsible for it. These guys charge for 3g n give u 2g. I think Aditya birla should consider changing staff. These guys cheat . I m nt going to pay bill for next month bill at all this is d 3rd day m call idea call centre n asking for help I wanna file police n court case against Aditya birla group . idea cheat .they have been taking money from me I have never received my bill ever. I tried to speak to their manager they say Jo karna hai kar lo hamari policy hai ki hum Jo karna hai wohi karege Hell m paying my hard earned money to these cheap guys for nothing . I start internet it doesnt work n idea deduct my money why would I pay money for not being able to use d service I have all calls recorded that I have made to their call centre . I wanna file court case against Aditya birla group . Theif is wat idea cellular is . thefting money . fro middle class people . I will now suicide get me my entire money bacj that I have paid to idea I will drag them to consumer court Dot should fire idea cellular out of india Chor sale Guys don't buy idea connection ever . They promise 3g n give u 2g N cheat u

      Dear, Greetings of the Day, we are using 12 connections of Idea under COIP for 2 years. Two nos. of which gone for Permanent Disconnection in the month of October 2014, [protected] & [protected] respectively, without any intimation to other nos. or persons in the loop. As nos. are important we went to idea store where they told us that nos. cant be issued again as these have moved to market. and there is no procedure, when we asked for the reason they said non-payment of Bill Mr Kuldeep Singh at Prime Communications Faridabad dealing this matter. Later we got to know these can be re-issued, for which we have to talk with MYCO Mr Vishal Yadav, he assured us to get the nos. re-issued, for which we have to pay off outstanding and security amount at Idea store. we have paid the amount at store on Monday 17th, 2014. 1330 & 745 for [protected] & [protected] respectively. the bill amount is so unfair that they are saying you have used & called DND no. 55181 for 120:01 Minutes on 2331 & internet usage of 200000.00 KBs on 2170, which is totally a fake story because nos. are used by very old personnel and they dont even know to use the phone well, the only use is attending incoming calls on both nos. the bills are so unfair still we have cleared all outstanding and paid security also for re-activation of both nos. But yesterday Thursday November 20th, 2014 around 12:50 Noon, we received a call from Rahul Bhati, Collection Agent for Noida/Greater Noida using [protected] he used all the wrong words and language that he can like an illiterate and GUNDA from a low class community he even threatened us to file case against fraud under 420 and to be prisoned and so on... also used many other threats and abusive words for the payment of 2000/- only and that too we have already paid at idea store. other nos. are used by lady members also and threatened them also. if this the company policy of idea to threaten the customers and using abusive words with them for payment of 2000/- only it is ridiculous and unbearable. Mr Vishal yadav also informed about this at the same time also we have written mail to him, but step has been taken by this time, we also spoke to Mr Sandeep Singh Nirwan Collection Manager regarding this and he said this very normal and he was onn leave so he doesnt know anything about the matter. After this incident we have decided to port out all our nos. form idea, because we dont want to deal with such a cheap company and illiterate/gundaa employees. But we want a very strict action against this incident from company side first and if company doesnt take any step, we are already in touch with PEHREDAAR & consumer forum also. for this we will take help of media persons also as few of our relatives are working in aajtak, live india and IBN7 also. Few of our nos. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Also mr Rahul Bhati threatened to BARD all the other nos. and threatened us to beat and hit all o[censored]s in our office only. we consider IDEA to be very customer friendly and genuine company but after this incident we are in no mood to stay connected further anyhow.         I have been asked to call 59059 activate my new prepaid SIMs [protected] and [protected]. The fact is this call never gets through it immediately disconnects. Worst part is whenever I call customer care and explain the situation that this number does not connect I get same answer "I have to call 59059" which does not work and no one is willing to suggest any alternative. It's been 2 days I am without a connection. Please resolve this.

            Hello Team, I received a call from [protected] near 4.45 pm 19/11/14, to pay my bill and used threatening language. I have all the email sent for bill discrepancies on my number [protected], but no reply as there were additional charges. I have been using this number for 5 - 6 years and why would I not want to pay bill. Please correct my Sept bill and my loss over the disconnection then i will pay the rest. I have all the email records and bill payment till date. But they activated a new service and over charged me in month of Sept 14'. When i requested to remove that their customer call was rude and later i receive a threatening call to pay the bill. 'paise bharo nahi toh apke sath thik nahi hoga' I have submitted my last email to remove my charges in Sept bill except for rent and taxes i will pay the rest.

            Today the new bill was again generated, after my account was barred on 5th Nov they added additional amout on theis of Rs 4285.20 and my outstanding was near 3200.00

            IO called the customer care and they do not take request to stop account from other number.

            My numbers were barred and how do i make call from same number?

            I have made my payment, i need proceed to file a consumer court complaint for harassment and over charging me. I have all confirmation in email.

                My ref no #[protected]/24 .I have taken the data card connection.I have never used it because it dint work with my laptop.I have called the idea executive regarding the problem.first time they have responded.then after they have not picked my call ..After 2 months of non usage i was sent a notice to pay an amount of 641/- for which i have called and informed that i have not used and how they have charged me with 641.they agreed for the payment of 350 which i tried paying at an outlet.I gave the payment amount at 01:00pm and when i approched them at 5 30 they said the bill will be paid only the next day as it could not b made at that outlet and they need to send the payment to another place.the same i called up the customer care and informed.He talked to some executive there and said the payment will be made and closed .by the time i took my money back and tried calling the executive to inform that i have taken my money back..he did not pick my call.after 2 days i get a leagal notice saying i need to pay an extra 500 for the notice raised.When i am continuosly in followup with the customer care how can u guys raise a leagal notice???I want an answer for thi.When am ready for payment how can u send a leagal notice...

                  Dear Sir, This is with reference to my Postpaid Connection application form no.- [protected] and received Sim card no.[protected], the sim card activation is still awaiting. I have submitted the request on 10th November and the security amount of Rs/- 300 had already been submitted on the same day. Not a single Idea official has approached me including Mr. Prem (whose contact number was provided) for address verification.                     From April 14 onwards I am receiving unwanted GPRS services despite making several request to IDEA for closing it. Initially they wrote me that its motivational package with discount of 50% thereafter by each month they started increasing charges and lastly I was forced for end-up with opting unlimited option since I am having smart phone with tonnes of application loaded which automatically started downloading. On 7th Nov 14 I decided to stop finally GPRS service since 3g service I have already in my another phone and made a call to C. Care to stop the GPRS service immediately. Here one important thing to be noted down that my bill generate on every 10th of month date. Shockingly despite my clear instruction C. Care cleverly closed the unlimited pack and kept remain on the DEFAULT GPRS service neither I received any mail notification or SMS for such action. I thought that my GPRS service still not closed and used the phone normally. On 9th Nov 14 I again made a call to know the status and surprisingly they told me that GPRS PACK service was off on 7th, however default service remain kept open...SURPRISED ME A LOT...HOW FOOLISH IT IS... I jolted when got my bill they had charged whooping Rs. 515 for GPRS data for just 2 days (i.e. between 7th to 9th) despite knowing the fact that I have unlimited GPRS pack till 10th and they made unreasonable charges. Thereafter I made a call on 11th Nov to C. CARE and some Gayatri attended this call and talk to me rudely. This is corporate connection and I asked how they can kept open the default service when I asked to stop all GPRS services ...She simply told...THIS IS THE PROCEDURE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY... Now I am fad-up with post-paid service of IDEA, their C.CARE response is very poor and lot of times I wrote to IDEA and unusually every time they took enormous time to resolve the issue. This time also I made complaint on 11th November and according to them the problem should be resolved by 18th Nov. Still I am waiting their reply and considering to rid-off from all services.                         I am writing this to you to notify that my idea no. having Account No.[protected] showing abundant amount of bill (Bill No. [protected]) for the period from 23-sept-14 to 22-oct-2014. On verification I found that my normal 'MUM_Voice Data Combo 399' rate plan got changed twice to other rate plans without my confirmation during the bill period due to which data charges are levied to me. And bill also showing Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration # with the total amount of 2251.57Rs. Same I raised to idea customer care many a times via call and emails but no one from the team is concern about the issue.

                          Hi team, I am facing problem with internet data deductions from last one month on my idea no. [protected]. The problem is that with in the time period of one month I was supposed to recharge the internet pack four times. I normally recharge with 105 pack which gives 300 mb for 28 days and which is enough to last for 20-25 days atleast if someone is using only whatsapp and some other normal sites on opera mini browser. But internet data deduction on my number is not equivalent to my actual internet surfing and downloaded data. I am using my same android phone from the last three years and I am well aware of internet surfing and dowloading data usages. When I disconnet the internet on my phone then sometimes suddenly it shows last usage was 40Mb or 50Mb even when I have not accessed to heavy websites or downloaded any data. I have my personel laptop and dongle for downloading purpose so I dont do this on mobile but still the data deduction is on too much higher side. Regarding this matter, I talked to idea customer care team but they also could not give me the proper explaination. So its a request to you to please look into this matter and solution.

                            Hoping, this Escalation mail will give the solution of my present problem. This month 3rd Nov 2014, I have approached Ms. Josh Telecom based on our Idea customer care suggestion and placed request with them to switch over from Vodafone network to Idea network. The entire requests have been collected from me and provided the SIM card and all formalities are completed both end. From 15th onwards I started to use Idea SIM facing the problem with signal issue and every time coming out of building making my personal calls is very challenges for me for avoiding the trouble, I approach Ms. Josh Telecom and requested to suggest or provide the alternate SIM (could be reason of SIM) but they responded message stating that:-  Sir, Madam is not available now. Please call after lunch (15-Nov-2014).  Sir, Madam just now went outside. You may call 05:00 PM (15-Nov-2014).  Sir, Madam is on another call, you may call on Monday (15-Nov-2014)  On 17-Nov-14, the supervisor replied that “If you have any signal problem we cannot correct and do anything, moreover we never invite you to take idea network”  Moreover, if you are not interested to continue you may switchover to Vodafone. This is way the support person will speak to customer. Also we are not getting the phone no’s just not free of cost. These kinds of approaches losing the idea company credibility. Anyways I explained the whole thing again to this to customer care person and asked him if he can do anything. He replied with the action will be taken within 45 Hrs (communication id C[protected]. Still no response….. Again, went back to Idea customer care explained whole things again with what was the problem I faced with Ms. Josh Telecom, they provided the one more complaint id and said that will be responded within 66 hours S[protected]. I would like to place personal request to Idea to take action on Ms. Josh Telecom Customer Support member. Hopefully, you could understand the customer pain and take necessary action on them and solution. Looking forward to hear from you. Regards, Jayaraman SV

About 3 weeks ago, I had purchased an IDEA PREPAID SIM CARD for Rs.100/- and was told that it comes with 1.5 GB data and 100 min free calling for free. I had submitted all required documents for proof. I was informed that the SIM would be activated in 24 hours. But even after that time it was not activated. When I contacted customer support, there was no proper response for the problem. I am waiting so long for the prepaid SIM activation. I kindly request you to activate my SIM card along with the free 1.5 GB data usage and free 100 min of call for which I paid a sum of Rs.100/-.                                     Dear Sir, I am having a postpaid connection ([protected])of idea celluler ltd. From begining i am getgting increased bill of rs.938.62/ sience october 2014 and no explaination o[censored]sess (tyoe adj), i requested for soft copy of my bill but i never get my bill of my uses company also not sent my hard copy.after that Each month i personally calls to customer care many times regarding my bill details. my bill date is 12nd of every month and 16th is due date. Every month i gives request 6 to 8 times but from last two months i am not getting my bill details o[censored]ses of Rs.- -938.62. i tried to login complain to customer care with complain no.- Comm Id# C1-[protected], they closed without giving any clearification or detail, i paid all last five bills, having proof too From this month idea stoped my all services without giving any intimation and clearification. i am totally fed-up. i tried to contact with customer services and more like Umesh- [protected], East Delhi, sameer choudhary- [protected] and east delhi customer manager Manish- [protected] but no one resolved my issue. Please arrange immidiate solution, otherwise i will go to consumer court and never use idea services and convienced my all friens & relatives to port from idea to other network. Even after stoping mmy all services for unused services they raised payment from 900 rs to 1400 rs. its not justified. payment.my connection no. is [protected].                                         Dear sir. I am old customer of Idea cellular. Want to discuss about 2 complaint to you. 1) my no. [protected], net setter ZTE 3g 21.6mbps (MF667) using from past 2 months. I am using windows 8 and the issue is when I plug in laptop it works but in 2g network. There is no setting shown to change 2g into 3g. This is already informed to your customer care many times and even gone to your local office near ambajee bazaar, gorakhpur, jabalpur, madhya pradesh and met your IT team but they ignored and not solved my issue. I am paying for 3g speed but using 2g speed, I feel this is not fair. Request to resolve the issue or make arrangement for quit and refund. 2) I am using Grand 2, samsung phone dual sim. in my idea sim call forwarding is activated and can't be diable it I try to disable message use to come { unsupported by operator } in this case your executive (idea customer care) said to format / reset your phone that I've alread done but still the issue not solved. ([protected]) Kindly suggest what to do. I can't understand why your staff is not responding me. I am disappointed from idea services. Expecting a positive response from your side.
