Idea Cellular — Wrong plan activated

Hello, Greeting for the day! I am Sahil Sharma from Delhi, i have ported my number (+91 [protected]) from Vodafone to Idea for a corporate plan (499 with 2GB 3G data) as offered by an executive (Kirti #[protected]). I deposited my all documents for the same but they activated a different plan (Power 499_Del). When I complained to change my plan, they requested to wait for 24 HRS. But, now its 72 HRS and my plan is not changed. i did almost 20 calls to 3 different numbers (Kirti #[protected], Ritika #[protected], all Customer Care Numbers). Yesterday when i called to Kirti, She said - Sorry my senior forgot to change your plan, so wait till today night (again a lie). Now when I have tried to connect to Kirti, She disconnects my phone. Please do the needful and take some appropriate action against such irresponsible people. Thanks!

Its 48HRS and still waiting for a reply from IDEA company. Is there any other way to complaint against IDEA staff, please suggest.

I have received a mail and message from Idea customer care side that my plan has been activated in next 2 hrs. But Its almost 24 HRS and still I am using my old plan. So, please do the needful.

Dear team my mobile no [protected] .i use 6 year continue . i change plan docomo to idea postpaid . idea executive ( contact number
[protected]) promise to send plan 299 rs with 3g & i deposits rs 250.form no. [protected] But i recdived plan 199 rs . all ready complate idea customer service but not perfact answers. Pls help me.

My complaint regards on a my plan...
i have cheated by one your of idea telecaller when she was selling the Sim she said some plan so we are accepted for that, but after activating the Sim I come to know that my plan is worst and worst...
And I don't want continue in that connection can pls disconnect my connection and make it prepaid only...
