Idea — Toll Free number issue

Dear concern, Hi, Myself sunil Yadav from faridabad my mobile number is [protected]. I am not able to make call on toll free number actually i lost my debit card and my bank is saying to make a call with ur registered number but due to some bill pending in IDEA company i dont make outgoing call but they should allow user to make Toll Free Number Please do something .I make a complain in idea and complain ID is c1-[protected].
