There is no any construction is going on phase 1 or phase 2 by the builder.

The building is good but thay are spoiling there reputation.
We are not sure when we expect our home.
Buider is Delaying to build phase 2 also.
And construction and quality of meterial is not up to the mark.

Buider should think about the speed of construction and quality of construction.
Rest all fine.

I have been writing emails and complaining about non completion of this project from last 11+ years and poor quality of construction. My father has passed away in 2017 waiting for this project. He put in our life's hard earned money in this project and couldn't see the flat. This project has been a nightmare since we got into it and do not know how to get out of it. Ita been 11+ years and God knows how many more are in store. I have never faced such a fraud company in my life. I am going for HRERA complaint through court now.

I had booked a studio appartment in imperia elvedor sector 37D in gurugram at the launch of the project.company has taken 99%of the payment but the project is completely stopped and ther is no response from the company regarding this project.my hard earned money has been gone in drains..what to do?no one in the company picks up the call.no one is allowed to enter their office..where to go?

Bought a flat in Elvedor Studio. Construction is completely stopped and no status update for possession from imperia.

I booked a 2bhk flat in Imperia Ashiyara sec 37C Gurgaon and they committed to deliver the project by Jan 2023 but still 2 towers are pending and iam confused now what to do because Iam in a trouble now and I think my amount is completely stuck for some years.
Kindly help me out and clarify me when will I get the possession of my flat.

I have booked 2 bhk flat in 2018 and since then I have paid my 95 percent payment which was last in oct. 2022. No one from imperia update us for construction delay or pick my call even after trying continuously. They promised to provide flats in jan 2023 but yet no update from imperia side. This company is doing scam with us, only 60 percent of work done till today and no work is being done from last 6 months. are a Tax Consultancy Firm, providing the solution for book-keeping and accounting services to the clients. We had purchased your Marg Software vide license no. 1389690 ( MP) version and it is the lifetime free software (Tax Practitioner/CA version).

From the last 10-15 days, we are getting problems from your software i.e. renewal emails, renewal messages and due to this we are facing the problems like software blocked, not working properly, unable to access the data. And we are getting losses due to the said issue.

From the last 10-15 days, we are calling to your customer service desk. But they are rounding things up. We have also sent emails but nothing is resolved. Only we get the emails from your end that "WE ARE CLOSING YOUR TICKET SUCCESSFULLY". Our problem is not resolved yet.

There are some ticket numbers TT[protected], 2491249, TT[protected] etc. which are closed without resolving the issue.

I, Birender Kumar, purchased from the company a virtual space unit no.IT/7310 measuring 300 Sq. Ft. in its project "Cyber Business Centre" at Knowledge Park-V, G. Noida in 2016. It gave assured return till August 2020.

As per the contract, company was to give pre-lease rental @ Rs.40/-sq. ft. per month since September 2020 to August 2023 BUT it has not paid the same.

I talked at[protected] and emailed several times to CRM of the company, visited office a no of times and sent a letter to Managing Director but no one is listening.

Till now there is Rupees 2.88 lac pending amount which is a life saving for me being a jobless person, if I get it. So please help me out and oblige.

I have paid final demand in June agnst Ashiyara, Gurgaon, Unit T10 104 but payment receipt not providing by company after several mail and call.

I had invested in a virtual space in H2O project of Imperia in 2017. While the first 3 years, the company was very prompt in resolving and paying assured rental cheques during 1st 3 years, there has been huge issues in getting the same (post registry) for 3 more years. The company executives, seniors as well as company landline number are not reachable and no phone calls are answered, when the same get connected. I have got some standard email responses after fiercely following up but then again no one is responding to explain and clear my understanding.
I an really in a mental trauma and wondering why such a good company is harassing it's investors.
I really want my issue to be cleared at the earliest. i would be thankful if you can help in the same.

I stay in k block Sector 12, Noida and the number of stray dogs here is increasing day by day. They attacked public the other day. There are a lot of stray dogs in this sector which won't even let us sleep and live a peaceful life as they are always barking. Please do something about this situation. A lot of people from my sector and other sectors have already filed complaints and no action has been taken.

I have paid total more than INR 40, 00, 000/- so far.

There is no update on the consturction status.
MD is not reachable nor their employee Abhimanyu.

Please help me to seek REFUND.

3 BHK flat booked ( 3rd floor) 44 Lac loan, builder got sanction thru Tata Capital. They got 50% loan released on day 1, May 1, 2016 illegally (under subvention plan)
but construction was stopped.
TCHFL was not paid interest & ISL became defaulters.
Legal case filed & harassment to us by sending recovery men to our residence, 6-7 times.
We visited 4-5 times to resolve it but builders only extended dates. No possession even after 6 yrs though promised for 2019 March.
No response to our request to refund the entire money paid & to settle Loan if TCHFL.

I have booked a virtual space in Cyber business center upon promises of assured return and assured pre-lease rental (INR 40 psqft for 3 years after possession) as mentioned in MoU at the time of sale.

Registration is completed in month of August but Imperia is not releasing assure pre-lease rental amount and making false excuses.

Also, their employees are displaying unprofessional behaviors by not responding to my communication.
I am feeling cheated and mentally harassed by Imperia for their unethical work practices.
Imperia should release pre-lease rental amount or return back my hard earned money.

I have honored all my duties as an investor but the Imperia Structures Limited has cheated me at each and every obligation due on them. Imperia and its officials lie and make false promises to suck our money. They have taken approx. 60 lakhs for Cyber Business center located in Knowledge Park-5 at Greater Noida but didn't pay the assured return after taking full payment. The project is in pathetic condition; Imperia is not paying the arrears due on them but sending letters for the registry. Seems all investors have been cheated and their investment looted. I have done all exercises in a civilized manner but neither imperia structures limited nor its officials have fulfilled their promises.

I paid Rs. One Lakh as pre-booking amount on 05/01/2019 for a Retail shop with a super area of 211 sq. ft. in your project ‘Imperia Bandhan' at Knowledge Park-V, Greater Noida, UP with a condition that if I am not able to make any further payment within 6 months the pre-booking amount shall be refunded to me. Your Sales Executive Mr. Nitin Chauhan in the presence of Sales Manager Mr. Sanjeev Gupta agreed to this condition and issued a letter to this effect.
Due to some financial constraints I was not able to make further payments. I got some reminders from your company to make the payments which I was not able to make. In the meantime Corona pandemic occurred. As soon as lockdown was opened up I was guided by your sales office to submit an application for cancellation of booking and refund to the accounts department as per prescribed format of the Company. I met Mr. Vipin Gupta, Asstt. General Manager (Accounts) on 03/09/2020 and submitted the duly filled up application form along with the Receipt (in Original) on 04/09/2020. Mr. Vipin Gupta assured me that I will receive the refund amount within 15-20 days but the refund was not received. As I am posted outside Delhi, I have been trying to contact him on phone but without much success as he does not take my calls. Instead, initially one of his junior Mr. Pravin Kumar Chauhan used to respond, but now even he does not respond to my calls. I visited your Delhi office 3 to 4 times as and when I am able to visit Delhi, but they only give false assurances and promises.

Under these circumstances, I am forced to write this and request the company officials to look into the matter and expedite the refund of my pre-booking amount. I am also attaching herewith the documents submitted by me for processing the refund.

I alongwith my mother are joint holders of a Flat in company's project in Sector 37C, Gurugram by the name of "Esfera". It has now been 10 years since the booking was made the flat has not been handed over so far. The progress on the site is unsatisfactory and there is no recourse to the woes of the investors. The builder has also escalated the costs many times from the booking amount on the pretext of various charges - PLC for Corner Flat (Rs. 200/ sq ft.), PLC for Park Facing (Rs. 100/sq. ft.), PLC for Floor (even though the flat is located on 16th floor!!) Rs. 100/sq.ft. in addition to very high development charges (Rs. 375/-sq. ft.) etc.
