Hello,
I have come across a person running a company which is propriteary. This means she is to pay tax on her income through the company by using her person PAN or Income tax id.

As I have been paying tax on all her invoices, she does not allow us to deduct TDS and I am unable to get a TDS certificate too. By this I have paid taxes but unable to take credit to wards the expense of the same.

The Name of the person is Chithkala Mallikarjun
PAN number is AEQPC2806J

From what I know, she has been having a turnover of 20 to 25 Lakhs a year and evading tax payment on her income.

if the department is to look into this matter, we will have help many people who have dome business with her but unable to get TDS certificate.

I am forwarding complaint for Bhutani groups plot no 3, 4 . 2nd floor A block, market savitri bhawn mkt, preet vihar, 92 delhi and plot no 1 sec. 90 Noida . Please see for your self just for sales of there plot t they have accepted 70 % payments in cash for all there projects and not willing to issue receipts for it to us .
All look into the matter how commercial projects like Corrunthem, I them, Alphathum, and many more commercial projects has been taken by paying 1000 'S of Crores in cash to Noida athority people and getting allotments in just 5 to 10cr only . Complete business if running only balck money and shade ways .

In akalgarh market ludhiana punjab there is a too much corruption no one issuing bills & all are selling totally on cash and amount is more than rs.30000/-

Else these shopkeepers dont have vat number/gstin number neither they have pan/tan number

Kindly take an immediate action upon these shopkeepers.

I beg to say that i am bhajan lal s/o of shri nathu ram r/o adda khai wala, ferozepur city. I complained against raju s/o mulakh raj r/o adda khai, ferozepur city, i comlained against raju in local income tax office at ferozepur dated 15/04/2015. 5 years ago raju did labour but now he has huge money and now he has 2 houses, motorcycle,, air conditioner and other property which i think that i do not know.

I have applied for pan card on 14th march 2017. On the day of 18th march my application status was showing (Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.) I called at pan helpline on 020 – 2721 8080 twice to tell them that i don't have any idea about the issuance of any PAN number. For the first time after waiting so many days and getting same status, On 30th march 2017 i called at 020 – 2721 8080 to ask them the reason of delay. The customer service lady told me that she will update the status of my application as i told her i don't have any idea of any pan number related to me. And she told me i will definitely get my pan number in a week.But still i get same message. After one week, i again called and i get same answer and same result. I am really disappointed now

Please issue me pan number as i want to file my tax returns. I am unable to open bank account in any of the banks because of not having PAN number.

I applied for the pan card today dated 01/07/2017 and paid the fee through online banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
"Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

I the undersigned has come to state that Mr. Satpal Singh the Ex-Pradhan and also the Current Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Surla Janot Tehsil Pachhad Distt. Sirmour H.P. owned maternal property of 3.5 Bigha land approx. only by his name and there is a huge increment in his wealth after 2010 he owes enormous property according to his share of land and transport business as he owes 1 Double Storey House Build In approx. 2000 Sq. Mt. area including 3 shops build in year 2013-14, 1 Canter (19 Feet long carriage body purchased in 2014/2015 ) and also owe a transport pick up leased in 2012 beside this he owes a Transport pick up by her mother name, 1 Tipper and 1 canter (14 feet long carriage body) on his own name, All these are known property of him and may be many more which is subject of investigation.

So, I humbly request you to look in this matter as per the Law and as soon as possible

I have put a case in the labour court for gratuity...
I have worked in a proprietorship firm for continue seventeen years,...
And more than 10 workers worked here...
But the commissioner says their are less than 10 person in a firm because
He dosent show in shop act & the firm owner not producing the books in labour court.. But i know their are more than 10 persons worked in this firm when i left the job

I have made many calls on incometax helpline & nsdl helpline but they said every time wait for one weak now 4 month passed and my pan no still pending. I have 1st complaint no. 7906695 & 2nd complaint no: 8161924 of incone tax.

I am requesting to you that please issue my pan no asap. I am facing many problems due to this pending application.

This is to inform you that i have not yet received my income tax return (Itr) f/y 2007-08 amounting to inr 12230.00, i have filled numerous complaints sent the income tax officials and income tax ombudsman a lot of letters, speed-post and telephonic conversation with concerned officials to resolve the issue.
1) it refund money of inr 12230.00 f/y 2007-08 not received till date.

2) visited guwahati income tax office 2 times a row i. E. 01.07.2009 & 27.07.2010, where i was told i will be send the cheque of my return amount, they had sent the cheque to my previous mentioned address but due to shortfall of documents, the cheque could not be delivered. (Dispatch register sl. No.-2611 dated 07.08.0) - please see attachment.

3) i have updated my new correspondence address as well as permanent address along with all other required contact details, wrote them letters with all previous scanned receipts and it documents too (Attachment included), but i have not yet received the cheque till now.

4) i could not submit my itr for f/y 2008-09 to 2016-17 because i worked outside india (At muscat, sultanate of oman) and i resigned from my duty on 13.12.16 and post that; i have not worked anywhere else.

5) i have written letters to all concerned officer, commissioner, income tax ombudsman every year with reference numbers and relevant documents, but, neither did i get back any feedback/replies nor the refund cheque amounting to inr 12230.00.

I request you to look into the matter on priority basis because it's already passed 9 f/y to resolve my long pending issue and i am still nowhere close to any solution, and i am in utmost need of the money now as i am retired person.
I am attaching scanned copies of all the earlier correspondence for your necessary information and action.
Hope this time my grievance will be solved at the earliest as i have been a regular taxpayer to this nation.

A person named manikesh nath tiwary having pharma company by the name of medlife genetics i delhi. Basically he is from bagaha bihar.. He is in pharma field from last 10 years. He is making invoices now from medlife genetics and previously from a number of companies by the name of vaishno pharma bagaha. He never pay any tax from vaishno pharma bagaha. Dear sir/madam i have applied for my pan card online through parsh tax solutions llp www.applypanindia.in on 31st may 2017. There was no action from them and after continuous follow up. Now i am trying to contact them through phone call[protected]. Unfortunately its busy the whole day or not reachable. Would appreciate if you can kindly look into matter.
