Income Tax Department — notice u/s 221

Address:Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734001

Sir i have received a notice under section 221 in a plain paper having no memo no and pan no. For the period 2013to 2017
As i have not fulfilled his demand he regularly on mobile. The notice was served personally and not through postal service. They also forcefully take some papers from my computer
Sir please help me and instruct me what to do.

Please re send my pan card . ( name : sanikommu seetha, number : JCJPS8967N )the delivery post man was not come to my adress .i request to please send my pan card.my pan status image also attach this complaint. applicationof complaint given to mee seva also my adress is indira colony, do 9-549, kanigiri, prakasam district, andhra pradesh .

I have a pan card with the pan number - AILPH4119A. But when i tried to look for details on the http://pancard.co.in/know-your-pan-number-india/.
When i am putting my details on it as surname is g and date of birth[protected]

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please correct it as I could not do Linking, KYC.

Doctors are getting Referal commission from daignostic centers and they are not showing it as income.
As a software professional, software developer and implementer. I know how diagnostic centers are paying for the ref-feral doctors.
