[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — undelivered pan card

I had applied pan card vide acknowledgement no.[protected] and pan card no. Cxlpb5135k, the same has been despatched on[protected] by registered post vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in by your goodself, but unfornutenly the post office has not delivered and return to back where from he has received.

You are therefore requested to kindly desptach the same card to the following address:

My PAN CARD no is AKUPK5428J is deactivated by Income Tax dept. in last month. i have submitted a letter to Income tax dept, Mumbai 17(3)(3) dated on 20th July 2017 yet it haven't been activated. please, activate it as early as possible otherwise i won't be able to submit my tax return paper for assessment year 2017-18. please help me.
