Income Tax Department — wrong pan card received from uti

Address:141015

I have applied for pan card at the end of december 2018
I've got courier of the same on date 21/1/2019
I was allotted pan card with number -EXSPP9619F. Name -Harsh Pardesi
But on checking it was found to be of someone else
Pan no. -BZGPC6266A name -umapti chaudhary

Kindly help me with the same by giving me my pan card to the mentioned address

When i am trying to registry for axis bank asap account, it is showing pan card number not found in itd database. I have tried the solution provided by axis bank customer care but still it is showing same notification. I hope my problem will be resolved soon.

When i am trying to open new account in axis bank then it was my pan ( BAOPL3179C ) found this error .. record not found in itd database .or invalid . I can't proceed to next step., How to solve this problem

Per month 500000 lakh ka income hota hai.
Per Gorvment ko Koi bhi tax/GST nahi deta h...
Minimum policy 2000000 lakh h... Dubble businesses hai banka blance
