They assure to deliver the product 365 days all across India. I ordered a bouquet and paid online via debit card. My order never reached nor did they inform me about it. When I called they were of no help and after that my calls went unattended. The support number given on the website are also not attended.

Dear Consumer Court, We as Indians just can complain without being able to take any action on these kind of companies which are taking the consumer for a ride.We ordered a BLACK FOREST cake, Flowers and 500 gms of dry fruits to be delivered on 27th July 2015 Initially i was told the cake will be delivered in the morning so made a payment of 1700 on 26th July, hoping my cake will be delivered by 10 AM as it was a surprise to my father on his birthday This is how the saga unfolds, I call my father and wish him happy birthday on the morning hoping to hear back from him, so I call back the so called customer care of India Flower Gift Shop wanting to know when the order will be delivered, they check my order and say by 5 PM it will delivered, waited till 5 PM no change whole thing repeats, next promise is for 8 PM in between I ring them up some twenty times to follow up where many times they just bang the phone on you or disconnect the call Finally the customer representative tells me sir we don't have a half kilo Black forest cake, can I send 1 Kilo without dry fruits.I said no, so they only deliver a small set of flowers nothing close to what was promised...this is how my fathers birthday ends on day one On day two he had promised to send 1Kilo of dry fruits as he was not able to find the cake for 1/2 kilo, after repeated phone calls he agrees to send the dry fruits via courier, we were surprised to receive only 600 grams of dry fruits containing only Raisins and Cashew, they had excluded Almonds and Pistachios as initially promised The final recap of this incident is they did not delivery anything on time, i was cheated by 700 rupees, as promised they were supposed to deliver Flowers+Black Forest 500gms+ Dry fruit set 500 gms, there was no cake lousy flowers and was ripped of 700 rs Please take some action on these fraudsters, block their website before other go through the same agony, pain and time spent

I had placed an order in early April 2015. The company guy told that they are on the way and the cake would be delivered but it never happened. The very next day when I called, I was informed that the delivery guy broke his leg in accident and hence they were not able to deliver the cake and bouquet. Called them several times to refund my money but everytime they told that its under process and they would be refunding it withing a week. For an order of nearabout 1500 RS, I have made calls worth 1500 !!. They never respond to emails and even on the calls they say to call after a week. The reviews says they are fraudulent company dealing with cheats having two nos and getting every ones money. I am a big user of ecommerce but this website is one of the most FEARLESS FRAUD one which is available. Over the calls they would staright forward say to do what I want or go ahead with the police complaints as they are okay with it.

Hi, I ordered for Pineapple flavored cake but Mango flavored was deliver to me. That too without the messages and all greeting card provided was old and weird. (check attached screenshot, delivered one is yellow colored) I paid Rs. 1699 just for this cake.

I had done an online cake booking to deliver at Gulbarga on 6th May as the bday was on 10th of May, Did not receive a single call from India Flowers that they do not provide hand deliver in Gulbarga, On 10th of May i called to recheck they said we can't deliver the cake and will courier the chocolates. Till date i.e 18th may not even chocolates are delivered and they have not refunded the amount also.

Hi, My friend placed an order for cake and flowers with India Flower Gift Shop on 18th of April for me, and till date it has not been delivered. I was eagerly waiting for the cake on 18th night along with the guests. Past 11 pm, when we did not receive cake, we tried to call them but no one answered the calls. I started following up from 19th onwards, but there was no response. On 21st only, I could manage to reach them on call. To my surprise, they told me that ordered merchandise has already been delivered on 19th April to me. I asked them to share copy of delivery challan with my sign, and since then, have been following up on the same. Now, whenever I call them, they just say that they will get back to me in a day. Guys, just beware of these kind of cheats! They will cheat you at the cost of your emotions.

Hi, This is Sankar Jayaraman. I have ordered Flower Bouqet for my wife on[protected] as Valentines Day gift and mentioned delivered date as[protected]. It is not delivered and i was accepted their reason for not delivering and they said some accident while transit and they ask me to replace the order with any other product, i told sorry . I need my money back. They have committed by refunding on or before[protected]. As of now i didnt receive my refund. Kindly do something and book an complaint and seal this cheating company. I order 6 balloon's and one teddy bear and choclate box from this website But actually they deliver 4 chocolate, a small teddy and unfilled balloon's to the receiver In his hands . i am continuously calling them but their tele callers and person have No sense how to talk, they are shouting . When i said that is this a way to deliver the gift . Their head MR. ARIDHAM CHOWDHARY said that now what you expect that now i go i give pump to filled the balloon's with air . Poor and pathetic service they given . Now they are cutting my calls .the picture they show on website and the thing they delivered are not same.

Hi, I am really disappointed with your services, specially about chocolate cake .Your delivery is not near to what I ordered. 1) Flowers - The received flowers doesn't have the wrapping as you have displayed on your site.Refer third image. 2) Cake - The received cake is simply plain chocolate and seems to be from local bakery shop. And the information about cake you have given on your site that it is chocolate Truffle cake. There is a big difference in plain and truffle chocolate. Refer first image. I don't think, I have paid for this cake.I have attached the photo (image 2) of the product that I ordered. My suggestion to you that don't play with people's emotions and money.I will also make sure to not recommend this site for online gifts.

They charged me appx 1000/- for a black forest cake and delivered a ordinary chocolate cake worth Rs 300/-. No response to emails and on call, they say "we will get back to you". This company should be closed. Please take some actions against them.

I ordered a Cake & Flower on 16th Night for 17th Normal day delivery... But today is 19th and still not delivered. I tried reaching them on their so called customer care no for like 400 times... They picked my call today and asked me that can we deliver dry fruits & chocholate ... I was like DUDE Hats off to you people... HOW do you even exist in this ERA.. i feel like i m in 90's... I badly wanna teach them lesson... Dont know what is the way..but i m surely gonna do.. they have cheated so many people and still they exist... THEY HAVE TO SHUT DOWN THIS FRAUD !!!

I had ordered a bouquet for valentine's day and has not got delivered until evening.My whole Valentine's day has got spoiled and Indiaflowergiftshop is responsible for this even after this blunder they did not have the courtesy to say sorry to me infect their customer support executive just hung up on my face.Pathetic and worst service i have ever come across.

This order is placed on 03012015 to be delivered on 04012015 at 8AM and 10AM on 04012015, but not yet delivered till 1-30PM on 05012015 and when we are contacting him they are giving timings. They are really fraud and cheating the public. Please inform the public that they should fell in their trap in future. I had ordered two gifts to be delivered at 8AM and 10AM in Mulund and made on-line payment. But to my surprise it had not been delivered till 12Noon today 04012015 and it had not served my purpose of gifting as they are leaving the country now. with regards, DR.K.K.VARGHESE

Hi all This is fake website because they claim fake commitments to attract people. and they never do what they have mentioned on website. So it is misleading information. Even customer support guy doesnt have manners to talk. No one should deal with such fake websites. Thanks Jitendra

I have ordered butter cookies for my son residing at Ajmer.still they didnt deliver the same and the customer support team told it has been delivered I still dont know status update on the Order ID : XE6wR0 I am still waiting for the confirmation as on the site its showing Processing.

This is a online gift delievery website. I have given a order on 06-Dec-2013 to deliver on 7-Dec-13 But the same was not delivered. As i have tried so many time to refund my amount but that was not refunded till now. And now they are neither pick up my call nor reply on my mails. Please do something so that they can not do any fraud with anybody.

I had placed an order on 25th August, 2014 and paid Rs 985 for flowers and cake to be delivered on 27th August, 2014 at Cuttack, Odisha. The gifts were delivered and no explanation was provided for the same. After multiple reminders still there has been no refund of the amount. The Customer support of the shop is totally unprofessional and rude. They don't even respond to enquiry calls.

They are just the worst company I have ever seen... I doubt if they are a company OR just individual frauds who takes money from people and ran away. I ordered a cake to be delivered on 9th September 2014 and before placing order I confirmed the same on phone. They said yes, it will be delivered and I placed order. I specially mentioned that it needs to be reached by 2 PM. But on the same day, it was not reached till 6 PM so I called them 8-10 times, a lady picks up the phone and cut the phone when I start my complain. What the HELL!!! As far back as on 14th August I had placed the below mentioned order and paid the entire amount in advance. I am very disappointed and upset and sorry to say that the order has not been delivered inspite of various follow ups with your customer support. I was promised first that it will be delivered before 5 pm then 6 then 7 pm but till night it has not been delivered. U have deeply hurt my sentiments by not delivering the flowers and gifts on time inspite of taking payment in advance. Now I m in dubai but when I m back next week I will take up the matter very seriously with your company and take you to consumer court.
