I have placed an order for same day delivery and paid online. Order not delivered and when i requested for cancel as they have mentioned in the website saying if not delivered, we can get refund. We had ordered for our uncle anniversary. We have approached the customer service, They were so rude and not ready to listen what we are saying and said we are owner and we will not refund. they deny what was committed in their website. as per their website same day delivery order can be booked before 5.00 PM. i had booked around 4.45 and go message at 4.57 PM that order was confirmed, but they are saying they had received but will not refund. Please take necessary actions against them, they are cheating the customer. Their words in the website are false

I had ordered rakhi and sweets and made an online payment of 699 rs on 15/08/2016. The order was supposed to reach my brother on 18th, however it's already 24th today and he hasn't recieved anything. Last year i sent it through another website and it was delivered on time. I contacted the customer support, but no reply came. I tried calling the customer care lady she told me to call after 10:30 and shut the phone. I'm extremely disappointed by their service. And just want my money refunded. I give them minus rating. Never order anything from their website. They are day light robbers

I placed order for a mid night delivery, however it was delivered at 5.30 pm not been done on particular time, they charged me inr300 for midnight delivery, when i spoke to their customer team he told that inr 300 will be refund to the card which i used, but now no one response or even answer call or if some one do answer they will just inform like to wait online and they just disconnect the call.

Had placed an order on June 21 (to be delivered on June 23) ; delivery was not made, lady on the phone was disrespectful and said that I would get my refund.
Since then I am in email contact with their support and they keep assuring I will get an update but it has been almost 20 days now with no regret on their part and appears so, no intention of returning my money.

I had ordered a cake and a bouquet in this shop through online. . they had mentioned in site there is midnight delivery too...I called and they confirmed and took 300 Rs extra for midnight delivery charges too last month. ...but it was given on day time that too on the day previous to what I have mentioned...I called them and they told no option was there they given wrong in online and will refund my money in two days...now one month is over...still now they haven't given me my money and no proper response and that guy who speaks over phone is mannerless fellow...am an advocate...he s challenging me...am going to fille a legal suit against this company... please no one give order with such frauds...u will be cheated...they r more worst than robbers... online fraud is this company...

The most fraudulent site according to me. I have just placed an order for a bday cake which was suppose to be delivered to vanasthalipuram, hyderabad. Filled all the details and also the complete delivery address. I just got a call from the guy named arindam choudary and he told that the delivery point is not under city limits. He demanded extra money of 500 inr so that he can get that delivered tomorrow. When i told that i dont want to get that delivered tomorrow as the bday is today he told that he cant do anything and was repeatedly demanding for extra money. When i told that i want the refund, he denied it then and there and was very unruly. I stated that i will lodge the complaint and to my surprise he threatened that do whatever you want to do and i will never give you refund. And also when i was asking him about his office address he kept on answering me that he is based all over india. Such a swine fellow.

I just want my refund.

I have made an order on 21/6/2016 and delivery date by 22/6/16. time between 11am -12pm.before ordering i had confirmed twice about the destination (madurai). on 22/6 i called by 12:30pm i was informed it will be delivered by 3pm.i called by 3:30 they told it will reach before 5pm.i called by 5:30 they told by 7pm. i called by 7 20, they told order is out and it will be delivered in 20 mns. again i started calling by 8 pm customer support i not responding properly, they told order has delivered and cut the call.inspite of calling many times they received and told shop is closed call tommorow mrng and cut the call.
tis s one of the worst customer service i have ever seen.they r not playing with money but with others feelings.even if they refund twice the amount it wont equal the lose which they have created.
this is highly commendable.others shouldnt get cheated with this.

I need my money refunded right away

I have order 1cake amount 1049 on 23rd may . they have charge me midnight delivery charges but didn't deliever and when I contact them they said I order out of time but they agree to deliever sameday before 6pm. They don't deliever same day and said they will refund my money but now they are refusing to refund my money. They are not answering my calls. I have drop them mail too.

Its fraud site .
I ordered cake after taking money address detail evryting they told its not in oue service area .
Same day in call i asked them to canel the order and sent mail too.
They are not delivering to any adress, not cancelling nor refunding money.
They are cheting people taking money.
Please take some action on this site since many pepole have complained about this site

I have booked flower and cake gift to deliver in Lucknow. I called them and they told the items will be delivered at 6PM 10/05/2016. Then they extended it to 10:30PM without any reason. I called them many times but they didn't picked the call. Neither o[censored]s received the call. Today morning I called them and they told order is already delivered. The order was not delivered and money was also deducted. Later I checked the review of this site they are fraud. Kindly help me with this.

They charged us Rs. 1255 for flowers and cake for midnight delivery and they not only did not deliver at midnight but did not deliver it all all!! Ever!

When I called them to enquire, they put the blame on me saying that my phone was off. My phone was not off, but even If my phone was off, they still had my address right ??

They are cheaters and modern day extortionists, pls resolve my issue as they refuse to now give my money back !

Horrible website. They took my money and they did not delivered the product and no refund policy.
I ordered it one day prior on 5.6.2016. And they neither deliver nor they ll refund. May i plz get my 1400 back .Please. You are my hope..When i called for the refund they are saying i will not give money ..Do whaterver you can . They were even threatening me .

I orderd 'Cadbury Celebrations' to be delivered for my brothers Birthday, on 26th April 2016 before 7PM IST.
When I called them they said they can not deliver the product on the same day, as its an add on gift. but nothing of that sort was mentioned in the website, as it accepted the delivery date to be one the same day.
So I asked them to cancel the gift, as i want it to be delivered on the same day, they said they can not cancel it.

its been a week neither did I receive the purchase nor my money back

I had ordered a Cake for my dad's Birthday on 21st April 2016 to be delivered to Kharagpur in West Bengal being a remote place I placed the order from Indiaflowergiftshop.com such that the cake can be delivered between 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the same day, as I did not get any update from the company till 3:30pm i called the vendor I was updated that the cake will not be delivered today because they have some delivery issue, I asked for a refund as my order was not fulfilled within the time, instead of apology this guy started talking in sarcastic, he replied that your order is on hold and I can place the order any time within one year, to which I refused i called the consumer forum Help Line and was asked to send the company a letter by Post i landed up calling this fraud again and he refused to provide me his address saying that this was confidential and can not give me his address.

This is for a midnight order for today which was not delivered for my moms birthday. This is a huge fraud website and I want to take legal action against them, so that it is not repeated in future. Their fraudulent customer care is not picking up the phone despite they mentioning that it's open 24x7.

I had placed an online order tracking id gnT97p on 7th April for cake delivery on 11th April between 8 am to 12 pm at Dindigul for my brother in laws engagement as i couldn't personally make it.

However, the receiver gets a call in the afternoon that the delivery might not happen before 12 but can happen before 6 pm which itself was late but since there was no choice we agreed to it and then we get a call around 5 pm that the address is outside delivery area.

I called @ [protected] and spoke to Arindham Choudary who doesn't seem to be concerned about my issue at all and was sounding very ridiculous and when i gave him the option to either get the delivery done or refund the money, he refused to choose both the options and said the delivery will be on hold and i can re route this delivery to any other city within India within a year from now.

I wrote to the customer service and i got the same response from them too and my point is i paid them to do a certain service and if they couldn't do so then they should refund the money. Who are they to decide what should be done with my money. This is utter rubbish. I would be greatful if you can help me get the refund.

I would appreciate if the company can contact me @ [protected]@yahoo.com as i am travelling.

If the delivery area is not serviceable then i should have been told at the time of booking and not fews hours before the delivery. I am the one who placed the order and Tharun is the receiver, therefore its me who decides what needs to be done and not Tharun.

I booked a cake to be delivered in gandhinagar. They have not delivered the cake and nobody is taking call on their nos posted on website. Once somebody accidently picked up and said the cake has been delivered without even listening to the query !

They are biggest frauds. I came across this portal while trying to register complaint against these cheaters. I was taken aback when i saw such huge list of complaint list. How is this company still operating and doing fraud in broad day light !!!

Is there no way to bring this fraud company down ? Else they will keep on cheating people openly...

I ordered a birthday cake for my sisiter who is studying in National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad from 'http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com by paying Rs.1159/-. When enquired in customer care they were misbehaving and not ready to deliver the items or refund the money. I have evidence for ordering and money transfer. As I believe in Indian judiciary and I think that it should not happen to any other customer. This kind of fraudulent websites should be blocked. So kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible.
