I had placed a request for sending Rakhi along with a box of cookies for my brother who is studying in Mysore. Considering Indiaflowergiftshop.com as a Mysore based company so i had ordered the same with them.I placed the order on 07th Aug'14 by paying an amount of Rs599/- where i had received the payment acknowledgement from the website on 07th Aug'14 itself.Surprising even after Raksha Bandhan has passed, my brother haven't still received the consignment.When i call them on their numbers nobody responds. I need my MONEY BACK FROM THEM... Request all to be aware of such Fraud Company who failed to respond to customer.

But We have received gift on 16.7.14. & gift not received per my order . The received gift only Rs. 125/- & we have ordered Rs. 499/- We are enclosing herewith both photographs for your reference . 1. Which we have ordered & 2. Which you have send . We request them to kindly refund my amount of Rs. 499/- or please issue Raisins Choco within 3 days . We now await your immediate reply in this connection .

The group of fraudsters including females in the group managing the site remove my reviews and posts from the page. I just hope that u dont suffer due to actions of these dogs.           I placed an order on 3April for cake and chocolates with order ID tVaQd6. The cake was delivered while no chocolates have been delivered till date. It is over three months now and even after repeated calling they made false promise to deliver it in next two days. I have placed the order from this site for the first time and the level o[censored]nprofessional-ism is really not acceptable.
          Every time I call them they say that they will deliver it now. There is no point in delivering now. I have asked for refund but nothing has happened. I have been calling them every 15days while they always say give me a day time. Nothing has been done till date.
          I want my refund back. I was embarrassed in front of the friend to whom I needed to send the chocolates to.
          I have sent them mails posted on their facebook page but nothing is happening. I think they are fraud people. This website should be banned.

            Complaint against http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/. I had ordered "BS Mixed Special" (Cake, Flowers and a Teddy)order No. 0zULKP. Order Date[protected] Time 12: 52 AM. Delivery Date[protected] Quantity - 1 Total Charge - 1099 Product Name - BS Mixed Special Billing Name - Aditya Ojha Delivery City -SILIGURI.Payment made online of 1099 through Netbanking. In website Detailed Info: Its mentioned " Please feel free to call us on +91 [protected] (24*7) any point of time during the purchase to take assistance from us. We would be happy to help you." First when I called at 4 Pm I was told that it would be delivered by 7 PM.I requested to be delivered by 6 PM. But when it was not delivered till 7: 45 I called them at their No.mentioned on their Website( noted below) Customer Care: +91 [protected], [protected] they simply told they will check and revert back and dropped off the line. I then called after 30 minutes and since then they did not answer any calls and hence were dropping off . I called 40 times to their mentioned number [protected] &amp;amp;amp; [protected] number was switched off and [protected] number a lady picked up the call who she was very rude, not listing my issues continuously hanging up the call. This was such a disgusting customer service I have even seen. My Delivery Date was[protected] for the cake I had ordered for my Sister'sBirthday. I want to cancel my order. I called them so many time to refund the money back. They are not helping me out till now.I then waited for 7 days and called them again to check and then I was assured that I would get my refund on 17th May, 2014 .A person named Shubham roy Choudhary answered the call and was extremely very rude and was using slang in the background . It was so bad to hear and insulting that I did not knew what to do. I thought of waiting till 17th May, 2014.It is 17th May Today and I have not yet received my money refund. I called [protected] &amp;amp;amp; [protected] and then the Person named Arindam Choudhary picked up the call . I gave all d details and this guy pretended that he did not knew anything. I gave the order No. 0zULKP(which still shows as processing in website after 13 days) even after the order was cancelled since it was not delivered. This person was so unprofessional and rude and was literally behaving like Syco. . I asked about my refund and then I was told it would take another 10-12 bus. Days. Hearing this I was shocked and told him I would take legal action and he laughed and said " jo karna hai kar lo" . This guy was also talking in Bengali to someone and using all sorts of dirty slang on me stating customer like are fool.But since I know Bengali I could understand the language.Sir, I would request you to please strict action against this website as they are literally doing a FRAUD business, cheating customers and playing with their emotions.             Hello I have order a egg less cake, from indianflowergiftshop to my mumbai office address . I have booked it early morning and I asked them to deliver before 2pm, they deliver around 4pm and they haven't lifted my cal in middle, and the most imp thing I have paid 700 for it, they have deliver some old stock bread totally, we haven't eaten such type of cake, I have uploaded a snap of it, bad quality, poor servicing when I got the cake it was already damaged . Cake quality was just like hell, guys don't go for indiaflowergiftshop for any type of shopping.

              This shop is in Mumbai.I have ordered rose n truffle cake in online on 31.10.2013 for midnight delivery paid to them Rs.1150 through online.But the order has not delivered till now. My order id is WDHKQS.The last delivery date was 31.10.2013 and I have not received the item yet. I have called them many times but they are not responding.I need them to refund my money as soon as possible.

                I am Arpit Sinha and I placed an order for a gift to Bareilly on 28th january 2014 which was to be delivered on 31st january 2014. My order ID is ONVpjZ. The order comprised of a bouquet of Rs. 375 and a greeting card of Rs. 125. Its a total of Rs. 494. The order was not delivered and they cancelled the order and said the money would be refunded within 7 days. But the money is not refunded yet. From the last days they have been just saying it would be refunded but they are not refunding it. I request you to see to this and please get me my money.

                  i ordered a customized cake from this site to be delivered at midnight 16th april for which i paid extra, I also paid extra for the customized cake. But a normal cake ( of lower value) was send that too a day before, i want my money refunded. i bloody paid extra for the cake as well as the delivery time.. and when i called these people and complained of the same they are disconnecting the phone now again and again,

                    The gift which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb 2014 is not delivered & when we called them they said they will deliver on the next day.I told them I don't want delivery refund the amount.I have sent several emails for refund but not received any revert from them. Customer service employee was disconnecting my phone when we are trying to know the delivery status.worst Service. Today (on 1st March 2014) they called & send they will deliver the gift today. When I called them I don't want delivery want refund they said we attempted delivery so we will not refund in rude manner.                         IndiaFlowerGiftShop http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/ i ordered a gift to my sis . they took mid night delivery chargers and all charges but order is not delivered and also when i called them to know status they talked very rudely and cut the call again and again when i ask them to refund my money they continuously keep me waited and i dropped several mail but they gave no response . they ruined my sis's bday party and even not bothered to apologize or give my money back. this is ridiculous. I advice eveyone not to use this site for any online delivery. and now also when i tried to track my order its in processing mode. dont know what to do with them.

                          Dear Sir/mam

                          I am karan Veer Singh/ Nancy Sharma from India want to file a complaint against www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for not delevering the service in time or also not refunding the money back to my account.

                          My friend's brother situated in meerut named Capt. Arun Sharma posted in meerut cantt, on his wife Birthday booked an order of Raisins Choco worth Rs-449/- on date 12/09/13 for the delivery on 13/09/13.

                          But on 13/09/13 he did not received any gifts or assurance from their side, next day when i called up one of nos. given on website the executive replied me that this problem will dealt by meerut Official i also talked him on the no. provided by executive.

                          The representative from meerut told me that your money will deposited in your account just in two days, after that i tried to contacted them so many times but all failed. SO, today on 27/09/13 after 12-15 days i am complaining for the same and demanding for my payment

                          Because in these days whenever i called on the given nos. i received so many answers like " kal baat kariyega, office band hai, 2 din payment aapke account me aa jayega, 12-2 ke beech baat kariye etc."

                          Therefore i urge to concerned authorities to take some positive action. For further reference / proof i am sending the copy of order summary please have a glance...

                          i booked a gift on INDIAFLOWERGIFTSHP.COM on 13 feb 2012 which was supposed to be delivered on 14 feb 2012. full payment was made at the time of booking. till date gift has not been delivered. customer care no. of site is fake n no response of mails.
                          I have ordered cake and flowers from this site on 3rd feb 2013 to be delivered on 18th feb and i have mentioned there that birthday is on 18th feb so please deliver it on 17th feb midnight. i paid 250 extra for midnight delivery but they are arguing that you placed the order incorrect.
                          I have ordered cake from this site to be delivered on 17 junand i have mentioned that please deliver it on time
                          but they are so cheap, not even replying to calls and also order has not been deliviered

                            Hi, My name is Abhishek. On 23rd August 2013 I placed an order on http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for a 3 KG cake to be delivered to my fiancee in Bidar. The cake i ordered was :?Two Tier Cake? Quantity : 3 kg Price Rs. 2500/- Delivery Charges : 100 Rs/ The payment was successfully done and i received an order number. Even one day before the delivery date i contacted the site and reminded them to deliver the cake. The replied that they will deliver the cake on time. On the day of delivery when i called in the afternoon they said that they will deliver it by 6 o clock in the evening. And when i called them at 6 o clock they said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today. They even didn?t showed any concerned towards intimating me that the cake will not be delivered. They simply said that they will refund the money and disconnected the phone. After that whenever i tried calling them they simply disconnected the phone as soon as i start saying something. Suggesting you all to never use that site. Very Bad Customer Service. Really Cheats and Fraudsters. Thanks, Abhishek

                              Hello Sir / Madam...i have order one cake online for delivery at karnal via http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com.Order Track ID : sfMzqY...was supposed to deliver at karnal today before 3 pm...but not delivered...and one contacted on customer care mobile numbers:+91 [protected] / [protected]..one lady told us to wait but disconnected the phone...on calling again she started abusing....now both numbers are not replying...also contacted them on email at [protected]@gmail.com but no reply

                              payment was done through netbanking via EBS transaction reference number [protected]

                              this is a fraud website....kindly take action against such website who plays with sentiments of people.i need my money back as they havent done delivery.kindly help me sir...feel like cheated

                                i had ordered a birthday cake from the above mentioned website and it was scheduled to get delivered on 23-July-2013 but instead it got delivered on 24-July-2013. I have been calling there customer support and asking them for full refund but most of the time no body picks the call and even if they did, they say "we will look into it and get back to you" but nobody has replied till date. No options left i am logging a complaint.

                                Please do the needful and protect consumers from these kind of harrasments.

                                Fraudulent organisation, they are not authorised . i ordered &amp; it must be delivered on same day, but they failed to deliver when i called saying transformer was burnt &amp; they got total damage excuses but that issues was not highlighted in any of the news papers.A flower bonquet &amp; cake will it be stored in godown? people dont get cheated by this bull oranisation instead go &amp; get stuffs for ur freinds and family.

                                  I have ordered cake through online on 24/7/2013 and payed money on the same day itself through online.
                                  I received a mail for confimation.
                                  Cake has to be delivered on 25/7/2013.
                                  Delivery time was 9 am.
                                  I called them more than 20 times but there were postponing the time and at last they said 9 pm,
                                  when i called at that time they said they will refund.
                                  When i called next day they didn't refund and was continuing the same story.
                                  i didn't recieve my money back.

                                  Same thing happen to me. www.indiaflowergiftshop.com was doing cheating business. I was order on Nov 01 2013, still It was not delivered. I'm raising charge back with my credit card company. I think we have to do some web search before placing any order o[censored]nknown or non-reputed website. If it all contains any bad reputation, its always better avoid, that my learning experience from these fellows.

                                  Please aware of this website. Even comsumer compaints are also not responding... :(

                                    I have placed online order for Bouquet on 12th February through website www.indiaflowershop.com for delivery on valentine day i.e. 14th february.
                                    My Order Tracking ID is:NfE6tP, The bouquet was not delivered on the day and then I called next day to the number (+91-[protected]) given on the website and cancelled the order as it was not delivered on time. Then the guy who received phone (Raj) accepted the cancelled request and told me that I will receive the refund of my money i.e. 369 INR into my bank account.
                                    Since then I have called number of times, many times the call will not connect, they will not pick the phone and if they pick they will tell me that I will receive the refund money in next 1 week.

                                    I have spend another 50 Rs in making calls to the company and also it is annoying me very much and wasting my time.

                                    I request you to please provide me the justice and push the company to refund my money as soon as possible. Also I request you to take some strict action again the company management to make them learn lesson so they do not repeat such ir-responsible and unprofessional behaviour with anybody else in future.

                                      I m greatly disappointed with the kind of service given by these guys.
                                      First of all I had ordered the cake and flowers to be sent on 13th March morning.
                                      It did not reach, I called up customer care and he said it would reach by 5 pm max.
                                      when it was not delivered even by 6.30 pm I called up again, this time instead I being angry, the customer care was really rude to me, and they dropped the call. Calling so many times my calls where rejected ?? Was that a way.. You have charged be double to just to delivered flowers and cake to my loved on on her birthday. and you reject your customer calls ?
                                      By 10 pm or so the receiver got a call from the delivery guy, they where heading out for dinner. The delivery boy was extremely rude to the receiver ?? He said he would reach in another hour that is 11 pm ???? I sent her flowers and cake to make her happy and not to get her have a rude conversation from the delivery guy? At the end he said to her to self collect the cake from bakery ????
                                      Was that a way ? For What did I pay this extra amount ? For the birthday lady to collect the cake self. I really felt very bad that I sent her all this to make her happy. Was this a way ???

                                      Moreover the flowers are not yet delivered till date ? when I tried to call the customer care yesterday every time my call was rejected.


                                      I want my entire money back and also case against them for playing with people emotions

                                      More than money its about the people emotions they play with taking money from them.
                                      This is a Fraud.

                                        The most pathetic service I have ever encountered.

                                        I placed an order on 16 Feb on the company website www.indiaflowergiftshop.com and recvd the confirmation mail for the payment recvd for the order. The delivery date was mentioned as 19th Feb 2013 (morning hours).

                                        Note that the delivery was not done till 2100 hrs on the mentioned date and on calling the customer care phone numbers we were made to listen to abusive comments from the customer care agent who used to bang the phone repeatedly. We called about 15-20 times at the given number. As per the agent, he was not answerable to us since the amt paid was only Rs 799. The attitude of the person was highly objectionable and very abusive. He only kept telling us to cancel the order. On asking to connect to someone senior or give the number of the senior person the answer was "The owners will not sit here to listen to someone who has just paid Rs 799' and disconnected the phone. The number called was [protected]. Is this your service standards & the way staff speaks to the customers....

                                        I made the payment on 16th Feb. If the company was not in position to deliver the commitment and advise me of cancellation, then they should have intimated us on the same day itself. Asking me to cancel the order on the evening of the delivery date leaves me with no alternative.

                                        Very pathetic and disgusting service. I generally do online transaction all around the year but have never come across such a pathetic service.

                                        Neither the website of the company has any link where I can raise my concerns. The chat option on the website is never active. For a gift to my family member on her anniversary I ended up disappointing her. And I ended up in spending almost thrice the price of the gifts on the ISD calls made from Dubai to track the order.
