I placed the order online on 27 08 15 a Birthday Cake to be delivered to Pondicherry on 30 08 15, which is not delivered on that date. So that me and beneficiary (The birthday boy, his friends and lot of children, family friends and family) were so fed up and frustrated and very disappointed and caused lot of inconvenience for us and every body who were waiting for the cake to celebrate the Birthday Party and it was very shame for us in front of others those who were invited. The beneficiary is not at all happy with me, even though it is not at all my fault.
So, when I called on 31 08 15 and spoken to Mr.Chouwdry, who refused to refund the money that I have paid (Rs.1049) and he has delivered today (31 08 15) which was totally we did not wanted. Also the cake which was delivered was disgusting, totally different from the one that I have ordered like the colour, the flavour, design on the top / presentation, weight, size and the taste, etc.
After that I have spoken to him so many times and sent so many emails as per his request explaining everything in details and requested him for the compensation for the poor service of his company. But never he replied my email and he was telling me all the time something like he did not receive any email, the cake is delivered already and so on and refused to give any compensation.
So could you please arrange to take appropriate action against that company (Indiaflowergiftshop.com) and arrange to fetch me a compensation of at least Rs.6, 000 for the trouble we had as mentioned above @ your earliest.

Indiaflowergiftshop.com — Late delivery and not refundign of the extra amount paid for midnight delivery
I placed an order of "Cute Love" which contained cake, balloons, and teddy on 18th December 2015. The complete order was for Rs. 1166 The products were for Rs. 865 and i paid Rs. 300 for delivery on 19th midnight. They had promised me delivery between 11:45pm to 12:15 am on 19th December 2015. I had mentioned in the instructions that the birthday was on 20th December 2015. I got a mail from the website on 19th December that they could not deliver teddy and balloons and if it was okay with me they can deliver cake and flowers, to which i said yes but wrote in the mail that they have to deliver it on 20th and refund the amount i paid extra for the midnight delivery and if they can't then they should cancel the order. I did not receive any response on 20th December, and 21st they gave excuses that phone was not reachable. I repeatedly dropped mails to cancel my order and refund the amount but there was no response from their side. They delivered the order on 23rd December 2015 even though i had requested to cancel my order. I haven't heard from them regarding refund of the extra amount i paid for the midnight delivery. Please look into this. This is harassment and they ignored all my mails for refund and cancellation. I can see that there are many complaints against them, please take action else these people will keep harassing the customers.
