I have placed an order on sep 3rd late night, which is supposed to be delivered on sep4th mid night. Before placing the order we asked whether it is possible as there is a short notice. They are very confident about the delivery. So we placed the order and paid money. Even after placing the order we called them and they said okay and replied via mail about order confirmation.

And stopped attending calls. The very next day they told the delivery boy met with an accident and will deliver it by sep 5th evening. And it is not done. Not attending the calls. Since then wherever we call they will say it will be re delivered. It is a birthday surprise and it can't be done at any time they like to do. Since then i will call, they will say it will be done by friday. No money will be credited by friday. Will call again on monday. They will say a date after 2 weeks. No money credited. And date after a week... And so on...

Kindly take some action

It has been 1.5 months and this company is not returning my 637 rupees and has outrightly refused to do so.
It is not a company, it is a scam.
1. I ordered a cake to be delivered to lucknow on 4th november - undelivered - no calls picked up on customer care numbers.
2. I requested to deliver the cake on the next day - 5th november - undelivered, nobody picks up calls
3. I have called on both their customer numbers - 15 times each in 1.5 months to ask for refund of rs. 637
4. There is just one person who picks up both customer care numbers and talks very indecently.
5. He does not listen to the problem - and has outrightly told he will not return the money

This company has not delivered the gift, for which i have ordered. They have provided me the tracking id cysy9h, which seems totally incorrect. They have confirmed me for refund by mail within 7-10 days, but since last month, i have been following them for refund, but nobody is listening & they are scolding me & not refunding the amount.

I have ordered a cake and paid money for cake 1300 on 06th nov 2017 with payment id 86553641 through payment gateway ingenico group. But then cake was not delivered on the committed date over phone call which is 08th november 2017 and then not responding through calls. Only taking fake orders and looting money through online. When i called up those numbers available in online they are answering but then when i speak about payment simply cut off the line and not answering again from that numbers. Fake website and looting money from all o[censored]s. Please consider this on priority and track those people and take action and save common people from this faudsters

I ordered for black forest cake and received chocolate flavour. Worst customer service ever. Even if i call, they are scolding us back and telling only his is available. For chocolate flavour, why should i pay rs. 740? Also the bakery is just 5minutes away from my place and you charged rs. 200. When i called the florist, they are telling i was charged triple the amount and chocolate flavour is the cheapest one and you told to deliver chocolate flavour instead of black forest.

Please shut your business instead of wast ing other's time and money. Holy #

I have sent a gift to my dear ones for deepawali vide tracking no slnmvr on[protected] but the same was not delivered..

Refund my money otherwise i will file a case to consumer court for not giving the promised services and products.

I will also going to file a case of forgery againt this site to teach lession to such fraudlents...

This site is involved in earning money by fraudlent means they are taking orders online but not delivering the orders

Pls take proper action agaist such fraudlent sites as per the provisions in ipc..

Today i placed an order for cake delivery.. Bt it was not delivered on da address n when i asked them about da delivery they are saying it is done.. Really very bad experience now they are not attending calls.. I made a payment through net banking of 540rs. Such a fake company... Many same complains are there... Plz do something help me out. Parcel delivery was to be done on 17th sep-jalandhar, pb, no news till date 19sep n phone calls of the person who made transaction not being responded, saw same complains by many other customers. Need delivery or refund, very bad experience. Request an action on it please, there r many same complains where after payment no response is given.

I booked for a cake and bouquette on 9-july-2017 in the above website, and promised to deliver the cake in chennai, after 100 of calls, one of the staff r a lady answers tt it ll be delivered by 5 and cuts the call before we say anything. Cand how does bank give permision to such fraudulent business for transactions. I spent 900 on my citi bank credit card for the purchase and atlast when i got angry and started yelling, the staff laughed and said see you good bye and cut the call. I am looking forward to file a complaint on their website and as well as their account number to which i transacted my money and have also notified local people about this.

Hi, I had placed an order yesterday that was supposed to be delivered yesterday midnight, but it hasn't been delivered yet and also nobody is picking up my call. Please take this very seriously else I have to take strict action against you and the person who have been assigned those contact number mentioned in your website. I have mode more than 20 calls and nobody seems to answer my calls. If gift is not delivered on time there's no sense. I hereby request to take strict against such fraud company.

Highly unsatisfied. I would even go to an extend to say that the company is a scam. Scamming people of their money and emotions. Very sad to see that a service provider who is into services of flowers/ cakes/ gifts for special occasions would be so insensitive to the customers needs. I had placed an order on 13th May 2017 for a combo of flowers and cake to be delivered in Zirakpur for my aged grandmother. They do have a column for "special requests" wherein I had clearly mentioned that the order should preferable be delivered in Morning as she is not available post evening. It obviously was a prepaid order so my money was deducted right away. Next day that had not delivered it till 11, on contacting one of their listed numbers, one extremely rude female told me that I should not be expecting delivery at the stated time as its a busy day for them, it being Mother's day and that they can't pay heed to each and every instruction and that my order will be delivered by 5 as it has ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED. After this monologue the call was disconnected. I mean, really good on customer service right!!! I started contacting them from 3 PM onwards as it was not yet delivered, concern being the receiver person would not be there post evening. Finally someone was gracious enough to accept our call, this time a male and I was told that since its summer season they start the deliveries in second half. Mind you I was earlier told that the order was already dispatched. He again told me that the order is ALREADY DISPATCHED and will be delivered by 6. No surprises that the order was not delivered and they refused to answer the calls even from alternate numbers. The scenarios is such that now I cannot even place an order from some other online site as I found most of them stop taking the same day delivery order by 6 PM. Pathetic service, if any. Complete disregard of customer service let alone satisfaction. This company should actually be looked into about it being genuine as I do not even expect them to refund my money. Post this I am moving to register a complain against the same in consumer court as early as tomorrow morning and the cyber crime cell too.

As soon as i payed i received an email confirming my order. A couple of seconds after this u received a new email saying my order was on hold. I have sent several emails in order to enquire about my order and i got no reply. I think this is some sort of scam and they steal from people.

After calling the support team many times, didnt get any response. Even after getting an email on 22 february "order has been refunded and you shall recieve the order amount credit in your account within 7-10 working days." still waiting didnt get refund for the order. Can you please find out why ist been so complicated to make a refund after explaining so many times that the order has not been delivered. Kind regards vikas prasher

Ordered a bunch of flowers for delivery on my hubby's b'day. To my disappointment they didn't deliver it without any reason. It's indeed stupid when you commit for a service, get paid upfront and then just don't do what you are expected to do.
The worst part is their customer harassment. After so many calls and emails they have not even refunded the money till now. It's been a month already and my last few emails have not been answered.

I don't think selling flowers or gifts is their primary business. That is just a disguise for the fraud they are. It's clearly evident from the plethora of complaints against them on the internet.

They answer and cut the call once i ask for the delivery of cake.
Neither they answer the cal and informing us the reason.

No communication is done by them.
Could you please take serious action against them. Block the site if you could and save people like us getting trapped.

I have ordered flower bouquet from IndiaFlowerGiftShop.com and made the online payment on 15th Feb 2017. However its not delivered yet. I am taking follow up on Support number [protected] and [protected] and [protected].

They answer and cut the call once i ask for the delivery of flowers.

When I tried to track it online the status is showing its on Hold. But there is no reason listed of why they kept it on Hold. Neither they answer the cal and informing us the reason.

No communication is done by them.

I have paid INR 416/-

This site is fraud and please take action and save other people from getting fraud.

Hi. Vikas here. I made an order which was not delivered; order num: pCJ9Ac.

Sent an email as well for refund but no replies at all. Today I called support Nummer provided on website. Lady just picked the call and said call on Saturday and hanged up the call. Never faced such a poor customer services. First item was not delivered not even up to next day. 3 days after I tried to call & find a solution but no one is there listen.
