I had made a payment on 06/02/2015 for Rs. 1705 for delivering a Cake and Flower bouquet on 07/02/2017 on a specific address which was shown available in their website. The order was not processed in time and the same was not delivered. I had requested for a refund which was assured by e-mail and over telephone. Till now the amount is not refunded and response is very very poor. They are now saying that they will deliver the same to any other address with in one year, which I had informed that I am not interested in such deal since its their fault.

I had ordered for a gift on 13th of Feb and requested it to be delivered on 14th Feb. The payment was proceessed and the order was accepted but after that i have no update at all after that. Despite several calls to the support number '+91 [protected]' as given on the site, no one was responding to the calls. Infact my calls were being disconnected. Today is 15th and i still do not have any update. The tracking id is 'EZsKx8'

It's very sad to write this that after being into and industry of gift and emotions, your company is utterly bad at your customer.

Over and above this you send a mail saying you have successfully delivered it.
After trying to reach on the only one number available, you staff apologized and assured to deliver the cake in 2 hours of time.
And since then i've made 20 calls to your office and your staff has stopped responding. Rather put my number on hold.
Your staff disconnect the calls on the face of your customers.
These are the services you are offering...???

I am requesting them to refund. but they refuse to give refund,
today on 07/01/2017 i received an email from them saying ur product successfully delivered. but actually no product is delivered till now.
I want my refund. Please dont buy anything from this site.

I had a ordered a New Year Cake online through the website merchant indiaflowergiftshop.com. I had paid 990 rupees. Neither was the cake delivered . The contact person, one Arindam Chaudhary from Kolkatta, was unreachable after the first two calls (True caller shows the number as Romba Gifts...[protected]. He initially assured me through phone that the cake would be delivered...though delayed. When I did not get it at the promised time, I called twice...and I was assured that the cake was out for delivery. I never got it. Nor does the Merchant answer my phone call now. This is a fraud website. Beware of merchant indiaflowergiftshop.com

I have ordered a 5kg fruit basket n 1/2 kg dry fruit n rose bouquet for my cancer fighting Frend ...on 3rd dec2016 but these fraudsters didn't deliverd it still...they eat ppl hard-earned money...they didn't have emotion juz doing fraud openly ...now I want my full refund ...they r even not picking up my pH not replying to my mails big fruads they r...I want my money back

My friend have ordered the ButterScotch Small cake on 25th December 2016 for me. As he wanted a 'Same-Day-Midnight' delivery apart from the cake price he paid INR 300 extra. However the cake didn't got delivered on the same day! His purpose was to deliver the cake on the Christmas Day not the day after.

After he ordered and paid the full money, in the night when he was tracking the order there was a comment which was added; that it's a after cut off time order. (refer the screen-shot attached)

So his 1st question is, then why should he pays INR 300 extra? As he has clearly mentioned in the instructions that it should be delivered on that day!!

The cake got delivered on the next day (26-Dec-16) that too at evening (normal time; no midnight) with wrong message on cake, no card and a different cake.

While I opened the packet, I found that the cake was smelt terrible. For that reason I just tasted a little bit of the cream and it was acidic taste. Henceforth, I keep the cake as it is.

My friend called the customer help desk +91 [protected], [protected]. They behaved rudely and cut the calls many times. Voice clips have been attached.
We sent mail to [protected]@indiaflowergiftshop.com, but there is no response.

They promised that they would return back the cake, but no one came to collect it.

I have attached the photo of the cake as well which my friend ordered and what I got.

Kindly ask the dealer to refund the money which has been charged extra for mid night delivery as well as kindly exchange the cake with a fresh one.
If it is not possible, kindly refund the paid money and take back the cake .

I ordered one cake to be delivered at indore location, they received the payment from me, i called them to ask about the payment and rest details, but they stopped picking up the call from my number, then i tried to make a conference call from my friends no. The lady she heard my voice and disconnected the call.
I doubt this guys are going to deliver my cake or not?

My order ID LRkDXj is not delivered to Gandhinagar Gujrat at 13/September/2016 for mid night delievery. I have followed up then they deliver my gift after 2 days.As per my customer care conversation they had to refund Rs300 charged for midnight delivery. After too many reminder still I have not got my refund. Kindly refund my amount charged for midnight delivery and penalty for late delivery.

Been following up with the customer support, to ensure prompt delivery. It was promised to be delivered on 02/11/16, by 5:00, After continous calls this guy says that the delivery man met with an accident & the delivery could not be made & will be made on the next morning.

Every hour i have been calling up, arindam choudary comes up with lame excuses that it would be done in the next one hour. but still not done & says that it is my wish if i wish to cancel the order, can do so, but the amount would not be refunded.

I THINK THAT THIS ARINDAM CHOUDARY IS A SCAMSTER WHERE HE TAKES MONEY ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OF GIFTS WHICH NEVER HAPPEN

I ordered one 250g kaju barfi packet to be delivered on 29oct, 2016 for Diwali.It didn't get delivered for two days after that also.On inquiring they are telling because o[censored]navailability of recipient they gave it to security guard.This was not even informed to the recipient.On asking there was no parcel with the guard.Also the order being a gift was prepaid.So, money was also charged with no refund and failure of delivery.THe customer support talked very rudely on asking the details of order.Further, the tracking status is still showing processing in order status.

Hi All,
I ordered a cake for my relative's birthday. It didn't get delivered on time. I spoke and registered a complaint in the support mobile number they had given. The customer support person told that he would cancel the order and send the money back. The next day my relative got a call that a person is waiting with the cake. Again I called the shop and asked regarding this. They told that they can't refund the money back and arguing like idiot. They really don't care about the customer satisfaction. Please don't go for it.

Very disappointing experience. Instead of request for delivery before 8 AM, gift had been delivered in evening 8PM with exchanged and wrong message card.
Bouquet delivered is almost half of the size presented in the picture.

Fruit basket is also with the all cheapest fruit available in the market which does not have any standard.
Delivery tracking system is also disgusting.

I had placed an order worth Rs.2247/- (Order ID: hBISJ9 dated 15-Sep-2016).
Online payment made to ROMBA GIFTS-EBS at 15:40 Hrs. on 15-Sep-2016.

There were 3 items ordered but only the cake got delivered that even without any message on it as it was requested.

The other 2 items (Flowers and Sweets) never got delivered till this time and the numbers given for customer support are not generally reachable.

The only response I got was, 'We shall check and get back".

Ruthless they were talking and they offer pathetic customer service.

I need the full refund made to my account without any further discussion on this.

Online request for one flower bouquet on 5_sep_16 (Teachers day) with full payment. But in evening around 6:30 pm they try to contact me to inform that they can not delivered the product but three times their landline connection not happen due to network issue and i am also tried two times on the same landline no. But again due network issue connection not happen, and again i am try on his mobile no. Two times but they don't reply.

Now on 6_sep_16 morning. I tried to call him and they said that due to ganesh puja, no flowers available on whole city at that day. So we can not delivered.
And when ask him to refund the money they said, sorry we can not refund the money, you have to only receive the product some another day.

I already ordered an item on 25th August 2016 and i received payment order confirmation from EBS Payment as success on the same day. Till today i did not received any response from the merchant site and the delivery time is over .

How can i get the money back? To whom i need to contact and register complaint for the same. I hope this online company is a fraud. This types of fraud websites are now commonly. How can we solve these problem permanently .

I am requesting indian consumer complaint forum to provide me a solution to get my money back.

It was my mother's birthday so I thought of sending cake and flowers. I placed an order with India Flower Gift Shop because they assure delivery and refund if the delivery can't be made. After entering all my details, I paid the total amount of Rs.1198 to them. The order was placed on 25th August 2016 at approximately 12:11PM. But suddenly, I got a call in the evening at around 4:25PM from[protected] saying that the order can't be delivered because the address which I gave was out of city limits and that I'll have to pay another 150 bucks to get it delivered which I wasn't told at the time of placing the order. I told them to cancel the order in that case and refund me the money to which they said that the order can't be refunded at the delivery date. But I was told that they'll confirm again and will call me back. I got no call or emails after that. I emailed them back angrily to which they said that the order was "Out For Delivery". I called my parents and asked whether they got the cake to which they said that the delivery has not been made yet. Even till 26th August 2016, the delivery has not even been attempted. This is the company's fault if the delivery is not attempted and they are not even giving me an answer to their behavior.

The same thing happened last month when I ordered a cake for my father. They told me that I ordered it late. I agreed and did as they told (Put my order on hold for later). I didn't take any serious step. But this is happening again and they are really pissing me off.

I don't know whom to contact in this case.
If I was someone from the "Politician" background, I would have made them close the operations but all I ask for is the REFUND. It is MY MONEY which I'm telling them to give back which is getting tough. Please look into the matter and help me with this. I am really disappointed.

I had booked a gift to be delivered on 24 Aug 2016 midnight for which they have charged me at premium also but did not even deliver the gift.

Their customer care person disconnects the call without talking. Such fraud website should not be allowed to be added in online. They are doing this with so many people and making money and here we are just writing our complaints!!!
I will provide further details only if some action is taken else no use...
