Sir, I had send international parcel to israel on 09/08/2021, but it has been shown that Send receptacle abroad (Otb) since 22/08/2021, Pleaselook into the matter.

Postman of Patel Nagar P.O. New Delhi-110008 has delivered a vital govt.document i.e.PVC aadhar card containing speedpost no. UC[protected]IN address G-150 Baba Faridpuri, Patel nagar, New Delhi-110008 to Mr.Santosh Mobile no. [protected] without verifying the identity of the documents which belongs to Mr.Surinder Rai mobile no.[protected].
Refer to the said complain if any misuse of the document for any India govt.purpose or any other foreign authority, the postman bearing the speedpost no.as mentioned will be liable.
Kindly take necessary action of any such activities may carried.

Hello, my parcel no EK[protected]IN have not been delivered to me, when i checked the status I see that the parcel is not delivered due to insufficient address, but the same person have mentioned that he had been to the place and door was locked, If he have visited then how come the parcel have insufficient address.

This had been a regular problem with the person, he never deliver the parcel, they never deliver parcel and always they come up with this kind of issues.

I get parcel from all other private players, the problem is only with Indian Postal service.

I request you to deliver me the parcel, Hence I will have to write to PMO regarding the carelessness of INDIAN POSTAl

I have booked registered parcel on 4th September 2021 from VIMANPURA PO(560017) to Imphal (795001) with consignment no as shown in images. It was supposed to reach within 1 week but the item shown as dispatched from KOLKATA RMS MAIL TMO on 8 September 2021 & no further update is given. Pliz look into the matter. Its an urgent bcoz parcels contain wedding card. It should be reached before 18th September 2021.

The tracking status shows that the item delivery was confirmed on 28/08/21 at 15:30:47 but the recipient has not received any parcel yet (11/09/21). It was also confirmed with the guards at the entrance. The phone number of the recipient was also provided on the package but nobody received a call.

I have sent an international speed post parcel to WES Canada on 23 Aug 2021, but the same is yet not delivered. When I check status it shows Current Status : Send receptacle abroad (Otb) since 24 Aug2021.

My passport was not delivered due to insufficient address even when the address was properly given and verified by the police verification.

What should I do to get it delivered?

We have sent an international speed post parcel to WES Canada on 29 Aug 2021, but the same is yet not delivered. When I check status it shows no status update after 29 Aug2021.

My Article no. EQ[protected]IN was booked on 1/9/2021 and status shows that it got delivered in indore on 6/9/2021.But thats not my address.My address is Haibargaon, Assam and my pin code is 782002.Plz deliver the parcel to me asap

On 07/09/21, I got a message on my mobile that your "Article xxx has been delivered by XYZ Person". But it was not delivered to me nor I have received any phone calls from the postman.

When my speed post was received at Dilkusha SO, they dispatched to the BO, which was far from my address, so when the postman from BO asked me that where I lived (for making the delivery) I told them but he refused to deliver which I can understand, so I told him to write down my correct address on speed post and return back to Dilkusha SO, from there I will receive my DL/Speed Post as it was near to my address. So he did that.

But when I arrived at Dilkusha SO, they were saying that they have returned back to Lucknow GPO marking with "Insufficient Address", I don't know why they do that.

So, I waited for Lucknow GPO message/phone calls, that whether they were sending back to Dilkusha or not.
But the strange thing happen on 07/09/21, that I got a message that "Item is Out for Delivery" and after that "Item is Delivered". But it was not.

On 09/09/21, I made a phone call to RTO regarding this case, so they were saying that "Your DL will be there at Lucknow GPO for 7-days and after that, it will be delivered to Mandal. So if you want you can take it from GPO now", which makes me little-bit happy.

But on 09/09/21, when I go to Lucknow GPO for my DL, they were saying that they cannot give it to me. They have returned my DL/Speed Post.

I ask again RTO about this, but RTO is saying they have to give, it will be there for 7-days and currently, it has only been 2-days.

So, one side RTO and one side Lucknow GPO, I'm stuck...
Send me some response on this from where I can get back my DL back.

This is about a consignment with tracking number: EM[protected] whose current status is "Item Returned Addressee moved". The item reached Dispur S.O., Guwahati on 8th September at 10:11 AM and without any delivery attempt, the shipment was returned to the source. Nobody ever contacted me regarding the delivery....

I have already given my things in post office on dt 12/8/21 but still now it doesn’t reach where it should be delivered it’s almost 1 month where is my things stuck please check it up it’s all important things it should reach Manipur

I sent a mail to Montenegro on 1/8/21 and was told it would be delivered in 14 days. (RT[protected]IN) It has been over a month and it's stuck in Mumbai Airport Sorting office for more than 20 days now. Urgent mail, please resolve as soon as possible....

My documents are stuck at IGI TMO NEW DELHI since AUGUST 21, 2021. Its been 16 days and no updates. these documents are to be delivered to my university in Canada, if not I wouldn’t be able to take exam. Please look into the matter ASAP.

CW[protected]IN, on booking 16/08/2021 from uttarpara to gurgaon. But after 22 days parcel not tracking no find product. No receive after days product. i track many times but not show. please help me

If seriously there is something like 3rd wave then we need to be extra careful. Places like malls theatres and specially restaurants must allow people who are fully vaccinated. People are still not getting vaccinated and we can get everyone vaccinated only by selling groceries to those who are fully vaccinated which will help a lot. Also road side eateries like vada pao and many other stalls must give only parcels. Nobody should be allowed to gather unnecessary. If found fine of rs 500 should ve imposed. Also lot of trouble has been caused at Telephone Exchange junction due to some unwanted work going on since more than 2 years. Just stop these kind of constructions everywhere which has created a mess and wasting time money and petrol. Just convey this message to each and everyone.
