Delivery of pre-opened posts, which result in the infringement of my privacy (A fundamental right). Most of my letters or posts come pre-opened or in a destroyed manner, that is highly unusual. I have proof of the same as it is a matter of serious concern for me. The letters are confidential for a reason and this act shatters the confidence in a reputed government institution.

    I have sent a postal parcel from the Emirates post office (UAE) to North Lakhimpur Assam on the 5th of August 2021 and have been tracking it down. It was going smoothly but since 24th August my parcel is stuck at North Lakhimpur TMO(Transit mail office). Kindly look after the reason for the delay and fix the problem.

      I tried to send 2 items to Korea a few months ago, but it has not been solved yet, so I am sending them to solve this problem. Where the hell is my stuff? If you're going to give it to me or not, please send it to Korea. I sent it on July 12th and still haven't received it in Korea. There are two problems, but please solve one first. Please ^^

        I have sent a very important article to my friend located in Noida and the status of which is showing "dispatched from Ghaziabad Ma RMS TMO" since 3rd sep 2021. The consignment no is ER[protected]IN. This is very URGENT. Requesting @indiapost to deliver it as soon as possible or at least let me know what is the current location of the article so that we can collect it.

                    Speed Post booked on 30 aug 2021 from Madurai to mumbai not delivered for more than a week. No response when I call to customer care as well.                                   An International Speed Post with Consignment Number EY[protected]FR was booked on 09.08.2021 from France.

                                  Booked from Delhi EMS Speed post/Delhi Rs TMO 110006 on 25/8/21 . Reached Allahabad RMS and then local post office Allahabad Kty HO 211002 on 27/8/21.

                                  In this connection, i would like to bring to your notice that the said Article, as per the Track Consignment tool of India Post website, is non delivered siting insufficient address but that, s not true as it was an international courier from a reputed company. Item is presently lying with Allahabad NDC. i went personally to postmasters of Allahabad Kty HO & Allahabad HO but they did nothing.

                                  After registering complaint on this site, I got my speed post after 36-48hrs which i will consider prompt coz i was earlier running for almost a week..though i had also filed complaint on their website also..Immediate delivery from NDC next day..Thanks a lot
