I have sent two emo of rs.5000/- of each to sony kumari, d/o ashok kumar, vill-shamsher, nagar, post shamsher nagar, pin code 824113 via sadar bazar jamalpur s. O-811214 on 07/01/18, emo pnr no.[protected] and[protected] but it has not delivered and not refunded till date. Now my purpose of sending money is resolved. So please refund my amount.

I have sent MO of Rs.5000/- to Sony Kumari, D/O Ashok Kumar, Vill-Shamsher, Nagar, Post Shamsher Nagar, Pin code 824113 via PO Koi Bhupat Arwal, Pin 804430 on 24/11/18, MO PNR No. 92 but it has not delivered and not refunded till date. Now my purpose of sending money is resolved . I have already lossed complain on India Post website through complain no [protected] but my matter was not resolved. So Please refund my amount.

Article number ee[protected]in not delivered yet. Article missent 941 fpo danapur in bihar while destination address is udhampur jammu and kashmir pin 182101. Post date 23 mar 2019. This article consist of car rc book. It is very important. How this article sent to bihar while on wrong address. Article despatched from rto office udhampur and destination adrees is air force station udhampur. Pin 182101.

Post office was used to take electricity bills of pgvcl but now suddenly they have stopped it reasons notknown. Post office was earning some money fromelectric company and their staff was keeping themselves busy. Now letter business is reduced to almost nil then why did they stop it? People were happy at post office as generally everybody visits post office. Clarification is required.

I have took driving test in 28-march-2019 and have been qualified and my licence also have been dispatched through speed post. But until today that is 26-May-2019 it had not been delivered to me. When i checked the status online (with speed post no. EN[protected]IN) it said item have been delivered. When i went to post office for inquiring the same the officials are saying they didn't received the parcel yet.

Hello, i bought a vintage manual typewriter that was shipped from netherlands in april to my bangalore address. The package has arrived in india one month ago but i'm yet to receive it. It shows that it is still in india customs from april 24th.

I had ordered few musical instruments from thomannmusic based in germany. But the package delivered was in a very bad condition and the items have been replaced with a fitness mat and two foldable chairs of indian make. And the invoice was missing too. Tracking no:cc[protected]de.
I am really disappointed and angry with india post for such a bad conduct. Please help. As i had to save money for a while to make this purchase and now i am disheartened. And i still had to pay custom duty for those indian products.

Hey my self komal, it has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched from palam tmo to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. I have sent the product from hyderabad with tracking id en[protected]in on 14/05/2019. But still now it has not been delivered. I have also raised a complaint with id [protected]. But no response even after signing a complaint. Please see that my parcel gets delivered asap. I have also contacted the postal head office of faridabad but it is out of order and i also contacted sub post office, they are talking in a very rude way. Please see that the order gets delivered asap

My parcel coming from netherlands is stuck at mumbai customs with the status: EA[protected]NL.
I don’t know why it’s stuck. I have paid full shipping charges and the parcel doesn’t contain anything prohibited. It has paper bedding for my pet hamster. I don’t understand why would they hold it? Can someone please help me with this.

Dear sir/mam,
I booked a speed post parcel on 07/05/19 from post office hatta (470775) carrying marriage invitation card for 14 may2019. Item should be delivered within 3-4 working days because there is continuous working days and delivery place was only around 160 km. India post charged arround 42 rs. For it due to fast speed delivery but it delivered after more than 10 days while it is speed post within state range. This is the totally looting and unreliable practice by india post so i request that please proceed my complaint to correct it and there should be fine on service provider for this as well as return money to consumers in such cases.

I have sent some research material to india through postal delivery on 24th april 2019 from taiwan. It’s been 26 days by today, the delivery not attempted yet. I have been tracking from last two weeks; it’s just roaming between chennai to vijayawada from 3rd may onwards. There is no update from 3rd may onwards. Really i feel very sad on this and i request you to take necessary action to deliver to destination. (Parcel tracking no: cc[protected]tw). Kindly help me to deliver the parcel as it carries some important research materials.

Consignment no. Aq[protected]in issued by manipal hq bengaluru on dated 24 april 2019 was not delivered by irresponsible postman on the plea top floor or not found address it is strange. On enquiry it is learnt article has already been returned black manipal hq. I am facing lot of problems. Kindly depute responsible/suitable postman and take action against him for irresponsible attitude.

With ref to tracking number cd[protected]de my parcel is hold after custom clearance at ghaziabad ho. Navyug market, they are asking for custom duty it value is less than 10000 inr, if it is cleared by custom department at foreign post office why they are asking for custom duty and they are asking for huge amount. I think this is completely wrong, kindly release my parcel as they are delicate items chances to get damaged. Already it is delayed from so long. You are requested take action immediately.
