My name is ingla singh. My husband late shri mahendra kumar singh was a government employee in indian railways on post of station superintendent at bhabnaan station, basti. He had purchased a pli of rs 5 lakhs with policy no. Up-343023-cc in his service period on 13/02/2015 from head post office, basti and paid all the premium on time. My husband has been expired on 10/03/2017.
After that i had applied for the claim...

I posted a letter (Rp[protected]in) from head po - patiala, punjab to peterborough, on, canada on 8th of april which has not delivered yet and the tracking information shows the item is bagged at delhi international mail centre on 9th of april and it still shows the same thing on 1st of may. I called customer helpline they asked to contact canada post, my brother contacted canada post they said we have no information regarding your consignment...

My parcel from rhinoshield (Phone case) with tracking number rr[protected]tw is stuck in the “transfer from office of exchange” status since the last 4 days.
I have seen several complaints regarding parcels being stuck for even months.
Fearing the same would happen to me (As the parcel is a gift for a day), i can’t afford to get it delayed.
Kindly hurry up the process and do the needful....

I ordered T-shirt and cap from MotoGP spain on 10th April. On 18th I get to see it is in MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE. I called them and they said you have to wait. On 26th the status says it is in BANGALORE SUB FGN POST and Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason. I have imported bluetooth soundbar which is custom hold by mumbai customs since april 19 and it shows retained by border agency/security.

Can anyone help to get this parcel as i see customs officer don't show any interest in contacting me for tax payment on that item.

Below are two consignment numbers wherein first is for passport cover and second is for passport. Address was same for both the things which i had given in passport office but i received only passport however passport cover was returned by mentioning insufficient address.
