Hello,

So i visited post office today at resettlement colony, block 1, kalyan puri, delhi, 110091, and got to know about my account has been closed for no transaction for 3 years thats genuine for sure. But why didn't i got informed before closing the account? I did not received any call or email from post office. So am i not important as a customer to post office?

Lets move to second question:

1) why is the entire staff is full of incomplete information? (Which is leading customers to misguidance)

2) why the website keep saying kisan vikas patra page is not available?

3) post master have no idea how to talk to customer "sahilesh seth" and doesn't have enough information. (Why is useless people are sitting in such position?)
Plus the entire staff is sitting their dumb with basic information.

4) why their is no customer care number for kisan vikas patra information?

5) does "india post" think "customers are bunch of stupid useless peoples?
If not then why is the staff really slow and doesn't know the basic informations?

Please answer them all cause i'm posting this to social media as well.

I had placed an order on born pretty website, country origin malaysia.
I was tracking it on india post, wherein i found that from 11th may the status is retained by customs for unspecified reasons.

Please let me know what is the issue and request you to make sure that the parcel starts moving.

My new pan card despatched from mumbai to my native place vill dahiyari, po - parasbani, dist. Bokaro, pin 828403 jharkhand on 13.04.2019 through speed post bearing consignment number ea[protected]in. While i track my pan card then current status items received chandrapura so on 18.04.2019 time 11:28:25. But the same items has not been received yet by the post man.

On 15 may 2019 i got 2 sms from id-dopbnk about the transactions from an account no. Xxxxxx4278.
1. Credited rs.54833 and the balance is rs.204833 transaction id (I think): in2460910
2. Debited rs.204833 transaction id (I think): in2460914.

On 16th may 2019 2 am i got a message like..

Debited rs.200000 from the account, balance is rs. 4883.00 and transaction id (I think): in2703988.

Please do the needful..

I ordered a new debit cards from sbi online portel. It successfully got dispatched and it's tracking id is post awb no. Aq[protected]in. But today i tried to check its status and it says. The consignment has been returned because of insufficient address while previously i recieved all other consignment s through the same address. Please look into it, it is must.

A speed post booked on 30-may-19 reached at nsh new delhi on 01-may-19, however, its not delivered yet. Its been more than 12 days and i havent got the package yet. I tried complaining through their complaint portal, email, calls, and even twitter, but no one takes responsibility for it. Nsh delhi dont even pick their call. How ignorant they are. I dont who appoints these ignorant people in such jobs. I dont even know where my package has gone. Either india post officials stole it or misplaced it. I dont know what to do. How irresponsible people are in india post delhi that they dont even bother to take their job seriously.
I dont care about anything right now, just give me my package asap. Thats it.

I ordered from cocoa locks and its so many days the packaged has not yet reached me since may 6 there is no progress and they are not doing any effort that the package should reach me this is the message i have received retained by border agency/secu in additional information and event type shows item dispatched. Kindly help.

I have been been tracking from day one, its just roaming between different cities mumbai to chennai, chennai to vijayawada and then now status shows vijayawada to chennai. I have not received my letter from india post and it is now stuck at delhi international mail centre. The courier was from taiwan and the courier tracking history cites that the delivery failed due to absence of such person in the address however not even for once i have received such call or even mail. Kindly see into the matter. It is very important. The document holds my unuversity admission letter and very important for my educational purpose.

I recieved a parcel through india post (From varkala to leh) that contained very precious pashmina shawls, weighing 16kg before i had posted it. But when i recieved the parcel, there was a huge cut on that from where 5kgs of shawls were taken out and the parcel then weighed 11kgs only. Those shawls were very expensive, priced about 3 lacs. A registered letter by SBI, Model TOWN Branch, Karnal bound for USA on 09/04/2019 is lying stuck at DIMC, New Delhi since 11/04/2019.I don’t know why it is taking so long to clear the same.I was given tracking no as RH[protected]IN DT 09/04/2019.
Seems like, we are still living in era of caveman.
I would like to look into matter personally and expedite it’s early clearance

We have sent two urgent letter from sbi, samb branch bamunimaidam, guwahati to the addressee mr. Amirul islam laskar, mobile no - [protected], proprietor of m/s ameer drugs distributor, and miss hafiza begum (Guarantor) of baligate, sonapur, pin - 782402 under captioned speed post on 02.05.2019 from your bamunimaidam post office. The addressee is waiting for the delivery of the letter since it was financial related one.
Unfortunately we have observed from your tracking site on 09.05.2019 that the captioned letters were not delivered due to insufficient address. It is strange to notice that your people could not find the addressee in spite of clear address mentioned with pin code and we are doing correspondence in the same address frequently which were delivered by your sonapur office in the past. The reason given is totally not acceptable. So we request you arrange to deliver the letter as early as possible.
