I booked for a speed post vide consignment no ee[protected]in from karan nagar s. O on 13 aug 2018 to be delivered to amazon seller services private limited,
Customer return dock
Village jamalpur,
Gurgaon, haryana pincode 122503.

But it has not been delivered yet, and in its tracking status it is showing "dispatched to nsh srinagar" from 21 aug 2018 and since then there has been no update on it.

I dont know why the parcel was not delivered and now i dont know where it is and nobody is responding to my complaints.

Please resolve my issue.

Its now being held by customs for almost 15 days.
I tried contacting all the offices, foreign post office (No one answered the call), mumbai airport customs (They keep on giving different numbers which are either unanswered or not in service)
Please help in releasing the parcel asap.

My parcel no. Eh[protected]in is be received by 20th to canada as there is rakhi's in it. But by tracking system i came to know that it is still laying at rmo delhi
I have submitted the complaint before also bit nothing has been proceeded.
If it will not reach on time then what is the use of my using speed post system
It would be better if i have done this with any other site which promises to deliver parcel on time.
Please do take neccassy actions regarding this or i want my refund of rs1400.

My name is sangita pandey. I had used india post situated in barabazar, kolkata; to send rakhi to mairwa, siwan.
It was done on the 13th of august, 2018. The recipient was pradeep dubey, a resident of teachers colony, mairwa.
It has been 10 days and the delivery hasn’t been done. The officials at india post have asked me to register a complaint on this site regarding the matter.
I hope you would kindly look into the matter and get my delivery sorted. Please get back to me regarding the same.

The efforts of removing encroachments seems symbolic only as other than buildings etc there is hardly any foot path left for walk of pedestrians e. G from karino market upto and upto Ary Samajh college on both sides the shop keepers, khoka walas etc have done so much encroachments with material and sign boards that hardly any space is left.
Even from health point of view one furniture shop near New Golden Taliors have covered whole foot oath, side road area with almirah s etc and he is doing painting of the stuff which is dangerous for eatables and breathing. There are many like that.
Majority of shops have covered whole parking and footpaths.
Same way Katra jaimal Singh Stat Bank of India on is using footpath as parking area. These are many examples i think commissioner is not informed about these.

It was very surprised to me while i was deny by the amingaon post office to received my speed post parcel at 3:25 pm. While i was asking about the timing one of the person sitting in counter replied that the post office parcel receiving hour is up to 3 pm. So he denied to take my speed post parcel as a result i could not post my parcel. So it is my humble request to the higher authority of india post office to conduct surprise visit to each and every post office even though it's in remote area as a part of inspection.

I have send a speed post on dt.17/08/2018 from ahmedabad to bhatinda cantt, till today on dt.23/08/2018 (07days) it is not delivered. Tracking consignment option is showing the following

My consignment was booked on 13/08/2018 from goh s. O to gpo bangalore with speed post no ef[protected]in. But till date my consignment is not delivered. It is showing received on 15/08/2018 on nsh bangalore. Recipient address is as below

The consignment number ej[protected]in booked on 7th august at ranchi has not reached its destination silicon university bhubaneswar till now and no update is there since 9th august.. Please deliver it by 26th august. It's taking too long and i am really disappointed by the service of india post. Kindly take my request seriously as the consignment is really important to reach by 26th.

This is to inform you that my brother booked a consignment from mumbai on 11th august 2018 with consignment number em[protected]in but still i am not yet received to my address.
No one in our local post officers track my consignment. I think indian postal fails to give proper service to customer.
For the sack of knowledge government should close entire postal departnt and sack entire employee.
Kindly do this on priority.

Sir, i am a defence employee. My parents live in my hometown ie mahroli-pin 332603, district-sikar. Sir, the head post officer at mahroli po refused my father for opening sukanya samriddhi account for my daughter (Even to give form). My mother visited for the same in june last week and my father went on 21 aug 2018. The post master behaved in a rude manner with my father when he went to enquire for opening sukanya account. The officer replied "yaha koi vyavstha nahi h sukanya account ki, na form h na staff aap bank jao ringas (Nearest town)". On further insistence of my father on provisions of same being extended at the post offices, he said "ek baar m samajh nahi aata kya, waha jao" and words to that affect. Since this incidence my father who is a senior citizen, is very saddend. Please help as the case is denial of services and rude behavior by a postal officer. Thanks.

My carrier is at stake. I have sent documents through speed post 6 days ago for verification for the admission in university. And all my original documents are stuck at new delhi rs from last 3 days. Tomorrow is the last date. What is the meaning of speed post if it takes 6 days to be posted and there is nothing updated online. Please look into the matter as soon as possible if not possible please return my documents it’s urgent....

There is no internet connection available in usia post office pin no 232330 dist. Ghazipur up.
Bsnl has provided airtel dongal, but that is also not working from last one month.
So many time people has raised concern about internet connection but no steps taken from the post office authority. People are waiting for their salery and pension. They are not able to withdraw their pension for their medical issues.
Current post master was working from some other post office internet connection but now they also denied to give there connection for use o[censored]sia post office.
Please do the needful to solve this issue permanently. Kindly provide bsnl land line broadband for work in post office. Bsnl lines are already their for telephone, i don't know why bsnl has given airtel dongal to post office for internet connection.

I have tracked the consignment and it's already been in my city on 8th of august at my nearest post office. Its been more than 10 days i still not get my consignment. The postman is not doing his duty properly and by asking him about the consignment he is not giving a proper detail or answer about the consignment. Please do something and take legal action.
