Sir i have applied for pan card. Card has been delivered on dt. 17.7.2018 trough speed post from uti department, but till now letter has not delivery at destination.
I am tracking speed post letter, the tracking report shows the letter has received at sonarpur sub post office west bengal and delivered to addresses. But aadhar card has been given for address proof, which shows the address has given below.

On 19th july 2018, i had sent one speed post bearing no ew[protected]in from the ranipool, east sikkim 737135, addressed to the office of directorate of elementary education, itanagar., sainik school east siang arunachal pradesh 791111. The same have not recieve by the address to this day. I tracked on online, its showing already delivered but the concerned person did not recieved till date. I do not understand the loss of my speed post. This postal had to reach on 30 july 2018 but still not. I have my interview on 20th august 2018 but still concerned person could nt recived. So kindly look this matter seriously.

This is a passport delivery and i’d really urgent as there are travel plans and without it would be a difficult situation. Please help this sort out. I’m really upset with this kind of speed post service of indian post office

I got token no 34 to have my mis account and rd to be closed and amount credited in my post office saving account. Token was issued to me at 11:58 am and it's 2:00 pm and my turn has not yet come. When enquired at the counter they do not give any response. Pathetic staff, they do not even talk properly. I do not know if any authorities are looking into the way they operate. Agents keep walking in and getting their work done. The token numbers in the display do not change for hours and when u enquire they just give an irresponsible reply.

I have a package coming by speed post from Kohima shipped on 4/8/18. On 6/8/18 I got the last update as item bagged for NSH Guwahati but till today, i.e. 13/8/18 there has been no update or any sign of the package.

KIndly look into this matter as peed post from Kohima to Guwahati is not supposed to take more than 4 days to deliver. Consignement No. EE[protected]in

Dear sir,
I sent a packet to kumirda post office (Pin 71444) which would be delivered on 7/8/2018, but it was delivered on 10/8/2018.
As per your rule of service packet should be delivered to the person (Mr nilratan mandal, harigachya, post office-kumirda), but your office agents from tamluk branch behaved very roughly and asked the concerned person to collect delivery from a distance of 20 km.
For small packet you are charging rs 450/- whereas post office system is charging rs100/-, but your people delivered to a place which is 15 km away from the scheduled delivery place.
I would expect your reasonable reply for this discrepancy because you aggreed to delivery the packet to the address provided by accepting the packet and the required charge of rs450/-.
Otherwise i will go to consumer forum for this faulty servise and cheating customers by false agreement and high service charges.
Also, i have not received any mail regarding delivery of my packet as per your service by registering my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com).

I am Md Nasir. I post a letter to Rehana khatun, p.o-harirajpure pin-721211 West Bengal on 19/07/18 which received by NSH KHARAGPORE on 22/01/18 at 20:20:35. But still the letter not reached to its destination.

So i request you to look into this metter so as the letter could reached to its destination as soon as possible.

We Booked a parcel from ashok nagar SO chennai to dilsukhnagar hyderabad on 4 Aug 2018 the number is CT[protected]IN
This parcel deliver status of CT[protected]IN not updated and I fail to track it. Also your online service of tracking is also not giving update.
The online tracking shows reached hyd on 5 August however after that no status.
Kindly update the status and see that the parcel is delivered as it is delayed.

I have opened Sukanya Samridhi account in India Post-Saroor Nagar Hyderabad Branch on 2015. I facing deposit of premium regularly. so wanted to Transfer this account to Bank. every time postmaster is saying process is not available in Post office. though it is clearly mentioned in SSA procedure we can transfer anywhere from post office to bank and vice versa.

I am fully disappointed with India Post service. I have yet to receive a post in Kolkata from Chennai. Its been 11 days from the date of booking, still the article is not yet delivered. I have raised the complaint and continuously calling the customer care. Though, the chennai customer care is very much helpful, the same kind of information is not received from the Ballygunge Post office. I have visited the post office twice and fully fedup with their service. If they have any internal problems, they shouldn't received the article first. Secondly, they have to provide any fast method to receive urgent documents. Till now I incorporated a loss of 5000Rs due to non arrival of document.

I definitely go for private logistics hereafter and suggest everyone to avoid India Post if your sending articles are valuable.

This is to inform that myself, sri indu bhusan sarma, a retired central govt. Employee, is maintaining a savings account no. [protected] at hengrabari post office, guwahati, assam. The passbook duly signed & stamped by the post office shows the total savings/deposited amount at rs. 3, 21, 763.00 (As on 0905.2018, last transaction updated).

Today, while i went to deposit some money and update the passbook; the passbook is updated with a computer printout showing a balance of rs.16, 307.00 only (Showing last transaction on 18.5.18). On further scrutiny, it reveals that the printout shows several transactions which were not made by me as well as not shown in manual passbook duly signed and stamped. Additionally, few deposits made by me are also not appearing in the printout; which were shown in the manual passbook.

It appears that the post master and other employees of hengrabari post office, guwahati had carried out fraud and taken out money from my savings account as well as not shown the amount deposited by me. We are also putting up a fir with dispur police station, guwahati in this regard

You are requested to urgently arrange to investigate and return the money which were fraudulently withdrawn/taken out, from my savings account, by employees of hengrabari post office.

Copy of my passbook is enclosed for your kind information.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of mail and revert back on further action to be taken at my end.

It was very urgent to me but the response of the post office is quite hopeless and frustrating. I am getting least faith on this organisation because of this irresponsible activities. Now, the trouble i am facing is only because of this. This letter was valuable and i need this as soon as possible. Please help in this regard.

I wonder when will India start developing ? I sent a courier form foreign to India and it took only 6 days to reach to my home. Meanwhile my parents also sent me a courier which was something important.( medicines) . The corruption, irresponsiblity and bribery of Indian post is such that it has been seven days and there’s no update to where the item has reached.i believe it’s lying somewhere in dirt at the origin place ..this exposes the voids created by our ### government . Indian government is corrupt, the ministers and even a local man is corrupt. You only care for your pockets without understanding the pain of others. I pray, your loved ones suffer the same way as others who wait too long for courier..I’m dying with pain and I needed the medicine badly . I paid for EMS, I expected one last time that may be the employees might have changed, but’s Alas! It’s India . Nothing can change .

I am subscriber of a few magazines namely champak, national geographic, vivek bharti, prabuddha bharat. But for the past few months i haven't recieved any issues of these magazines. I also heard about news in media that a room full o[censored]ndelivered posts was found in 226029 nilmatha post office. I kindly request to instruct the post office to deliver posts in time.
