My Post office RD is complete. Neither they are giving draft nor opening saving account to transfer the money.

The agent had opened my RD account in Sector 18. Faridabad. I live in Sector 29. Neither post office opening my saving account to transfer the money.

The Post office staff misguiding and harressing from last two weeks and not opening a new saving account in Sec 29 Post office.
Every time either they will say system is not working or come next week.
Then next week asked to come after three days. After three days they will say your account will not open because your RD account is in different branch.
After some argument they agreed to open the account. But they are asking the CIS no. I have given him the pass book and RD account no. Then he said youhave to bring the CIS no.from the sec 18 post office branch. They can check all the information in the system when I am giving the account details still they're harressing. They had already checked the form multiple times but never asked theses details before. This system is not good.

I am unable to track the speedpost done from Delhi on 22/06/2018 to Gossaigaon Assam 783360. The consignment no.is EQ[protected]IN which was sent from PALAM TMO to NSH Guwahati on 22/06/2018.After reaching Guwahati it will be sent to Gossaigaon P.O. 783360. I even got the message from the bank on 25th that the cheque book has been dispatched and will get it after 12 working days but its more than 15 days today and i cant even track it online. Please help me out.

Speed post letter, posted on 02/07/2018 has not arrived till date, 10/07/2018. It has an important document that I need before my flight tomorrow. I have registered a complaint on the India Post website, with zero action. Complaint no.- [protected].
It was sent from Delhi to Kurukshetra. Any post office helpine I call, does not connect or even ring

I have posted the above RL on 01.06.2018 to M/s Fashion suiting, Bhilwara-311001. The consignment tracking shows that the letter has reached the destination on 05.06.2018. While it is not showing delivery status, it is showing item received. As such I am not sure whether the letter is delivered. May kindly intimate the status of the article.

TILL YET THE STATUS IS IN ICH BALASORE BUT NOT DELIVERED as 10th is the last date for my application .What I will do ?Since 6th it is in ICH Balasore . This packet was consigned from Bhubaneswar on 5th July counter 2 .But I got astonished that from 6th July no movement is displaying on status. So please.see and resolve this complain by any means

My India post parcel comng from kohima with tracking I'd EE46055222IN is stuck in dimapur and no further update after 4 July and another parcel with tracking I'd EK[protected]IN which is coming from banglore is also stuck iits showing dispatching to guwahti on 5th July and after that no further update... Ths packages have live plants inside. Plz help. I m very worried

I have booked speed post ad EG[protected]IN on 23 June 2018 for New Delhi. It is very shameful that after passing more than 2 weeks neither article has been delivered nor any reply has been received after registering complain i.e. [protected]. No person picks phone on landline. Person available on toll free nos. gives only landline no. More than dozens email to all postal authorities has been made but found no use of that.

What is the next step to deliver my article i.E. EG[protected]IN and get delivery report? Anyone is there who can make sure article delivery.

I am a Post Office Agent in Post Office, shamli. My login id is DOP.MI[protected] but when i try to login at www.dopagent.indiapost.gov.in with my login Id and Password, it shows unsuccessful attempts. After 5 unsuccessfull attempts the id gets locked and a message appears to contact the branch. I am sure the password i am using is correct but still the account gets locked. Also there is no option to reset the password. I contacted the Post office, shamli regarding my problem of login, but they are not providing any positive response to my problem. They assured me that they will file a complaint regarding my problem, but it has been 19 days there is no response from the post office. I need to file a LOT amount of my customers but i am unable to do this because of the problem in my ID.I tried contacting the branch again for the problem, but there response was not satisfying as if they were ignoring my problem. They even don't provide any way of how the problem will be solved. Instead of sorting out the problem they misbehave with me. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staff in the post office. Please solve the login problem in my DOP ID as soon as possible, as there is penalty of late LOT amount. Also do ask the employees of the Post office to deal softly with the public.

I Send digital bp machines qt 14 by india speed post ED[protected]IN on 26/6/18 and expected delivery was after 5 days but after 12 days customer received the parcel with waste paper and magazine all bp machine was stolen pls look in to the matter. otherwise we loose our hope in these govt sites.

if this matter is not solved then we will confirm this to everyone that the govt india post is not safe for people to sending items .

so kindly look into this matter urgent.

I could not fill up postal complaint form because in that form service post office&received post office columns are not responding.All consumer nos not responding.Land line nos nobody picks up in ashok nagar post office chennai-83 &south zone /regional offices.No accountability in postal services.It is question for democracy because indian post office should have been more sensitive .No where cell nos &email address could be seen .Today i spend hole day to make this complaint.

Nagar post office on 29-06-18 to mr sj.Gopi charted accountant 13/3 indiracolony i'st main road ashok nagar chennai 83.Cell no[protected].Unfortunately they have shifted their office to12/4 indiracolony i'st main road just near by the postman without inquiry send back my register letter as left .I have written the cell no. Why he /postmaster did not try in their office phone no .Kindly inquire &re send my register letter immediately .Punish the concern if you feel it could be.

Sir i have purchased nsc certificate at amount 2000 in jairampur (Arunachal pradesh) post office and maturity date of that certificate was 19/01/2018 and like to withdrawal in maharashtra but it is not show online and so no any post office receive that concrete. Second i have open sukannya account in jairampur post office but this account is also not show online and so i have not possible to deposit money in that account. No any post office receive my money but at the time of opening that post master say you have transferred account anywhere in india and such board also print in same post office.

I had applied for a new pan card, which was dispatched vide consignment number rm[protected]in on my address on 27th june 2018.
I couldn’t receive the pan card as the address was not locatable. The status of the pan card consignment tracking shows that it was returned to konkan bhavan maharashtra.

Please resend the consignment to address - 610, 6th floor dempo towers, patto centre, panjim – goa – 403001.

Kindly let me know how i resolve the issue promptly.

Went to deposit money in savings account of post office but there were no employees and telling us to come tommorow morning to provide any services. One single person is in office and telling that others are not here and it is not possible to provide services like providing atm application for post office savings bank account ;depositing money in post office savings bank account

The same is pending with the customs for more than 10 days and i am not able to receive the parcel. No communication is provided by the customs or the indian post. Request to help me in receiving the same at the earliest. The dhl e commerce is delivery agent till bom traking id : [protected]. Request you to provide the information of the parcel so that i can collect the same.

As currency is not available through a t ms make alternative arrangement of allowing cheques, transfer of money for deposits by swiping machines in all post offices including villages without any escape. Small kirana shops are making money transfer by swiping machines, it is very bad by central govt organisations. Telephone bills are also to be included for payment by swiping machines or cheques

I am amazed why a postman stated my neighbour wrong words of communicatipn which leaded it to humilation and conflict between two.
His personal intrepretation and words for his incability to deliver may be forced him to say wrong.
I want an action to be taken against him so that he may know wrong or misleading words are nt good for health.
Seeking for reply.
After all he is postman.
