As currency is not available through a t ms make alternative arrangement of allowing cheques, transfer of money for deposits by swiping machines in all post offices including villages without any escape. Small kirana shops are making money transfer by swiping machines, it is very bad by central govt organisations. Telephone bills are also to be included for payment by swiping machines or cheques

I am amazed why a postman stated my neighbour wrong words of communicatipn which leaded it to humilation and conflict between two.
His personal intrepretation and words for his incability to deliver may be forced him to say wrong.
I want an action to be taken against him so that he may know wrong or misleading words are nt good for health.
Seeking for reply.
After all he is postman.

I am not able to track my customers speed post tracking from last one month.
It’s getting very hectic, i own a botique and speed post parcels go daily all over india.
Customers rcving in 15-20 days one single parcel done by speed post.
Paying extra to the indian post making speed, still not getting fast service since last month and so much of bad not able to track.
Consignment tracking is not showing.
Kindly please work on it!!!

It has been more than 6 days since the article was despatched from New Delhi TMO to Ambala RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. On 30th june 2018, i went to hijalpukuria sub post office, habra, north 24 parganas, west bengal (Pin - 743271). I reached there before 12 pm to do a speed post. When i went there the staff was not at the counter. When he came back he refused to do my work saying that - i did not attend there before 12 pm. I requested him to do the speed-post. But he said - ' do anything, go anywhere, i will not do your work.' but he did the work of a man who came after me. Astonished with the behaviour i asked the post master to resolve my problem. But as soon as i asked his help, all the staffs of the post - office started misbehaving with me. All of them started insulted me in a very rude and wild manner. After requesting for half an hour, they said to come after 4 to 5 hours. Isn't we have the value of time? Isn't they think we are humans. The languages what they used are very agressive and wild. Totally angry and disappointed with the incident.
Please take this complaint as serious. It has now become a normal thing, that customers are misbehaved by the staffs. I protested. And needs your help.

Staff of the post office are not doing work since 1-month at post office branch, sector-29 Faridabad. They always said that system is not working and all some of the staff enjoying in the office. Also, their attitude are so reluctance like they are they are owner and public are salve.
How and when such kind of system will change and accept that such kind of govt office is only for public work.

Hi i have a issue like, i have got the message from psk about my passport dispatch on 22nd june 2018 with tracking no “pp*in”.

So i have tracked with the given so and so id number.. But india post is showing that “consignment details not found” from the date to till the date and time.

I want to know where my passport is and tracking details also.

I sent two emo Rs.5000/-from Viveknagar PO (PIN:560047) to Chaibasa PO (PIN:833201) on[protected]. The web portal provided by Indiapost to track the eMO gave the following details: (eMO PNR:[protected] &[protected]

I tried to talk the Postmaster concerned (PIN:833201) on[protected] hr) and he informed me that the PostOffice did not have any details pertaining to the eMO. I gave the details of the web portal and he told me to call him after some time. When I contacted him again, he gave vague reply and did not tell me when the payment will be made.

I paid 5% of the money sent towards the postal charge and additionally the telephone charges. I clearly lost the benefit of the so called eMO by India Post. Now at least, I would like to know when the amount will be paid to the addressee.

My passport beaing no dl[protected] my speed post tracking no pp[protected]in has been despatched from passport office on 27/6/2018 which was supposed to deliver at my address h-11 dlf new town heights sector-86 gurgaon-122004, my mother was at hone she collected the passport and the speed post man asked me some sewa pani, my mother tole him to get the sewa pani from my son. Then this man called me on my phone whose phone no shared above [protected]. I told him what sewa pani then he asked me passport delivery sewa pani. As if its his right to get sewa pani. Is ther anyone to take action against this sewa pani group.

I have requested a check book my sbi account on 18 jun 2018 and they dispatched it on 20 jun 2018 by post but it not receive on my registered address till. The consignment number is -
(At[protected]in). I checked it on post info application and found that it dispatch by palam tmo on 21 jun 2018 for nsh guwahati. So i request you if you have any information about it so information me.

I want you to please check the details of my account transaction (Account no.-[protected]) because there were so many deduction from my account without even using the atm card bt that postoffice statement showing that its a transaction from my atm only...

Money deducted on 13.05.18, 14.05.18 & 18.05.18 is not done with my card coz on these particular days i didn't used my card... And deduction of 23.05.18 is also not desperessed from atm as i inserted my atm in machine bt monney did not get desperssed so i tried it again but again the same thing n dat money is deducted from my account and i didn't got it back... So please kindly look into the matter mentioned... Coz its the matter of almost 45000,
So requesting you to please send me the atm details where the statement shows its used. And please refund it to me... Waiting for your positive response

On 23.06.2018 i got a phone call from edathala post office saying i have got a parcel and i should go and collect t after 3 pm as the post woman can not bring it to my home. (It was a card board box about 1ftx0.5 ft. And weighs less than 250 gms,) i reached the post office at 3.30 pm, no post woman available. A lady was working on computer and i requested to check and give my parcel. She started complaining, abusing and blabbering in uncultured and insane way. I just told her very softly that nothing will happen if you just hand over me the parcel. I talked to her very respectfully because i am a college principal.

Immediately she threw my parcel down from about 5 ft height. My parcel contained fragile important equipments. I was so horrified by the uncouth and jingly behaviour of the lady. I could not imagine a post master
Throwing a parcel down in front of the client.

Hence i would request to look into the matter and do the needful to take prompt action against the erred government servant.

I have an issue regarding my speed post article. I talked to post office people many times but they donot do anything just ignore my complaint.In this present well developed technology time they do not have good communication between state post offices, just they mail them and from north east aizwal mizoram post office people donot respond, they not even respond 1 time- i am mailing them since 7 june 2018.I have all proofs.

I have done complaint on India post website on 7/06/2018 but till today its showing pending status.

My article is getting late too much and the destination post office person said they do not knew anything about this tracking number.

I am thinking how shameful for our country that we dont even communicate and get information about specific article.

I opened some nsc in balasore main post office, i already submit my full kyc, but unfortunately they make my cif another person also make my signature of a female person, now i shift a new town, but when i go to the new post office for open a new nsc they told me please go to balasore post office and change your kyc, but balasore post office staff don't listen me also the branch manager of balasore post office abuse me like non-sense word. So please guide me how can i change my kyc. No one help me in balasore br.

My package with tracking number RM[protected]CN is stuck at DIMC New Delhi 110002 since -5/June/2018, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via Amazon so I am pretty sure my contact number is mentioned in the package.

It's very sad to inform you that your andhra pradesh, nellore, andhrakesari nagar branch post office staff are not responsible & illiterate. They don't know how to deal with nri clients. We are sending our documents if there is mistakes or some information missing they should be supportive & at least they should try to contact the numbers which is mentioning in that to drop our international post. Instead of returning the post to escape from the duty. Your staff members speaking in very bad manner with clients. From post master to post man everybody behaving very rudely with clients. If public servants behave like this it's not good for government organization. I hope you will take strict action against the nellore, adhrakesari nagar post office staff members & tell them to behave properly with clients.

Whomsoever it may concern, i want to highlight that i am small online seller and for delivery i sole depends on the india post. However, india post employees not working properly and they are not delivery or delivering late to the destination. Several article lost as well. Speed post service is not working in the proficient manner. I am filling a complain and no one is working on...
