My online order which was shipped via ems post from south korea, arrived in mumbai on 22-may-18 and ever since then, there has been no update on the same.
I tried contacting the mumbai ems office but either their phone numbers do not work or they just never answer their calls.
What is the use of availing ems at extra cost if it is slower than normal post and there is absolutely no customer service support?
