I had send one official letter on 16 th april 2018 from mumbai to bangalore 560032 via ordinary post.. Till date its not delivered.. Its my official documents.. I had enquired at the rt nagar bengaluru post office but they are saying there is no letters in my name.. Called the customer care numbers continuously but the line was always busy.. I don't know what to do next.. Please do the needful urgently.

A Speed post was sent from bangalore post office to 11FIELD REGIMENT, C/O 56 APO, PIN 925711 but the destination is showing different pincode of jammu now it is tracking number EK[protected]IN has been stuck in the 1CBPO for more than 3days please send it to the address

I lost my ATM card inThirumala lord Venkateswara trmple.i have to block my card.so i tried customer care no ([protected]) from29.04.18 to till now.but recorded voice is going no one is picked call.if i lost money your department will give or can i file RTI.i am very depressed because your Department mistake.

    I had send two article via ems speed post via tracking id EW[protected]IN and EW[protected]IN on 24.04.2018 from diamond harbour H.P.O. but till today article was not delivered. while tracking through web portal it shows still not delivered to the desired location.that means after 13 days it still undelivered. it is too delay to delivery. if it is not delivered within time I am in big trouble.please help.

      The postman named ganesh in medipally was the worst postman i had ever seen
      He always return my letters by simply giving status insufficient address
      When i visit to medipally post office.
      He always lefts his office by 1:00 clock only
      I don't know what are the timings of the postman
      Is he doing work or not?
      He is very rude person
      He didn't know how to respect and how to talk with people
      Pls take immediate action against him

        my driving license is not delivered

        Loni road rto office send me message 'you dl dispatched via speed post' on 18 april 2018. But my driving llicense is still undelivered after more than 18 days. I visited nand nagri post office for many times but they said ask your area postman. They ask me to come at morniing 10 a. M. To contact your area postman. But at that time postman was not at post office. Please help me and make delivery of my dl. My speed posr tracking no - ed[protected]in....

          On 28.04.2018 i went to the issuing post office, psb, sector-vi, r k puram to encash my 5-year nsc numbers 15ef 272470 and 15ef 272471 for rs.10, 000/- each matured on 18.04.2018. I have been told to come on 01.05.2018 to collect the cheque for total maturity amount. They did not receive nscs & told me that the procedure has changed and you have to bring the nscs when you come to collect the cheque on 01.05.2018. I raised the objection that the post office is supposed to receive the nscs in order to close them in the system/computer. They made 100 of excuses for not receiving the certificates. They did not give me anything in writing also. Since i have shifted 20 km far from r k puram, i asked to send some one else to collect the cheque on my behalf. They said that i can send anyone with authority letter, nscs and copy of my aadhaar card and i will definitely get the cheque. I agreed but with doubt in my mind that some thing is wrong. On 01.05.2018, i sent one of my friends to collect the cheque. I was suprised when i had been informed that the procedure has changed again overnight and i will have to open an account with the post office in order to receive the payment. I am a bank officer and have my sb account with syndicate bank. Why should i open an account to encash nscs? There are other methods like neft, demand draft etc. For those who do not have an account with post office. Further, there was no such condition at the time of issuing new nsc. I have been purchasing nsc for last 10 years from the same post office but due to the poor services i have stopped purchasing new nscs. This is alarming for the post office too. Last year also i faced problems. The lady incharge of this post office has the habit of coming at 10 am while the post office time is 9 am. I request the senior superintendent/official of concerned section to look into the matter and get me the cheque of the maturity amount of my nscs at the earliest.

            Honorable sir/mam,
            We have shipped a registered parcel with tracking id ci[protected]in
            On apr 23, 2018 thru india post from their ratlam h. O. To bengaluru and the parcel dispatched from ratlam on same day and it reached indore post office on apr 24, 2018 but after that the indore post office did not dispatch it to bengaluru and the parcel is still at indore post till now on may 03, 2018.
            For resolution of this issue we have lodge a complaint to india post with complaint number [protected] but they did not replied on it after that we emailed the cpmg of madhya pradesh but they also didn't replied then we lodge a public grievance to www.pgportal.gov.in with a grievance number dpost/e/2018/07291 but still the problem is not solved.
            Kindly take action against responsible person's and please instruct indore post office to dispatch the parcel immediately.

              I wanted to send a speed post and the staff sitting on the other side have rejected my post more than two times either saying my packaging is not good or making some other excuses like the printer is not working. The third time i went they asked me to open the package infront of of them and then only will they let me send a parcel, and the parcel was already packed tight, specifically packed according to their convenience. Iam sorry but their behaviour was very disrespectful even as a fellow human.

                There is no update in status of speed post article since it reached to New Delhi Rs TMO. The consignment number is ED[protected]IN

                Moreover, letter was supposed to be for pincode 395006 but someone made error in entering details in system so it became 395008. Kindly send this item back to sender in Nee delhi, which is Ministry of Health.

                    I have booked a parcel on 24/04/2018 from ratlam ho (457001) to purnia, bihar 854301, on 25/04/2018 it was bagged to barauni but after that there is no update about this. I have already registered a complaint regarding this with no. [protected] & also personally sent an e-mail to m. P. Head post master & bihar post master. But still there is no solution or no reply. I hope you take this case sincerely or solve this.

                        We are not getting clear and service from that postmaster and he's not providing to us. since eight months almost over. however we didn't got to us then we asked with IGNOU maidan Garhi that time they said we already sent and it's the fault of postmaster.                           It's literally frustrating to see that kolkata customs is holding my shipment in customs since 10 days and it's been a month i have been waiting for my shipment from usa,

                          My parcel was sent from the us and contains my mobile phone the carrier was usps and after it left the u. S it was handed over to indiapost,

                          Kindly please do something i need my shipment asap!

                                    An article was booked for speed post on 20/3/2018 from sr nagar bo with consignment number en[protected]in. It is not delivered at the destination yet. A complaint lodged at indian post but they closed it stating that the article was delivered on 6/4/2018. However it is not delivered. And when called postal department, they did not reply properly. Kindly help in this as it is almost 40 days passed from the date of booking
