Sir, my self Sudip Roy, residing at kalamchoura.my tracking I'd was--EA[protected]IN.i was tracked the parcel since 10 th April 2018 and frequently asked postmaster about my parcel expected delivery date but he was misbehaving with me and my father he said that parcel has not arrived to him .I was asked post master of Bishalgarh post office and he was said that the parcel send to my address on 10/04/18 but he did not delivered my parcel till today, so what should I do sir ..it was very important parcel for me

My parcel ed[protected]in has not been delivered even after 9 days!!! This is the post pathetic, slow and stone age courier that exists on planet earth. I am beyond fed up, it's like they have kept my courier hostage and just won't deliver it. Can't believe how anyone can be this unprofessional when they call it speedpost. Please do something about this. Sending courier from india post has become a big!!! Regret

I ordered one item by amazon and it's showing delivered online on 22nd may 2018 but yet i didn't receive my item yet. The item was sent through speed post with tracking no. Aw[protected]in. I inquired of this item in post office he said it has come here but one week has already gone and i didn't receive the item yet. I think this is the fault of postman who are not delivering the intems properly. Kindly resolve the issue.

The worst service ever. I have sent an international package withspeed post on 23rd april and it's a month it never reached destination. I have called 5 times and all i hear is "do din ruk jaiye mil jaega unhe". Not one dingle person knows where is the package. Mumbai says it's with us. Us customs says it never left india, sane as in upsc website and indian post website. I don't know if it's lost or what! Worst experience ever!

My parcel left from delhi to meghalaya mairang on 21 may 3am, but yet it has given no update it's 24 now, what's going on?? I have to deliver this courier in time but indian post is affecting my business. They need to be more responsible as sending courier is all about time i'd they take so much time then what the point?? Kindly give an update as soon as possible.

I ordered items from aliexpress, items were delivered via india post (Ordinary). I received 6 instead of 8, 2 stolen. 1 parcel was opened, resealed and other had a hole. Kindly help me resolved this problem.

I have planned to send parcel to philippines so i choose speed parcel. It contains food items. They said delivery about 3 to 5 days but it took 14 days still they didn't receive the parcel. There is no proper information poor contact service. I did my parcel to delivery soon or i will file complaint against at india post office. If we call to transaction postoffice they didn't respond the phone call. Poor service by india post

My product with order number em[protected]in is to be delivered at meghalaya shillong. It has been dispatched from mumbai since 13.05.2018. Tracking the product on india post website shows no progress whatsoever. I don't know what is taking so long as now. Every time something ships through india post, this is the result always. Details : i got the call from this number [protected] on 5th may 2018 from a women saying that i got some promotional offer for getting a samsung j7 max mobile worth rs.15000 for just rs.4500. Deal is they will send a vpp parcel to the nearby post office and we have to go there and pay rs.4500 for getting the parcel. After 1-2 days again i received confirmation call for the order but this time it was a man who had called. To the surprise the parcel received by me on 19 may 2018 is not a mobile phone instead some lakshmi yantra has been kept. So i am terribly cheated and if you call to them there is no response. I repeatedly called the number but there is no response. Requesting you to take some action on this organised crime.
Here the trap is once you pay rs.4500 to the post office you cannot ask anything to the government office and most of the people cannot do anything after opening the parcel. Even after informing the post office officers that this is the case of fraud and they should return the money to me and send the parcel to the place from where it has come, they deny and said we can't do anything. I was amazed by the reply that even after informing about fraud they had not return the money. The parcel received by me is speed post cod from

Many such cases about the same company has already been reported still the post office accept delivery from the company this clearly indicates that some officers may also be involved in the fraud.

Please kindly take corrective action as early as possible because the number is still active between 10:00 am to 5:00pmand it can be easily traced. Nobody knows how many people they have cheated & the people they are going to cheat. So please beware

Courier agent has not even attempted contacting me for my delivery. My consignment no. At[protected]in has been returned back according to india post official website. Postmaster negotiated conversation by saying that he was on leave for that day. I have submitted my online complain since many days but it is still not resolved on tracking complain it still shows pending status. Misbehaving in post office.
He needs a introducer that have account in that post office only. Account in other post office is not acceptable as he said...
After that we follow the rules that are written in form.in column 17."that if you not introduce introducer you have to submit valid identity..."
Then we have submitted the valid identity (Voter card, pan card, aadhar card) xerox but he just rejected it...
And say he will not open account..
Don't know when this thing we have to face...
After that we have also submitted an application on it to open account without introducer... Again he rejected it...
Very upset on his behavior and service to people...
Plese take an strict action on that...

I orderd a motherboard from aliexpress from shenzhen huixin tengder store the product was retained for no reason. Please get it released from the customs department please.

I have been waiting for the delivery of the motherboard for 3 days it still says held by customs for "retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason". So please get it released from them

I had sent the item on 11th may from delhi. Everything from delhi was on time but don't know what nsh hyderabad is doing. It doesn't take 6 days for an item to reach to hyderabad.

Sikandrabad india post me pawan naam ka postman ne mujhe bahut pareshan kar rakha har time paise mangta 50 rupye de do 20 rupye 5rupye de do nahi doge to post/parsal nahi milega aur khub chilla-chondhi karta gaali deta bakwaas karta pareshan karta aur iss baar toh hadh kardi aur dhamki di ki aaj ke baad se tumhare naam ki post me pehle hi jaan - bujh ke bapis bhej doonga nahi toh paise nikal dena, na hi to behave karna aata na hi kaam plz tell me what is that money won't i pay courier fees why i have to give bribe every time why i have to pay for my truth and honesty

I purchased an item from mobilefun online shopping website on last month and they dispatched it on 17th april 2018 through royal mail international sort (From uk). On 1st may 2018, the postman gave me the invoice bill only. Not the parcel. And i asked about the parcel, and they told me, they dont know anything, they only got this invoice bill. I contacted the company from where i bought the product and they said they sent the parcel with the invoice bill. And the invoice bill was inside the parcel box. Royal mail didn't provide tracked service to india. So i can't track it. So where is my item? My reference no.20232172...
