1. I am the addressee of the speed post consignment number:
Ek[protected]in (Status attached). The consignment consists my income tax refund cheque. Proof attached.

2. The above mentioned speed post is being returned to the sender (Income tax department, bangaore) by kochi naval base s. O.

3. The delivery address provided is a govt office address, hundreds of couriers are delivered to this addressed daily.in fact my wifes it refund was delivered to this addressed. But this post office (At kochi naval base s. O) personnel carelessly omit some letters. This time they have given the reason "insufficient address" and have shown as if they have attempted to deliver twice in records.

3. It is request that necessary action at your end be taken to deliver the speed post (Ek[protected]in) at the delivery address.

With above reference number my uncle recently sent air parcel from surat, india to london through air mail on 29th november 2017. This parcel has contained very important original land registry documents. Which was supposed to be in london in a week or 15 days, but it has not reached till now. My uncle inquired to the post office mahidhar pura branch surat india numerous times where he posted from. My uncle lodged the complaint to the post office (Complaint reference no. Is [protected]). They have no information for him as to where about this parcel. Recently, he received answer from the post office that they finished their inquiry to bombay head post office and gave my uncle above email id and toll free phone number for raise further complaint.

I find it completely unprofessional how in our world today with the security and technology available to you as large government post office can completely missâ‚‹ place my important parcel.

Further note, if this issue will not resolve on this bases, i will go further to the court against the post office for this negligence.

I hope you will take necessary action for this complaint as soon as possible.

My two packages that i sent to greece on 28/12/2017 got hold by the customes and what i have to do now to get them going as i paid for? It is all legal what i have inside. What i have to do? My name is gaurav bhardwaj and i live in delhi. I recently bought a new scooter and my scooter rc has been dispatched from rohini rto via indian post on 7th december, 2017. My package's tracking no. Is ed[protected]in. I tracked the package online and it is showing that the package has been recived at samaypur, delhi-110042 post office. I went to the post office and there i met my area's postman whose name is mr. Dilbaagh. I asked him to either deliver the package to the address or give it to me right there but he refused to deliver the package and asking for bribe to deliver the package. He was very rude he even tried to push one of the consumer who were standing beside for the same problem. He abused me and my grand father as well. Some how i managed to filming him.

Ed[protected]in and it is not delivered to right person on my track id status it shows delivered to the person whose name resembles with orginal recipient at post office of sannat nagar 190005 jammu and kashmir and they have not called the person as i have provided the phn no. Of recipient i dont know who have taken the parcel please take any action about this

This is in reference to my package with consignment number rf[protected]sg.
The package was shipped from hongkong and was to be delivered to me in duliajan (Pin: 786602).

As per the tracking details, the package was received at "kolkata airport sorting office" on 20/12/2017 and then there was no update on it. I raised a complaint #[protected] on your portal on 29/12/2017 and could see an update 30/12/2017. On 01/01/2018 my package was shipped to guwahati but till today it has not reached guwahati, as per the tracking status. Even i emailed to all the possible email ids of indian post raising my issue but till today no-one bothered to reply me anything.

I am really shocked by the terrible service of india post. Please help.

Postman did not deliver my pan card. Today (7th december at 12:01pm) postman called and ask me to collect pan card from post office, he refuses to deliver my pan card.

My registered parcel numbering rb[protected]sg has reached guwahati rms since the 29 december 2017 but till date i have not received the item nor status has been updated. This is the second time that guwahati rms has failed in prompt delivery of its services to me. The first time i have had to call the customer care people who had very little information about the whereabouts of my parcel. The irresponsibility of guwahati rms in delivering my parcel has put me in undue difficulties as i had to take leave from office some days hoping the parcel would arrive. I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from selaqui dehradun speed post office on the 28th of december, 2017. The receipt no. Is ev[protected]in. Ufortunately the parcel hasnot yet reached its destination i. E rajgir nalanda, bihar till today, 5th of january, 2018. I've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable. It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

My parcel from china with tracking id - rg[protected]cn is stuck in kolkatta from december 13 th, i guess they have misplaced the parcel or lost somewhere, my other parcels without tracking id reached me but this with tracking id has not been delivered, please help me get my parcel. Its just a rubber tool nothing to be held by customs or something,.

I have sent the registered post no. Rr[protected]in from india post jalore, rajasthan-343001 on 30th nov 2017 to be delivered to an address in bangalore.
The post was returned to me siting the reason that the mentioned address was not found. The address was of iti limited which is a government limited entity and the address was taken from the iti website itself.
Request you to please look into the matter.

Dear sir, i ordered a product from aliexpress, china. The product was shipped and was handed over to indiapost for delivery in india. This happened on 1st dec 2017 and since then there is no tracking information available on the indiapost website. It has been more than a month without any information of the whereabouts of my shipment.

I am waiting for my 3 parcels from china.
It has been 30 days since parcels reached to india but still not delivered to me. Parcels are not traceable so i can't track on website.

In june 2017 india post opened a requirment in the post gds.in the northeastern circle there was 748 post published. I had pay 100 rupees and submit my application and they said to published the result very soon as possible. But few months later the asked for a reinterview and there are seen 0 post in the northeastern circle. So now i want my money back or they should published the result.
