As the vle of common service centre we are facing more problems on receipt the pan card due to not delivery in time. When customer check their status then found dispatched through post office. We found that maximum pan card holding at guwahati and charaibahi (782106). Please take n/step for deliver in time.

Last 10 days still udpate i check online stay one place no any updating and no any conact with india post domestic.

My last delivery date 20th january and now its 3 dasy too late nd no any reason my order will safe so plz i againts with india poast domestic.

The tracking status of the consignment reveals that the item was delivered at nsh dehradun on 18/01/18 and the present status of the letter as on 22/01/18 is still showing at nsh dehradun.
This letter was sent from premnagar dehradun on 18/01/18 and the destination is ranchi, jharkhand-834008.

The last movement of parcel was from palam tmo to the rs tmo new delhi on jan 29th, 2018. It's been about 3 days and it is still on rs tmo new delhi, also there is no update is available on the site. It was booked from delhi and my package shows that it has come to guwahati. After which there have been no updates. Also, i called up the india post offices in my area and no one picked up the call.
It was dispatched on the 12th of january. The tracking details have stopped coming now. Last update was 14th of january. Please look into it.

I am sk sirajul islam (Inda, kharagpur, west midnapur, west bengal, pin-721305).2 days ago i received a call from inda post office. The post man said that i had a letter from my university. I gave him my home adress details. But he want me to go to the postal office and receive the letter and he refused to delivered the letter to my home adress. I'm in my work place bhubaneswar. So it was impossible for me to go to the post office. After that i call him and request him to delivered the letter to my adress, he refused it. Today i call him again and comes to know that the letter is not delivered and it is sent back to the university. According to the rule the delivery of letter is the duty of the post master and he refused do it. Please look after this matter sir.

Hi my name is yogender i have couriered the important documents through india post it's been more than 10 days still not yet delivered and i am trying to call 1924 num but it's not getting connected. I have sent it to my office which is synchrony international pvt ltd hyderabad, submitted in maredpally post office my consignment no is en[protected]in. I request you to please look into this and try to resolve and try to arrange proper communication center apart from online tracking.

I have two kvp which was matured in august 2017. I submitted all the documents with fir copy because my original documents has been stolen from my house so i request for duplicate certificates and submitted all the documents two times to the respective office but not received my money till now. Not only this again the staff is saying my documents has been lost so i need to submit the documents again. Before this they told me my fe has been sent to rohtak for process and when i asked them they said they have not received my file. Iam 63 years old widow and just fed-up of the response of the staff and now i don't have any other options except complaint take strict action against them otherwise i will escalate it at higher lever. It's your staff mistake why i need to suffer just because of them.

Complaint for non delivery of registered post sent to lic of india in kolkata from bahrain on 19th dec 2017 bearing registered number rr[protected]bh is still not delivered (Till date). A complaint was registered on india post portal on 10th january 2018. Complaint number is [protected]. Since 10th jan till today 17th jan the complaint is 'still showing as pending'.
The lic office has shifted to new premise and the updated address is mentioned in the above registered complaint [protected]
The tracking report for the registered letter shows last status as lcao kolkata. No updations after that.
International calls made from bahrain to lcao office manager 'bell ringing but no one answers'. International call made to india post ivr kept me on hold broadcasting music for over 5 mins. No customer executive came on line to answer the call. Also checked at bahrain post office. Still neither the mail nor the 'acknowledgement due' not returned to bahrain due to non delivery. Need urgent help to have letter redirected to new address in kolkata.

I send 2 cargo of 30kg each from saudi arabia, al qassim, buraidah 1. Cp[protected]sa; 2. Cp[protected]sa
By saudi post after 1 month i received the cargo at post office but when i see the cargo it was fully in damaged condition and all expensive material from it removed from one parcel 12kg less and from another 6 kg less total 18 kg material is removed from it. I want my compensation and want to know who do this. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am waiting for your positive response.

A consignment as per subject line is undelivered on address at amit rai d 45 jawahar park, deoli road new delhi 110062. I was full day at home to receive this consignment, but no any one visited to my home from indian post and later tracking status shown as per subject.

Complaint against post man odisha district nabarangpur village maidalpur not deliver product in time so that many kind of problem we the face so request please take necessary action by which people problem will solve please take it as serious concern as people from various background staying in our locality and their very closely related to postal service.

Sir/madam i got a call on 11/01/18 that i have a parcel from dumka head post office and it will be told that it will be delivered next day. On 12/01/18 a postman came to the address written on the parcel but refused to deliver the parcel by saying that its not the area of his delivery and his behavior is worst of all postmen i had ever met

Still i have not received my parcel

Sir our pan card delivered by pan card department dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 05/08/2017. But yet that consignment not delivered to me by post office and not give satisfactory answer by post man. So i kindly requested to this department that our consignment why not delivered yet and immediatealy delivered to me.

In the nagabandha post office under morigaon district of assam no peon at present which the public, school, college. Hospital are fcing more problems. It is known to us that the previous peon sri jayanta kr. Nath transfer from nagabandha to borchala which the public facing more problems. On the other hand the post master is lady which she failing to deliver the letter/ pan card/ postal materials to the public.in the greater interest of public requested to engage a peon at nagabandha post office or stay the transfer order of previous peon jayanta kr. A gift was sent from overseas. However, for the past week the tracking comments indicate "retained by customs for unspecified reason".

Kindly let me know, if i need to contact the customs office? Or will my package be lost?
