I registered a packet for speed post delivery to ua corporation e-204 rajlaxmi complex, opp. Hanuman complex, kalher village, bhiwandi, thane maharashtra on 17/02/2018 from the post office at srinagar garhwal, uttarakhand. When tracking the consignment on their website, only details till 21/02/2018 are available. After the aforesaid date the tracking records of the packet are not available. The consignment number of the packet is ev[protected]in. When i registered a complaint of the same, they are not providing any information after the date the packet missed off. They are providing just the tracking records of the packet on 21/02/2018.

Thaltej post office postman is very unprofessional when he come to deliver anything
Today he was came to deliver pan card and denied to give it to the company owner. He said that he need company stamp to deliver it. And denied to wait. Don't know were to complain about government employees.
Please take action against the postman.

Hi, my parcel with consignment number rh[protected]cn is stuck in kolkata foreign lcao since 2 weeks. Its really annoying how pathetic these authorities are. And also when i called on their customer care no. S[protected] and[protected] nobody received the call and they intentionally put a recording that "the no. You have dialled is temporarily out of service" are you kidding me? What the # is this?

We are transferred nsc bonds value (5000/- x 6) from balanagar town ship post office to waltair post office few months back, three nsc bonds value were transferred and remaining three nsc bonds are not transferred. Showed incorrect value of three nsc bonds in online which we are transferred to waltair post office. So please do needful as early as possible.

The parcel with tracking number rb[protected]hk was sent from customs to crc bangalore but item was not sent to j p nagar after 3days also. Please help i need it immediately

Not showing correct tracking status

My idbi atm card had been dispatched at 10 jan 2018. And deliverd to another person by your postman nemed shaikh naeem karanti chowk aurangabad post office at 13 jan 2018, whithout any communivation with me.

Track id: et[protected]in, this is padmapriya, i have sent my parcel to mewat haryana state, i want to get back my parce pls help me, i sent a wrong product to the address.. I have couriered the parcel by yesterday at dindigul head post office

My consignment with tracking number rc[protected]de is showiing status as
Retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason, i have visited the nearest post office they didnt gave any response and asked to wait for some more time, then i mailed web services head and he didnt even reply so i request you to resolve this and send my item asap as it is already one month delayed

A regd. Letter was sent on 9th august 2017 to m/s medi assist insurance tpa pvt ltd. Bengaluru. They said they had not received the consignment. Then i had lodged an on line complaint about non delivery of the said regd letter to india post and i have taken an ack no.[protected] from their portal. It is almost 10 days no replies or status is sent to me.

The post master of brach post office, collectorate, anantapuramu, ap is denying to transfer the amount of mis account no.[protected] to rd account no.[protected]. My sba/c no.[protected]. Automatically as per rule 7 of rd rules every month since september 2017 till to date stating that thre is no such facility in that post office, though requests made sevaral times even to transfer my accounts to ho of anantapuramu explaining my difficulties in attending personally every month. Also informed him that iam a retired engineer & i will be away from anantapuramu for longer period as i may goto kolkata & us often. But all my requests are thrown away by the post master & iam forced to attend every month to draw mis amout & remit in rd account. This is becoming problem to me. Hence requesting ur goodselves to intervene in the matter & see that such facility is available in this post office.

My aunt (housewife)belongs to a farmer family had 8 five year national saving certificates worth of 10000 each matured on 18/12/2017 which she want to get paid through cheque as she had account in other branch of the post office .
On 2 Feb 2018 she presented the certificates along with aadhaar card to get paid in cheque, where the clerk demanded pancard, which aunt doesn't have (which she later applied on 3feb ), on contacting post master he replied the same that payment without pan card is not possible and it is mandatory and suggested to get that, as she is in exigency of fund due to her critical heart condition for treatment purpose, which she explained to the post master too, she applied for pancard on dates 03 Feb 2018
And now she is waiting for the pancard to have from Income tax department, which may take nearly one month.

On contrary to that I had file a complain through e-mail on [protected]@indiapost.gov.in and [protected]@gmail.com on 03Feb 2018 .

Dear sir,
We are raj k aggarwal & assocaites from shalimar bagh, we have our firm in shalimar bagh. We have sent a rd with docket no rd[protected]in in the shalimar post office on 02.02.2018, but its not been sent till date. Why there is so much of delay in sending rd. Where is the rd?
Pls take strict action against this post office in shalimar bagh.
Pls do revert as soon as you will receive this compalint gainst rd so that the problem will get solved.

I went to postoffice today at 10am, nobody was ready to work and they started working at 10.30am.
But after doing 2 entry he said he will not do further entry because printer was not working and while asking why he misbehaved with all o[censored]s and not ready to accept his mistake and deny to do his duty.
His name was brijpal.

My parcel from amsterdam, the netherlands (Tracking no cv[protected]nl) had been sent from amsterdam on 24/01/2018 and reached mumbai foreign post office on 27/01/2018. Since that date, on tracking the parcel on the indiapost website it still says that the parcel is on its way to kolkata foreign post office. It has been like that ever since and it has already been 10 days.

My mother in law smt. Manasi adhikary is a family pensioner of rly. Deptt. (Ppo no, das/pen/12663/1136/postal) draw pension from post office of tiljala bazar (Kolkata - 700 039,) since 2011. She can not move from house last 4/5 years so we draw pension on her behalf. We draw pension by cheque usually but by the request of sub post master we submit withdrawal slip the but the said master refused to pay pension for this month. Smt adhikary has to pay rs 8500/- for her aaya out of pension amount of rs10064/- in this position we are afraid of her daily expenses.in this position we want your kind help.

Article booked on 6th jan'18 from mayapuri delhi to jalandhar but not delivered till now. So many times complaint on related contact and email submitted pg portal still no updates found.
No one can given to us proper response on this matter. If article misplaced please to claim me because goods worth of rs. 8000/- or to deliver as per booked destination. And acknowledge me at earliest. Bag no. Ebd[protected]

Hi i would like to say that india can not change ever ever, still same laziness and no shame for doing nothing, it was very important work for me in a foreign country but i could not receive my parcel as we all know our india post is doing great work, it's very obvious that if you will send anything, it will never get delivered, plz use private companies.. Disgusting service india post

With my consigment no. CB[protected]IN M highly disappointed as my parcel is showing still in transit from 27 january 2018 . Its urgent nd need to be delivered soon . M in stress coz of their service . Please do some to help me . Will be highly obliged o[censored] if my parcel will reach soon . I visit the post office twice regarding this bt reply weren't satisfactory . I even made complaint on the site but its showing status pending of my complaint . M sleepless nd in depression coz if this irresponsible service nd these making the degradation in my mental health . Please have a look on my complaint nd do wat suits you nd please let my parcel tp reach its destination site please .

I had ordered a back-pack (Bag), this item's consignment number is ru[protected]cn, the item is in kolkata foreign lcao since[protected]. For the past 18 days, the bag is at kolkata foreign lcao. From the 16th jan, 2017 there are no updates whatsoever. I had place the order on 2nd of january, 2017 and the shipment was dispatched the second day itself and the consignment arrived at the kolkata on 16th jan, 2017. Since then there is no update

Request you to kindly expedite the clearance.
