A parcel was sent as speed post EK[protected]IN I was promised that it will be delivered in 2 days because it was a speed post. But the parcel was delivered in 5 days. That is the speed of the normal post. Why should I pay more when the parcel reaches at the normal time and not the promised 2 days time. The tracking consignment showed that the parcel was delivered on Thursday. Whereas the intended person had not yet received it. Why the data uploaded is wrong? This is the third time my parcel is being delayed like this. Very much disappointed in the service. Moreover the parcel has been attacked by rats and 2 items are missing. The box has been patched up neatly by the post office by putting paper and tape. Such a bad disgusting service inspire of paying so much money. A parcel was sent as speed post EK[protected]IN. It reaches the head office and too much delay in reaching the SO. Very much disappointed in the service. Moreover the parcel has been attacked by rats and 2 items are missing. All the items in the parcel have been eaten n destroyed by rats. The whole parcel has become a waste now. All the items were costly and also neatly packed by the sender. The box has been patched up neatly by the post office by putting paper and tape. Have uploaded the photos.. Such a bad disgusting service inspite of paying so much money. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

I have an an important document couriered to me by speed post, i am trying to track the status in website, it keeps jumbling between pune nsh and mumbai nsh offices. So i went to post office and they informed they will receive it today, but again in website it showed it went to mumbai nsh and never went to nearby post office of my area.
I am trying to call customer support number which is not reachable from 2 days, this is very pathetic. We have no idea if website status is correct and we cannot even speak to customer support and ask the status as numbers are never reachable. Why do they have customer support numbers then?

So, i want to know about my packet, where is it right now and when it will get deliver.
Please arrange the delivery for this packet as soon as possible and give me the appropriate information.

I have booked my spa on 12th february at bolpur post office on 11:36 am. It reaches to kolkata airport on 13th february 9:35pm. Then the bag is opened and item received on 14th february 1:55 am. Item bagged for nsh guwahati on 14th february 3:02am. Bag dispatched for nsh guwahati on 14th february 10:32 am from kolkata airport. But till today (16th february, 6:14 am) there is no update in the status.

I have send my official letter (Central water commission, government of india) by speed post () on urgent basis. It has been dispatched on 1 feb 2018. And now it has become 16 feb and not delivered yet.
On checking indian post website, its being shown that transit bag despatched to nsh guwahati at tmo lgbi airport on 05/02/2018.
I want to request you to clearify the status of my letter.

I have apply a pan card through online, he will send me a pan card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 11/01/2018. It is already been 35 days still not yet delivered. When i have traced on website, it is showing following movement as the last movement-

Respectfully i want to inform you that the applicant brought a pencard from uti, consignment no. Rm[protected]in.
On 19th january, 2018 the consignment was sent to me. Your post man showed that my pen card has been delivered on 27th january, 2018 (On online status) but the pencard is not delivered at my home. When i contacted that postman he misbehaved with me. He shouted at me and said that no one could do anything to him. This is very wrong. The applicant is mentally worried with your department's service. If i don't get my pencard within 15 days, i will choose legal action against you.
So please try to understand me and deliver my pencard on my address.

I did not received my cheque book from canara bank, they said it is already dispatched. By using tracking no they provide check book delivered to unknown person 15 days before. Please take strict action against postman who not doing his duty properly and through out important documents to unknown person on unknown location in village siha, p. O. Aurngabad, distt. Palwal, state haryana. They delivered my cheque book to zf now who is zf only postman know.

I have send a parcel two boxes containing clothes on 6th of february 2018 at the india post office museum road bangalore. My parcel have reach the destination but it has been found out that 6 pieces of clothes were missing and that the parcel boxed was been cut off from the side and then repacked it. This is not the first time that this happened. Even in december 2017 the same thing happened wherein the cut off my parcel box and stole 7 pieces of clothes.

I have ordered a laptop from aliexpress on 18/12/2017. It reached delhi custom office on 13/1/2018 and it's been almost a month and the item is still stuck in the customs. I have not received any call or letter from custom office regarding custom charges. My tracking number is ex[protected]sg. The item is of $ 320 usd. I don't know for how long the item can stay in customs and whether i will ever receive it.
