Sir/Madam,
This is regarding a delay in receiving a consignment in my name which was sent from chennai on 7.09.2017. The status on tracking the same with the consignment No. ET[protected]IN shows “Bag Despatched to NSH GUWAHAT” on 8.09.2017.
Please look into the possible reason for the delay as my local post office in dispur(guwahati)is also clueless about the status, which was urgently required.

It's totally bull # service since i trying to call but nobody can replaying me # bull #.

A small parcel has been booked at P.O Pathanapuram, Kollam Dist Kerala (689695) vide No. CL[protected]IN dated 23 Aug 17 to my address at Sonapur, Kamrup Dist Assam (782402). till date (08 Sep 17) I didn't received the parcel. plz do the need ful.

Sir, i have ordered for engineering materials for upcoming engineering service examination from ace academy hyderabad on 15th august 2017. The consignment number is ca[protected]in, but i have not received the materials yet. I tracked that consignment number but the number is not updating since 19th august. So, i called to ace academy regarding this issue, they have raised a complain against it and the complain number is [protected]. I also tried to track that complain number but the status showing pending since the day complain had raised. Now when i today tried to track the consignment number it showing that the consignment number does not exit. I am really afraid of this issue because my exam is very near and my ordered materials is stuck for a month. Sir i request you to kindly solve this problem before its too late. Thank you.

Sir, i had purchased a product from online shopping site (Tomtop) having to make online payment on 16-08-17. Which was shipped on 18-08-17 through china post whose tracking number was rs[protected]cn. When i tracked time to time then i found that my parcel was reached india on 28-08-17 and last update was {india, kolkata foreign lcao, send item to domestic location (Inb), air, crc (Non-td) kolkata rms
[protected], 16:56}. There is no any updates after that. I think that its meaning is that my parcel has been handed over to india post for further delivery process. But sir, there is no any updates after 09-09-17 on site of india post. So i am worried. So please clear that my parcel has been handed over to india post or not? And did my parcel shipped.? When will it deliver to me. Please send me latest update about my parcel.

Ei[protected]in is the consignment number. I had send packet on 23rd august from ujjain (Madhya pradesh) to dibrugarh (Assam) and till 12th september packet is not delivered yet. And there is no status available on website for tracking. We also did complain online against it but no response is recieved. No one want to take responsbility of it. Please help us.

Ragistered postal parcels to this state are never delivered by india post, even the parcel if not delivered dosent come back to us, i have sent many parcels in past few days to guwahati region via india post but none are delivered, very frustrating, there must be deep investigation as to why these govt guys are paid for, not even phone they lift[protected]

Consignment no: es[protected]in was sent to colombo, sri lanka from guwahati, india on[protected], and despite being given an expected date of delivery within 10 days, hasn't been received on the addressee's end. The package, containing a bank card, has also not been updated on the tracking details after reaching kolkata despite being insured and declared. I would like the package to be tracked and returned to the original sender.

On an incoming international parcel of 8kg a custom duty was applied with no description whatsoever as to the rationale of the money charged. The person incharge in india post at local office has no idea about it while the contact number of mumbai office never answer the calls. Infact the complain number of the post itself does not answer any calls!

thats the power of government departments with zero knowledge persons. govt employees are there only to pass time & asking for bribe. same act did with us by delhi post office staff & on asking the details postman told us i[censored] want to take the parcel then pay what i am asking otherwise i am marking it as returned item. while parcel contains non taxable items.

My speed post article with airway bill no EW[protected]IN has not delivered yet. It was posted on 29th august 2017. Tracking shows it is stuck in siliguri rms from 1st september and it's been already more than 5 days that it is stucked there. There is no tracking update thereafter. Plase help me to get it deliverd.

I purchased some Patanjali product online and they shipped it through India Post vied no. :CV[protected]IN on 14/08/2017 but when i tracked it today 09/09/2017 it is showing "Package despatched to guwahati" since 15/08/2017. I complained it on india post on 01/09/2017 vied no. :[protected] but nothing steps was taken by them, It's very shameful for this government enterprise that this types of problem is facing by their customer. I'm going outstation next week, So i request you to please deliver my product Before that...

I have applied for pan card it was undelivered to me. My pan card number is bilpn9897a and airway bill number is ea[protected]in. I have mentioned my address correctly but it was not delivered to me. Because of the postman who was not ready to visit correct address. I guided him but he said he will return it back to dumlur post office so that i should collect it from there by telling my airway bill number. I went to collect my pancard but they said its already been sent back to pune.

I posted some important documents through speed post on 31/08/2017 from patna but still it has not been delivered to destination (Which is in bangalore).
Its more than 7 days but no delivery yet.

Please look into my case and try to deliver the parcel on item. Such type of behavior is really annoying.

Updated by kavi9 My parcel has been posted on 31/08/17 with consignment number ef[protected]in. The status has not been updated after 04/09/17 and not been delivered yet.
Pls look into this matter. The item has been booked from patna. Not able to get any consumer helpline as it always busy.

I am really disappointed after this irresponsibility of indian post.
Its more than 12 days but not been delivered to destination.
Its very difficult to get help from consumer care.
