Sir/madam
My name is sudhir gupta 1852 housing board colony sector 9 ambala city. Today on dtd 3-10-17 i received speed post parcel from head post office ambala city em[protected]in dispatched on dtd 27-9-17. At 11.00 am i call to postman named mr. Bhatia (Postman of our area) that any parcel has come today he replied yes come and collect from post office i will not deliver at your address so i collect from post office because that was very important parcel for me when i send my office person to receive parcel then that parcel was not in good condition and also open from upside then postman said its not my responsibility take it otherwise i will not give this parcel to you... I had no alternate and my office boy signed and take parcel when we count things in parcel then some products was short i. E 2 cctv camra worth rs 3980 and 5 be soft worth rs 2490 when i complaint of short receiveing then he refused to listen anything and told me to come post office and complaint to our senior officer mr. G k dhiman then i went to post office and meet mr dhiman and request to take action but he clearly refused to do anything in between i call mr bhatia to help me to solve this problem and tell trouth that you have given open parcel but he misbehave with me and clearly said i had given your boy packed parcel not opened parcel do whatever you want to do then i got angry with him also but no body was ready to help me there. They all were togather... Kindly take action against mr bhatia he always not delivered parcel at my address... Every time i received parcel from post office by sending my office person and also misbehave with me.. Take action or i will submit this complaint to rti.

    I am a widow reciever of family pension aged 85 above have tired more than 4 times to register my name for account number in main post office but the persons employed did not co-ordinate properly with me.. Am also unbale to get my pension because i dont have an account number in post office.. I recieve my pension from anand nagar post office branch city jabalpur madhya pradesh pin code 482004.. Please instructt anand nagar branch post office to co-ordinate me for registering my saving account in the post office so that i can recieve my pension in my account number or else i can recieve it in cash till my saving account i created..

      My normal adani gas bill come at average of 300-800 rs. But they send me more then 4200rs in may - 17 bill. I raised complaint to there customers care and they even understand and believe that something is wrong with my bill but didn't resolve my problem and my due date was passed now they send me new invoice with penalties.
      I have all prof, lots of emails which clearly mentioned that was adani gas own problem and they changed and reduce bill around 2800 rs. After my due date.
      Now in latest invoice they send me more amount then they send me in email.
      Given me threats of my connection cut and more penalties despite they know everything and they replied me email different amount.
      I am from ahmedabad. If you require i can give you all prof and email conversations which clearly suggests that adani made me fraud and now given threats of connection cut and more penalties. They given me last day of 10-10-17.
      Please government of india help me.

        Thanks for leading our nation in the path of growth and prosperity.

        There are many parts in which we are not improving in our country. The below are complaints in regards to the judicial systems in india which most of the people in the country is facing which needs to be revolutionised so as to bring transparency, accountability and removing of corruption:-

        1. We need to remove corruption which is taken by stating from traffic police to the top officials at police station. For everything they want to get bribed in india. Most of the police are corrupt in india. They literally mug people. First they ask any new person around that place, that where are you from? And then they put you in a police van without listening to you, even the van driver thinks himself as a high cop and tries to push you in and locks the van from outside. Then no matter what you say they will empty your pockets. They will make a story of murder and so, and indirectly threaten you of cases. They use a big police van for this and you can imagine their appetite. There is a saying in the movie yeshwant, "police ki naukri karne se pehle pata nahi tha, kitni tankhwa milti he?" police is a person here who is given a licence for becoming a gunda. I know that somebody is not going to take action because that somebody is also a part of this unreliable system. But my message will be read by people and they will think and these police will just become like a disease to society. They are the creators of criminals out of common man by helping the guilty and the wrong people. We are suffering because the police always helped the wrong people who bribed them.

        2. The judiciary is the only institution in the country which remains totally unaccountable.in order to provide for their independence, the constitution made judges of the superior courts immune from removal except by impeachment which needs to be stopped. Various high courts have framed rules to make themselves virtually immune from the right to information act. There can be no accountability with the threat of contempt looming over people. Many bogus court claims can be filled with the courts and there is no checking for any authenticity to check for proper documents. Are the judges only interested in giving dates and helping the one who bribes them? Same is happening for police fir/cases. A false case can be filled with police just by bribing the police officials. This country can not be changed like this. The corruption and infidelity is in the blood and dna of judicial, police, and maximum government officials.

        Indian govt and judiciary are nothing but chains of corruption. The problem here is not of some black sheep, but that of institutionalized corruption. Some of the most corrupt and incompetent people are holding the highest positions. One pillar of democracy i. E. Judicial system, has totally collapsed.

        India sucks when it comes to law and order. Every single policeman takes bribe. Cops in india are stupid and uneducated (Of course they give bribe and get entry in govt job). Government does not care about citizens health and life.

        Expose these corrupt swines on, who has made india as one of worst country even worse than zimbabwe or congo. Govt. Of india needs to revolutionize entire judicial system bringing digitalisation, transparency and accountability for stopping all these.

        Hope my mail will remind you all about the kind of problems every citizens are facing and hoping that the govt. Of india will take necessary steps for stopping all these from our society.

          Today i have found an interesting article on how to why customer service sucks in india. Hope the govt. Of india will take necessary steps in this regards.

          But don’t lose heart, here are ways to attack the problem.

          To put it bluntly, customer service in india is a joke. I started akosha when i had a problem with airtel in 2010 and could not find a solution. Over time we have come to think more deeply about how india’s customer service levels can be improved. Customer service is an unsexy topic. It involves human intervention, is a thankless job and has little revenue generation potential. You get very little recognition even when the job is well done. There’s little innovative thought going into it and any market practice that is adored (Like apple, amex, zappos or amazon) is quickly dismissed because of different unit economics and dynamics.

          Most indian cxos know that customer service plays a large role in building brands but usually don’t care because a) they can get away with it because the laws are so weak; or b) it does not affect their brand today (Usually they have the next sucker they can sell stuff to).

          A lot of people think that public naming and shaming on social media has changed this. But it is not true on the ground. A repeated brand behaviour is to ask you to “dm us your phone number” and then nothing really concrete happens. The brand’s intention is not to resolve but make sure that you don’t go berserk on social media.

          Long-term solutions

          I think there are three ways of attacking this problem, namely, through public policy, effective implementation of consumer rights, data and analytics (Transparency). Let’s take them one at a time.

          Public policy: in india there aren’t enough regulations to protect the customer in various situations. Customers in india don’t have any lobbying power. (There are a few people who do take it up, but by and large there is no one with the intellectual and activist firepower who can make a difference on the ground.) this has clearly led to various practices that companies get away with in various sectors, as seen in the case o[censored]lips in the insurance sector, and wrong practices by builders in real estate sector. For example, had the competition commission not intervened on the grounds of abuse of power in the dlf case, real estate consumers would have had to wait till such time as the real estate bill came into force (Hardly a consolation to someone with his/her life savings stuck). Also, we don’t have anything similar to a mass-claims action which would make it easier for consumers to come together and put enough pressure on the company (Even if it takes a few years for the courts to decide). Maybe, over the next few years, a consumer-oriented lobby might emerge and might help us with stronger policies.

          Effective implementation of consumer rights: like a lot of things in india, if consumer justice was fair and swift, it would have solved half the problem. Today, it can take up to one year to get a district consumer forum to give a decision on a consumer case. One year is just not good enough for most consumers. On top of the delay, the law is interpreted in unfriendly ways for the customer.

          For example, the law says that a customer can file a complaint either where the company’s office is orwhere the cause of action arose (I. E. Where the transaction happened). If you go to the consumer forum today, you’ll find that the court refuses to accept the complaint unless you fulfil the first criterion. Consumer forums refuse to admit complaints against telecom companies due to a supreme court judgment (Which is flawed even as per the department of telecom).

          Transparency through data and analytics: the third problem is that consumers and brands’ senior management have no clue whether a particular brand’s customer service is actually good or not. Anecdotal evidence o[censored]nhappy customers abounds for each and every company that it is difficult to really know if any of them are any better than the others. Go to google.com and search for “ complaints” and you will find that every brand has complaints.

          Once in a while, there is some public consensus about a company’s outstanding customer service, but this is rare. Usually, in a given room, you can find people complaining about airtel, vodafone, idea and reliance at the same time. I believe that if there was sufficient data about each company in the open domain about how good they are at customer service, it would lead to a) brands using benchmarking data to push their executives to deliver better service and drive their call-centre partners; b) customers voting with their feet and choosing brands which are statistically more likely to provide better service.

          For example, if data like “complaints per 1, 000 customers”, “complaints regarding network data”, “average time to resolution across brands”, “complaints by product/service type” is made available, it would lead everyone to make better decisions. A simple and easy-to-understand industry benchmarking index.

          To improve customer experience in india, we need to work on all the three things together — public policy, legal mechanisms and data and analytics.in the absence of these three, our country will continue to suffer with low levels of customer experience.

                I have invested a sum of rs 15, 00, 000 in scsc scheme in my wife, s name which is the maximum limit allowed and the interest is directly credited to our joint sb account by the dept. I also invested rs 9, 00, 000 in scsc scheme and the interest also credited to our joint sb account. Now i invested another rs 6, 00, 000 in the same scheme which is under permissible limit. I also gave instruction to the dept that interest like other investments should be credited to our joint sb account. Now the dept official says that computer is not accepting it and advised me to open a seperat sb account. I am surprised to know this. Because all the deposites are under the limit. Then why my latest investment, s interest cannot be credited to our sb account. Kindly guide me regarding this matter.

Roy sending the family cloths (Durga puja purpose) for speed post on 18.09.2017 at cooch behar (Pin-736101) from gpo kolkata, but did not received till date on 28.09.2017 (11 days over). This is my family reaction to me is very bad. I am very sorry to say that what am i doing now?

                          I have sent complaint before but i didn't have any response to my message. So i want to complaint it again that i haven't received my consignment which had booked from upudi, karnataka on 7th september 2017. My consignment number is ck[protected]in. I traced my consignment who is lastly shown as the item was bagged to ph guwahati on 11th september 2017. Now it is more than 15 days still it is showing "the item is bagged to ph guwahati".
                          Please enquiry my request.

                            Dear sir,

                            My father, who is retired from central govt service, got his nss account transferred from lucknow gpo to ghaziabad gpo.
                            Even after repeated visits to ghaziabad head po, the staff is unable to provide him the computerized account no.
                            Due to this reason, he is not able to withdraw money from his account and suffering great mental tension.

                            I have even made 3 complaints on indian post office site, with no success.

                                I have sent an important document with tracking number el[protected]in through speed post from thrissur head office to ireland. And it is unfortunate that it has been lost by postal error. When i register a complaint in chennai speed post office where my parcel shows the last tracking information, i have got a very bad and delayed response from the employees over there. I had lost my money and urgent document and it is really disappointing that i recieve such a bad response. It has been 2 months now that i sent the item and it hasn’t reached the destination yet.

                                I have called them and send mail describing all details to Chennai speed post office and I did not receive any response for a month.Then again I called, they said they have contacted the Ireland post office and did not get any reply. Again I waited a month and now they are saying the item is lost

                                  I have ordered eveready mixer grinder bolt (750w) from amazon which has been sent by india post vide tracking no cg[protected]in. I was to receive this item by the 21st sept 2017 but till date it appears that the item is still lying in india post guwahati since the 12th september. This is not the first time that my parcel has been delayed by this post office and i have lost complete trust in their courier services

                                  I have done a registry with number RL A REB65805715IN from subhash nagar (180005) post office to JK bank Ltd, M A road srinagar G.P.I (190001)..but when am tracking my item no details are found..kindly dress my problem and do needful at the earliest
                                  I too. My item is bagged to guwahati from bengaluru on 11th September but still no information. When I contact costumer care they told me to wait 5 days. So I waited 5 days but still no update. So I again contact them and am shocked that my item(5kg) is lost. I was disappointed and I tried to called to CUSTOMER CARE next day and again am shocked that my item was pending in kolkata will take some days to deliver. ####. Did you got ur item.                                     My consignment numberrs[protected]cn and rs[protected]cn is still in kolkata foreign lco i suppose because the tracking details shows that my package has been sent to guwati rms in 17/0817. I keep tracking my package but the tracking details has not been updated. It was supposed to be sent to tura meghalaya west garo hills. It is china registered packaged from aliexpress. Please do look into this matter asap

                                      PAN card is not delivered to my address. Need the same on very urgent basis.
                                      PAN card of Ms Mehul Malhotra dispatched on 15th July 2017 is still not delivered. Need PAN card on very urgent basis.

                                        A postman always asking for bribe when he comes to deliver my parcel. When i refused to give bribe, he stopped delivering my parcel. He would just call up n ask me to come and collect it. Look at other private courier compabies like bluedart and dtdc so swift and smooth experiance with handling of parcel. Hence forth i pledge to not use india post for my parcel delivery whether its "speed post" or normal post. Enough of this harrowing experiance.
