My consignment number is. Ch[protected]in i ordered on 11 august 2017 and the product was despatched on 15 august 2017 to guwahati. But now i m not getting the parcel. I am not even getting any information regarding the parcel. The work service in guwahati is really not good. Please i request to look into the matter and information me. Ragistered postal parcels to this state are never delivered by india post, even the parcel if not delivered dosent come back to us, i have sent many parcels in past few days to guwahati region via india post but none are delivered, very frustrating, there must be deep investigation as to why these govt guys are paid for, not even phone they lift[protected]

Consignment no: es[protected]in was sent to colombo, sri lanka from guwahati, india on[protected], and despite being given an expected date of delivery within 10 days, hasn't been received on the addressee's end. The package, containing a bank card, has also not been updated on the tracking details after reaching kolkata despite being insured and declared. I would like the package to be tracked and returned to the original sender.

On an incoming international parcel of 8kg a custom duty was applied with no description whatsoever as to the rationale of the money charged. The person incharge in india post at local office has no idea about it while the contact number of mumbai office never answer the calls. Infact the complain number of the post itself does not answer any calls!

thats the power of government departments with zero knowledge persons. govt employees are there only to pass time & asking for bribe. same act did with us by delhi post office staff & on asking the details postman told us i[censored] want to take the parcel then pay what i am asking otherwise i am marking it as returned item. while parcel contains non taxable items.

My speed post article with airway bill no EW[protected]IN has not delivered yet. It was posted on 29th august 2017. Tracking shows it is stuck in siliguri rms from 1st september and it's been already more than 5 days that it is stucked there. There is no tracking update thereafter. Plase help me to get it deliverd.

I purchased some Patanjali product online and they shipped it through India Post vied no. :CV[protected]IN on 14/08/2017 but when i tracked it today 09/09/2017 it is showing "Package despatched to guwahati" since 15/08/2017. I complained it on india post on 01/09/2017 vied no. :[protected] but nothing steps was taken by them, It's very shameful for this government enterprise that this types of problem is facing by their customer. I'm going outstation next week, So i request you to please deliver my product Before that...

Package was sent by club factory shopping app to guwahati through india post. I have not yet received it.
No information from india post has been received by me regarding the delay either.
Please help as i have already paid for the package.
I am unable to contact them or track my package in any way. Please help me retrieve my package.

I have applied for pan card it was undelivered to me. My pan card number is bilpn9897a and airway bill number is ea[protected]in. I have mentioned my address correctly but it was not delivered to me. Because of the postman who was not ready to visit correct address. I guided him but he said he will return it back to dumlur post office so that i should collect it from there by telling my airway bill number. I went to collect my pancard but they said its already been sent back to pune.

I posted some important documents through speed post on 31/08/2017 from patna but still it has not been delivered to destination (Which is in bangalore).
Its more than 7 days but no delivery yet.

Please look into my case and try to deliver the parcel on item. Such type of behavior is really annoying.

Updated by kavi9 My parcel has been posted on 31/08/17 with consignment number ef[protected]in. The status has not been updated after 04/09/17 and not been delivered yet.
Pls look into this matter. The item has been booked from patna. Not able to get any consumer helpline as it always busy.

I am really disappointed after this irresponsibility of indian post.
Its more than 12 days but not been delivered to destination.
Its very difficult to get help from consumer care.

Our area's postman is not delivering my books and some other items of my neighbours.
When asked he says that come and take from post office and he doesn't check any id card when giving items, means anyone by telling address of other person can take that item. Please help

Its 3rd time when my product send back and when i asked them they give same reply that i have tried ur number but its out of range. My parcel is come from singapore and because of them i have not recieved my parcel. So sir kindly see the service of

On 6/9/2017 i went to talab tillo post office (180002) at 2:05 pm to book a speed post cover but it was refused saying "time is over". The concerned counter attendant had already wound the activity and was counting cash. On my insistence that additional hours of service for public have been extended, it had absolutely no impact on the attendant. To know the service timings i looked around but did not find any sign board regarding office timings, lunch hours, service hours, address/phone number of higher authority,

I have sent a registered post no. Rh[protected]in to jobishh, a 2/9, whs dda marble market, kirti nagar, delhi-110015 on[protected] and this post i have received as undelivered. I could not understand the reason for which this post was not delivered to the addressee. I am attaching the scanned copy of registered post and web showing the address of the addressee. You cab also search on google ` jobishh.com`, which shows the correct address which i have mentioned on my registered post. It appears that the postmen has returned the post with the connivance of the addressee. Please investigate the matter.

I sent parcel to ukraine containing some food items. The people who checked the parcel opened the packets and then didn't even bother to put a staple on them. So all my edible items came ruined and now they are non edible. I am a student in Ukraine and those things are not available here. Is this sensible to deteriorate things like this???

I have sent an item through speed post in electronic city s. O on 26/08/2017 to local destination address (Horamavu, babusapalya - 560043) clearly written on it including phone number but item didn't delivered even after 8 days.
Consignment track number is ek[protected]in. Customer care not responding and after 31st august there is no track on the item. Please find the attached images of tracking details and address written on the box.
While tracking the consignment, in fraser town s. O says that "item delivery attempted addressee can not be located'. It that case at least they would have returned the item but not sure why it is stuck there at horamavu s. O.
Please not that address is very clear and anybody can spot it worst case they can call. Nothing has been done and no updation on the track as well.

Goutamsheel's response Speed Post Ref no.EK[protected]IN undelivered due to change of my contact address and sent back. A speed Post was sent by income tax department due to change of my contact address it sent back. My earlier address was Type - 5/59, Shakthinagar, Raichur now I shifted to Type - 5/24, Shakthinagar, Raichur. I kindly request you to send it to present address i.e Type - 5/24, Shakthinagar, Raichur.

I tried so many times to contact india post courier service but to no avail. They don't want to deliver my courier nor they want to respond me and give me any reason for it. Worst service ever, my courier is stuck in ahmedabad for forever and till date no response from them.

I have placed some order last month and the items comes through gati. Tracking no. Eq[protected]in and according to my tracking, the items was recieved by h. O, imphal on 20.08.2017 around 9.24. A. M. But the items is still in in transit. So when is my items to be delivered. I was too worried about my ordered items bcoz i have waited too long. and i was trying to contact but there are no responce in dilkusha post office

I applied for pan card through nsdl, & my pan card was dispatched through indian speed post on[protected], via airway bill number # ea[protected]in, but still not received the same also your online tracking is saying not a valid number. The message from nsdl said that expected delivery date is[protected] but the date today is 2-9-2017. Please send my pan card asap and let me know how can i track the pan now.

My tracking no. Ew[protected]in. My family sent me an beatable item through speed post as it should have been delivered to me in 48 hours. It was done in 28th of august and today it is september 2nd. It's been 5 days since then. My order status shows "bag despatched to palam tmo" on 29th august and there is no update after that. Please look into this matter. I know that my entire courier is wasted as i cannot have the eatable any longer but i am extremely furious about whatever has heppened. I want an answer from them. This is really upsetting.
Request you to please look into this matter at your earliest because my family's effort to send me their love and their time and money has been wasted just like that.
