I am resident of 2/687 Gajikhera shuklaganj Unnao ( Pin - 209861) and working as a Assistant Manager in RBI at Kanpur.Postman of our area Mr Pawan is very careless man. He is not delivering letter properly. When any letter of my family comes concerned with our carrier he demands money. In case of not paying money returns letter creating problem in the life of my family. Your good office is therefore requested to take action against such type of employee and he may be transferred from here immediately.

I just called concerned post office [protected] they replayed me "if you need the documents need to collect from post office'' and cut off the phone what a pathetic service provided by the indian postel service

            Once in a month i received speed post parcel from Aizawl (Mizoram) to Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). Everytime i was asked to collect my parcel, If i request for delivery they always reject. The other place where i used to lived before also they always provide delivery, whether it is little bit big or small. My parcel is always small. Not only me, some of my friends who live in this area also face the same issue. I request for better service in this area, Jaisalmer.

              This is informed that the said consignments have not been delivered at mentioned address.
              Regarding the same I have lodge the complain vide numbers-[protected] for tracking id Number-- EW[protected]IN and [protected] for tracking id Number –EW[protected] IN.

              It is strange the both complain has been closed on dated 28.2.17, by India post with following remarks
              The Remarks details as under –
              1. Complain number-[protected] and tracking id Number-- EW[protected]IN the said item has been delivered on 10 day earlier ( i.e 28.01.2017) at batanagar so po at 17.33 .00 hrs .
              2. Complain number-[protected], and tracking id Number EW[protected] IN .The said item has been delivered on 10 day earlier ( i.e 28.01.2017) at Mal HO PO at 10.49.00 hrs of date of booking (06.02.17).
              Please Note that the said items was booked for Gurgao-122015.The said items was return shipment of Jabong .com.
              Please Note:-As per detail tracking item was reached at Gurgao on 10.2.17, after 10.2.17 the tracking details is mismatched.
              The competent authority is requested to compensate of my losses of amount –Rs 3140/- plus harassment compensation of customer (As per rules of India Post).

                The parcel has not yet been delivered, from last 4 days it is in "NSH Ahemdabad"

                I tried contacting the department through email and telephone but none helped me.Please look into this and get it delivered as soon as possible.

                  Sir,

                  I was in below mentioned post office today on 25th March 2017 at around 1 P.M to discuss about a cheque return issue. I was interacting with one of a new requirement of your postal department(assuming by the age and appearance), and he was not cooperating and misleading continuously during discussion. From the very beginning he refused to provide any information about the cheque return reason and continuously telling me to go to main post office for this matter, he can not help. On requesting the phone number and email address of the Tollygunge main post office he strongly refused to provide me the details, saying he is an agent and he will not provide any information. How can a central government employee sitting on a duty chair accessing all confidential postal information can say he is an agent and can refuse to cooperate with the customer of that particular branch? Do they get proper training how to behave and interact with the customer?

                  I am treating it as a severe negligence of service, misbehavior with a customer, non cooperation and refused to provide a service which that employee is abide to do.

                  Requesting you to take strong action against him so that it will not repeat in future with anyone.

                      Today I went to deposit money in my ppf account at post office sector 16A Faridabad Harayana. by cheque of 55000. Person sitting there Gurvinder refused to accept cheque and says that he only accepts cash. On one side Govt is pushing cashless transaction and people sitting at the counter are not promoting cashless. He even refused to write it on the deposit slip that he don't accept cheque.

                        I am trying to open a savings account in kolathur post office Chennai for the past ten days. After going 3 times only I even got the account opening form. Then the person asked me to come other day for paying cash. At least the guy in charge was responding. But my bad time he went on leave. Other guy came, but after visiting more than 6 times still this new guy is not responding and not telling me when my account will be opened. There's a sign saying accelerated drive to open account for people in post office. If this the acceleration speed, then I think it will taken other 2000 years to open a post office account for every person in India

                        First provide enough forms in post office. Create a system where the person will be notified through message or call if the account is opened.instead of making the people to visit post office every time. Remember it's not a tourist place for us to visit daily

                        hamre yha ka postman koi b post nahi leta.mera credit card kai bar post office aa chuk h or postman ghar pr nahi dene aata.aaj ka nahi h 8-10 month ho gaye h .mne abhi credit card depatment m bat ki h .aap ka credit card aap k post office 1-3 bar ja chuka h. aap postman se pta kre.

                            Shop keeper ask to me money 50 rupees for my pan card...
                            I compaint my post office the post man came at home and saying that i didn't find ur home address...
                            Thats why i deleverd their...
                            The post man get commition from paan shop...
                            This not first time... This is doing fourth time.. I m doing compaint frist time..

I also made contact to postman to deliever my parcel to my address when it will come to u. But even after making contact to postman he did not delieverd my parcel to my address. And delieverd my iteam to bank where they block my atm card. Now bank is saying its a fault of postman while postman is saying its a fault of bank.

                                    I had sent a parcel to my sis on 18/02/2017. I even registered a complaint on their website regarding the status of the package. But till date i have not received even a single respond from INDIA POST. As a matter of fact I even went to the Transaction Office for help but the SO was very convenient to simply tell me he cannot help me further other than checking online(which I did the same too!). What is the SO roles when he is not able to resolve customer's concern?
                                    It is more than a month now and till date there is no status update about my package. The package is extremely important and i really dont know what further step i should take.

                                    The transaction details are shared in the photo I have shared. Please help!
