I had dispatched a registered parcel from jhilmil po to bokaro steel city sector 3 po on 12mar2016 (Tracking #: cd[protected]in).

It has been more than 20 days, but the parcel has still not reached the destination.

I inquired from the post master, but they remain clueless. I also filed a complaint on e portal (Complaint #: [protected]) but they are also not able to track my parcel.

I put mails to all the senior authorities as listed on their websites but no redressal has been done till date. They don't seem to have any limits on turn around time for complaints. This laxity in behaviour should be punishable.

My speed post no. is EF[protected]IN Dated-26.03.2016 and parwalpur S.O. received letter dated 28.03.2016 but not received my letter by perwapur post office. when this delivery location is situated near postoffice. my delivery location is near block office, police station and hospital but not delivered my item. so pls take attractive action. i had complain booking online dated 31.03.2016 complain no. is [protected] dated 31.03.2016.
perwalpur postman sadanand ji is working in two offices posoffice parwalpur and corresspondance new paper inparwalpur. so time not available for speed post delivery.

Speed post no. Is ef[protected]in- 26.03.2016 is not delivered but perwalpur postoffice received letter on dated28.03.2016.
Complain is [protected] dt-31.03.2016 but no action till date.

My grandmother had an account in kisan vikas patra vide ac no [protected],[protected], [protected]'[protected]& [protected] . When she had gone to gaya post office for final withdrawal of amount, she was asked to bring witness eventhogh she was producing the id proof. She had a valid id proof.When i speak to senior postmaster mr rd choudhary, he also refused stating that he had no time for this type of work.I didn't understand why they are behaving so rude to senior citizens or with the subscribers. Plz interven the matter .Mr firoz ali, one of the staff had used abusive languages. Such behaviour from govt organization is unsolicited

I am Darshit Gupta, a common man of our country .My father has been working as a post office agent since last 25 years.He is very honest person but due to post master of post office he and all other agents are suffering very much so i want to complain against post master of our area Mr. Manish Kumar Chourasia, Baran(Rajasthan). He is posted at sub post office called KUM Mandi Baran. Sir i am listing out the issues here

1. He does not come on time, comes at around 10:00am which is one hour late from office time.
2. He ask for money or bribe from the agents and don't do work of agents directly without taking some profit for him.
3. He make excuses for work every time like internet connection and computer and other hardware issues.
4. He leave office at 4:30PM which is one hour early.
5. He ask agents to drop him at bus stand or railway station.
6. He tries that agent should have fear from him.

Sir kindly look into this matter as soon as possible & if possible please transfer him to other area or zone so that agents of post office can work easily and efficiently.

My Mother has breathed her last on Jan 24th. I have given the Death Certificate in Orginal and running form Pillar to Post to close the account and get the Money. I have the nomination already regd my nomination with the post-office at the time of opening the account as I`am the only Child.
Already have visited the PO 4 times and my wife has visited 3 times.

God knows when this will get sorted out.

Strongly suggest do not open any account or MIS with the Shivaji Nagar PO.

Hello, i got an account opened on 7/3/2015 in post office of village aurangabad teh. Hodal distt palwal 121105. My name is suresh kumar and my daughter's name is manvi. Account no is[protected].
I deposited amount rs 5000, 10000, 5000, 15000, 15000 respectively on dates 7/3/2015, 7/4/2015, 15/5/2015, 4/8/2015 and 17/9/2015. According to post office the last entry (Rs 15000) made on 17/9/2015 was not credited to my account. My account is no not working. They all people are bunch of crooks. I have complaint against it many times but still there is no response. I'm unable to deposit the amount in the account and my passbook is still in post office. Please help.

I am keen to buy KVP/NSC with the current interest rate before the revised rates are effective from 1 Apr 2016. However, the office staff is not giving me the forms and asks me to come after 2 Apr for purchasing certificates. They say internet doesn't work for 3 days - which is not acceptable

I need to buy KVP/NSC by tomorrow, 30-Mar-2016 with the current interest rates

It is going to delay in delivery, so many time i call to customer care but he didn't take any action.

I lodged a complaint on misbehavior of Sub-Post Master, Kolkata 700005 to the senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Belgachia, Kolkata 700035 on 17.08.15 as per norms of India Post (date of occurrence 14.08.15). I received two letters from SSPOs and one letter from Asst. Director, (PS&PG) informing that the matter is under inquiry. After long persuasions to higher officials, SSPOs has replied but the content of the letter was not on the basis of any inquiry that has been conducted at the place of occurrence i.e. Hatkhola Post Office, 70005 based on 14.08.15 occurrence. The reply has been made after being well briefed by the Sub-Post Master, Hatkhola over Telephone where the concern officer should inquire the matter by the investing officer of self. After six months or so (03.03.2016) I received reply but had no information on outcome of the inquiry. So my complaint is still there and it has to be settled amicably across the table through peace full discussion.

I had visted the post office located at Jala Vayu Vihar, Kammanahalli,
Kalyan Nagar, HRBR layout, B'lore-560043 on 23/03/2016 to submit an applicatioin for a term deposit. Unfortunately the concerned official refused to accept the application and the reason given was that there is too much of a backlog, insufficient staff to handle the work and the server is jammed.
I was advised by the clerk to come back only on 01/04/2016 as there was a great amount of back log work and fresh applicatons cannot be accepted.

Unfortunately I was not the only indivdual who had to return frustrated with the service of this Central Government Department. The service is worse if the term deposit application is submitted through a postal agent.

This year end rush invariably exists every year and no attempt is made by the Postal department to ease the work load.
I have lived in this locality for the past 18 years and the strength of the staff at the post office has not increased by a single individual.

I wonder what would happen if the Postal Department is given a Banking License. Fortunately for us, it was denied this time around.
In addition to the above incident i was refused withdrawal of cash from my SB A/C and the reason stated was " Server Jam ". Please come tommorow.

SBHY ATM card dispatched on 14.03.2016 but yet not received and Ghansoli Post official is saying they don't know anything.

myself parimal kayasth from bharuch stay in dandia bazar. my ATM card was send by SBI kevadia colony ans they said that delivery was pending from bharuch local post office since 11.03.2016. I contacted local office but they gave customer care no. . when contacted customer care they gave local p.o. number but doesn't get where my delivered item was at present I.e. ATM CARD. I m in urgent need of same.

I, Ashok Semwal, R/O Plot no.A-82, Chorosia Specicosa Estate, Phi-3, Chi-Phi, Greater Noida, want to bring your attention towards the problem of my post letters not being delivered from past 1 year.

It is been a year that postman is either delivering my letters to wrong address or not delivering at all. When I confronted it to the postman of ALPHA POST OFFICE, he told me that it is not his area and he delivers at P3 area only. Further I went to another post office of our area that is GAUTAM BUDDHA UNIVERSITY POST OFFICE there I was told that we do not receive any of your letters from MAIN POST OFFICE.

Many of our important letters (especially of bank, work related etc) were either received or where send back to the sender. This was confirmed by bank to us. My bank is giving me notice of warning regarding the verification of address due to NON-DELIVERING of letters.

Kindly take an action soon as it is creating problems for us.
