I am Rafiqul Islam from National Informatics Center(NIC), O/O The Depuity Commissioner Goalpara, Goalpara-781321. I had sent a letter trough speed post on 12/03/2016 to The Addl. Director General of Police (A), Ulubari, Ghy-781007. But as per speed post tracking the India post has delivered the letter on 17/03/2016. As per advertisement the last date of submission was 16/03/2016. Thats why the receiver did not received the letter. The letter has resend to me on 17/03/2016 and i have received it on 21/03/2016. Please take a needful actoin on it. Herewith find the attachment bellow.

I regret to inform you that we are not getting proper service from Puinan post office. KVP & NSC certificates are hardly available. Post office used to give blame to head office for not sending certificate and forms.
I believe there is a big gap of communication. We, all customers, are suffering for that. Interest rate is reducing now.

I am giving two example of public service.

1. Puinan Post Office went for full computerization recently . This was a planned activity.But notice was not given in advance. Suddenly no operation notice given. As a result many people did not get their money on time.

2. After computerization KVP & NSC, MIS form are not available as new form will be used. Why it was not planned / arranged early. This shows immature operational management.

I brought this notice in front of your officers many times and reminded them also in my earlier mail. But none bother to reply or take action.

This is my sincere request to take necessary action so that we can get our public service without any further delay.

The controller of Examinations, Acharya Nagarjuna University had sent my B.pharm Degree Documents to WES, Canada on 18/02/16.It reached to Chennai on 20/02/16.Then on, the article didn't move anywherelse. मैंने अपने बचत खाता न. [protected] जो फैज़ाबाद (उ.प्र.) के मुख्य डाक घर में है, बरिष्ठ नागरिक बचत खाता खोलने के लिए चेक संख्या 000176 वास्ते रू 5 लाख दिनाँक 8 मार्च 16 को व चेक संख्या 000177 वास्ते 5 लाख दिनाँक 9 मार्च 16 को जो बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा में देय था जमा किया, जिसे क्लीयरिंग के लिए रिज़र्व बैंक के दिशा निर्देश के अनुसार अगले दिन भेजा जाना चाहिए था परन्तु मुख्य डाक घर ने चेक विलम्ब से भेजा जो क्लीयरिंग में एक साथ दिनाँक 14 मार्च 16 को पहुँचा, चेक 6 दिन में क्लीयरिंग के लिए पहुँचा तो क्योँ ?

I send a registered letter from qatar to west bangal 0n 18.02.16 in my area. pin cod 712503 (tribeni post office-lendline no-[protected]) but since now my wife is waiting for the letter. now i am in doha qatar(middle-est). yesterday i track my letter status showing unsuccessful delivery thats why i send my wife to my near post office 712503 but according to post master address was not his area thats why he transfer to near post 712502 (bansberia post office. lend line no-[protected]) another area so my family also went another post office(712502) he say also which address maintain in letter its not my area so i return back to doha qatar then i call Indian postal department and request to dont return back my letter to qatar there is two mobile no but post office no contact even one time then he send back my letter again to my area bansberia on 12.03.2016.according to status showing in web site now my letter in bansberia. But main thing is there is two ruining mobile no i write to easy to find out to postman but any post office did not call or even not miscall my family. and then my family went post office to ask about the letter the post master way of talking is very bad. There is few important paper of bank which one submit to my wife as soon as possible but Till now near one month but still the paper is far from my family. I just request to consumer and postal department please please please send my letter to my family as soon as possible thanks.

I have applied for PAN card and i was awaiting for the same. My PAN card has came to the post office and the postman didn't deliver it to the address and returned it. I met the postman and informed him that I am going to apply again for re issuance of PAN card and requested him to deliver it. PAN card came for the 2nd time and same thing happened. postman didn't deliver it and returned it. I am in deep need of PAN card for officials purpose. Postman's lethargic and irresponsible behaviour makes doubt about the trustworthy of the postal service.

This is to bring to your kind notice that my friend from Bangalore Mr.Birendra Kumar residing at 4B4, Malnad Regency, 10th Main, 14th Cross,
New Thippsandra post; Had sent me an envelope containing 02 Sodeox food coupons of value Rs.2, 000-/ each i.e. total Rs.4000/- and 02 Sodeox
food coupons of value Rs.770/- each i.e.total Rs. 1540/-. Thus the total Sodeox coupons of the value of Rs.5540/-

The Envelope was posted by my above friend Mr. Birendra Kumar of Bangalore by Regd.A.D.Speed Post on 03.12.2015 from Post Office at R L
New Thippasandra (560075) A RK[protected] In, Counter No.1 Op-Code : 03 to my residential address at mentioned above.

But to my surprise I did not receive any of the Coupons stated above and the envelope was only empty without any contents in the envelope. I
was informed by My friend Mr. Birendra Kumar that there was one more envelope inside the big envelope enclosing the four coupons.

I shall be grateful if you could kindly investigate the matter on a urgent basis and find out the culprit and punish him/her. I may also be
compensated to the value of Rs.5540/- urgently either by another Sodeox coupons or by Demand Draft drawn in my name.

I am enclosing a copy of the envelope received for your investigation. The matter may please be investigated urgently and I may be
compensated for the same.

I send my personal documents by speed post(India Post) on 23/02/2016.
till date courier not delivered on address.
I inquired many a times but till date I got no response from them.
I also complained them through their online complaint portal, whose complaint number is as follows:-

I went to Sahakarnagar- Bangalore branch to send parcel containing home made sweets and clothes to Manchester (U.K) . They directed me to world net express at R.T Nagar branch - Bangalore. Their post master rejected to accept telling that branded food items only are accepted.
Whereas private courier came to my home, free packing done and accepted the parcel much cheaper than your world net.
WHEN PUBLIC IS COMING TO GIVE BUSINESS TO GOVT. ORGANIZATION, WHETHER WHAT HAPPENED IS CORRECT?
PLEASE INFORM ME THE ACTION TAKEN.

From Singapore a parcel was delivering to me via registered post 25 days back,
still i didn't get my parcel, while tracking it is showing that order was delivered to the destination, i was continuously called local post office to know the my order status but they are no t responded properly, registered parcel no : RF[protected]SG, parcel was very importance to me . please help me to get it

System is slow not popper letter entry . work is not ok . answer not . not letter Di rived entry . sawantwadi -Ho office .complaint .

India Post Speed Post tracking number EM[protected]IN. Parcel was mailed on February 22, 2016 from Mumbai and today, almost two weeks later, on the India Post web site I get "Consignment details not Found" when trying to track. Either the item has been lost by India Post or, almost 2 weeks after it was received by India Post it has still not scanned into the system or it is lost. The parcel is time-sensitive and I need to be able to track its shipping progress to the United States. Please assist in tracking this package.

1. Kisan Vikas Patra for Rs.6, 00000/- (Rupees Six Lakh Only) applied through issuing cheque on 19 January 2016 on mature of my five years of SCSC (Senior Citizen Saving Certificate).

2. On 05 February 2016 (After passing 17 days) the amount has been debited from my account). The Post Master assured me that he will issue KV certificates by giving issue date 05 February 2016 as the amount has credited into Post Office A/C on the same date.

3. Now, the Post Master given me the KV certificates REGISTRATION NO R-[protected] ( COL.ID.NO –[protected] &[protected] showing date of issue 26 February 2016 (after passing 38 days) instead of 05 February 2016 which seems to be totally wrong.

4. This is for your further kind attention that the interest of six lac for 38 days goes near about Rs. 4500 to 5000) which is forcibly push to bears me.

5. I therefore request your kind honour please look into this matter personally and issue necessary direction to pay my financial loss.
