I got message from Passport office that my passport was dispatched on 11/4/2016. I have applied for passport (tatkal). When I checked online, it is showing that consignement is at BNPL chandigarh sorting. For[protected], there is no movement in the parcel delivery. I need my passport urgently. It could have been delivered on 13/4/2016. Why does it happen that my passport is stuck at chandigarh sorting. Please look into this.

Dear sir,
My name is naveen chandra, address house no. 4, gali no. 18, c-block, dayalpur, delhi-110090. I, am facing in deep trouble from our area postman. My speed post reference no. Ed[protected]in dated[protected] and ed[protected]in dated[protected] both speed post letter not deliver to me till date.
This time we were waiting for our speed post letter book from election office, village biharipur, near pushpanjali school opposite delhi police training school, delhi-110090, when i, personally meat to postman he asking for money for these both delivering post then i decide to complaint.
Earlier i, have talk to postmaster of post office karawal nagar s.O. But postmaster is not giving positive indication for this but they have not taken this into consideration.

Please help me sir, and deliver both letter i, will be highly obliged for your help.

I had posted a very important demand draft for my admission for by speed (Mohali post office) post on 24th april'13 for mohali from delhi (Ignou). Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even my the india speed post mangers both in mohali and chandigarh. My tracking number is ep[protected]in .
Really don't know waht to do next.
Please help if possible.

Dear sir,
I had posted a very important medical document for my insurence agency by ims speed post on 24th dec'07 for mumbai from kolkata. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even my the india speed post mangers bot

I have not received my driving licencewhich has been despatched from ahmednagar post on 28.12.2015, to get that within time i paid rs.50 more but the l still haven't received the same till now and don't know the whereabouts of the same.

Speed post no pp[protected] in was despatched by pass port office pune on 7-4-2016 as per tracking the same was received by kedgaon rs ahmednagar 414005 post office on[protected], but inspite of proper address it was not delivered and changed pincode no sent to rms ahmednagar due to careless of concerned postman .This is the second time occured when postmen intentionally done .You are therfore requested to kindly take suitable action against him and advise to me on email skshevra11 @gmail.com

I am facing extreme mental agony & dejection due to the shoddy services of india post.I had ordered an item on an e-com portal which was shipped by usps on18th march 2016 through priority airmail.Tracking id-ln[protected]us & airway bill no-[protected].
Although it was to be delivered within 14 days, i have still not received my parcel while it has been 20 days upwards. There are no tracking updates available on indiapost website & an online complaint registered has also fallen on deaf ears.Not only this, i also personally visited indiapost local branch but as anticipated, their staff is utterly clueless & uncooperative.
I have faced enough mental agony trying to find my parcel.
I would want to hear from indiapost regarding current location of my shipment & when i would receive it failing which i shall be bound to escalate the matter to the ministry concerned.

I am writing this complaint on this forum as i am feeling extremely dejected with india post and its shoddy service.I had ordered a product on an e-com portal which was shipped by usps priority airmail on 18th march 2016 withtracking id:ln[protected]us & airway bill no:[protected]. Iwas assured i would receive it in mumbai within 14 days but now its 21 days upwards & still i have not received my parcel.
There are no tracking updates available onindia post website.I visited their local branch office a couple of times but as pointed out by numerous other complainants, the india post staff was anything but helpful.
I have also registered a complaint on indiapost website & received an sms with the token number 4 days back.But i seriously doubt india post even looks at online complaints.
India post is undoubtedly the most irresponsible postal service in the world.Do they imagine they can keep taking customers for granted forever?
Iwould wanttohear from indiapost regarding tracking details/current location of my parcel failing which imay consider lodging a police complaint form is placement/pilferage of my item.

I am sharing my sad experience from post office(Ghonda side delhi 53) near ghonda school.

Since its near my house so i hav been visiting it for few things but for each and every task i was refused. The straight away answer is "no".
# no revenue stamps
# no forms
# no support from staff (I wanted to purchase nsc, after my 3 consecutive visits now i dropped the idea).
# no proper info (Seems people are not updated with the common things even, interest rates, schemes and all)

I find its really shamefull for them as public helpers(Unable to serve their duties) and for me too( if i sat back without sharing and bringing the reality infront)

In hope that something must be done.

I have purchased a bike which comes under bhanajanagar rto(Od32) 9months back, but have not yet received my rc book. Have checked the same in vahan sewa site and it says that these documents has been dispatched on 7/7/2015 and it has a pod number (Eo[protected]in) for tracking. When i am trying to track this it is showing that the 'consignment details not found'. Can anyone please help me on this.

I have invested in monthly income scheme with bommasandra po (Ref number 177816 & 177815). Several customers are finding it very difficult to get the interest income every month due to the above post office complaining of software issues (Pinnacle).

Every month we have to make atleast 3 visits and this month i have just run out of patience. I waiting today - 11th april from morning 10 am to 1 pm and they were hardly able to attend to 4-5 customers. The post master said their software is working very slow and hence its for common investors like us who have to either wait or come some other day.

This needs to be fixed as today there were atleast 25 customers who returned after waiting till noon. This is the same condition every day.

Request your urgent attention to this matter.

Nsc certificate no 82ee712055 (Amount rs 10000) and no 82ee712056 (Amount rs 10000) both issued by green park po, new delhi -110016 on 15/04/2008 which is due on 15. 04. 2014.
As i had shifted my residence to kandivali mumbai, i had given application for transfer of the above nscs to kandivali east po, mumbai.

The transfer application was forwarded by kandivali east po, mumbai on 02/03/2015.
Despite of reminders no actions are taken and we are not getting money or reply

I am Ved Prakash, resident of Khampur village, Delhi-110036. I am complaining about the Postman and Post Office my village. Few months ago, a new postman was transferred to our village, he was so rude that he open the post office in the morning around 9 am and closed it around 11 am. After asking him about this behavior, he said that he had to come here from a long distance.
Now, it's result that the post office our village has been shut down. People are facing so much problem.
Please look into this matter and reply soon.

I have sent a letter i have sent a article on 4th april, 2016.After 4 days of tracking it has reached at nsh pune. But about 2 days there is no update.. Please deliver the article to its right address on or before 10th april. But, iawant the product to deliver on or before 10th april, 2016. The ordered id is #ew[protected]in. Please deliver the article as soon as possible

Sir I have nps account and PRAN number. I approached on 31 Mar 16 my nearest post office Bawal. The postmaster refused refused for deposit and I again approached Ho Narnaual on 7 apr 16 Mr prithi singh post master he is also refused for deposit amount in my nps account. Request clarify and confirm and also take departmental action to both post master. Thanks.

Sub: Complaint regarding Parcel received from Local Post Office

Sir/ Madam,
I bring to your notice that the Parcel received on 07th April, 2016 by my dad at my home was already been paid online including shipping and custom duty charges. In my absence, my dad received the parcel and paid rupees Three thousand three and eleven only, to the postman. When my dad came to know that the complete amount was paid online, he approached the local Post Office. But they ignored his verbal petition. So I am writing this complaint for speedy reimbursement of the above said amount.

We sent a registered mail from charlotte, north carolina, usa on 22nd feb, 2016. It was delivered to indian post office at indira gandhi intl, delhi on 28th feb, 2016 @ 22:32 pm. The registration no. Is re[protected]us.
We went to kolkata gpo to get the status of this mail and came to know that whole package did not come to kolkata. At this point we have no clue what to do and it is carrying very important document for us, losing it would cost lost of money and work progress with indian income tax department.

Appreciate your immediate attention on this issue.

My letter was send through speed post from Nagaland but they send back without even coming for delivery at the given address. They said that the receiver is no more staying in that given address where as I am staying there only. It happens twice continuously. I am so disappointed with the service because the letter was very urgent. In case if the address was wrong then they should have give a call to the phone number written in the letter. However the address was very clear and phone number was active. It was the postman who did not come for delivering the letter. What kind service are you providing to the public? Are you all simply staying in the office and enjoying the monthly salary that you receive from the government through the public money. I want you take immediate action in this matter.

I am having a post office account at head post office, trichy, tamilnadu. I would like to inform you the present situation existing at head post office. Trichy.

1. The term deposit passbooks ( receipts ) are not being issued to the investors from[protected]. When it is enquired there, the investors are teased and humiliated by the postal staff, working there. Every time the investors are asked to come to headpost after 2 or 3 days, but the td passbook printing work is not at all completed. Same story is repeated.

Because of this many investors coming to the head post office to invest lakhs of rupees on term deposits, return, desperately, seeing the current situation existing there. This is a huge loss of income to post office. This is happening for the past 15 days. You can also see this, if you come to head post office, trichy.

2. The postal staff members say that computer system is not good, internet not working properly, etc... At least for 20 days in a, month. Because of this a person has to wait for 2 hours to put rs.1000 in his savings account and another 2 hours for pass book printing. This is a regular scenario at head post office, trichy.

In this long waiting period of 4 hours for each transaction, you can find many elderly persons fainting and falling down. The condition of all the savings account holders and investors is pitiable.

Please issue necessary directions to the officers concerned to,

1. To issue all the term deposit passbooks ( receipts ) immediately.

2. To rectify the internet problems existing in all the 9 counters at head post office, trichy

3. To complete the work, the sameday itself. And not to postpone the work. Otherwise let the staff complete the work and the go to their home, how late it may be.

4. Open additional counters, if needed.

I bought an item from china and the dispatched through their local courier. After a month, They provide me a speed post tracking no. I checked speed post tracking and it shows online Booking Location - Sweden. It has been around two months but I am still not able to find any info about my item. I made an online complaint also send a mail to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in, the head of Circle. Nobody responded yet.

Complain regarding poor service offered by Desai vago post office, Nadiad-387001(Gujarat)
It is daily routine for the customers to stand in queue for 30-45minutes just to receive their monthly interest. Daily their server crashes in first half of day or in just 1 or 2 hour from the working is started. Nobody is concerned about the customers standing in queue for hours to receive their money. It took me almost 5-6 days to receive my monthly interest as everyday I go and stand in queue but until my number come the server go crashed. All the customers are suffering from same problem. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps regarding improvement in network facility as well as service provided by attendents at post office.
