My parcel (EU[protected]IN) track nahi ho pa raha hai Jo Mene speed post kiya tha by any service of India post.gov.in. inka koi helpline no bhi kaam nahi kar raha hai. What should I do. My mob no is [protected].

This is in regard with Indian Post International Article Delivery Reference( RHO66920432IN) and complaint number for the same article ([protected]), its been 32 days but still article is not delivered or updated anywhere, i have already registered the grievance in PMO as well reference number (DPOST/E/2016/01674) but no satisfactory action has been taken yet, please don't harass the common people, if the delivery takes more than a month then please please update in the website or update in the post office articles that it will take more than a month or even more than that to deliver the article, so that people will never use such channels for shipment of international articles o[censored]rgent nature.
Complaint center @[protected] called them more than 150 times every time they say they are following up with their counterpaths sometimes some official are absent and sometimes they gave lame excuses, the nature of the article is very urgent as it is for employment purpose, request you to please deliver the article now.

speed post(EC[protected]IN) ke through mene 19/11/15 ko apana parcel Delhi ke address mein bheja tha parantu address nahi milane par 17/12/15 ko parcel mujhe main post office korba ke office mein prapt huaa, parcel ki condition dekh kar aur shanka hone par mene apna parcle post Master korba shri Kurry Ji tatha vaha maujud sabhi logo ke samne khola to parcel box mein se mera 1000/-Rus. ka kimti leather belt gayab mila jisaki likhit shikayat mene 17/12/15 ko hi post Master korba shri Kurry Ji ko kar Di thi aur uske baad mein shri Kurry Ji ke sath lagatar sampark mein hu parantu abhi tak mujhe shri Kurry Ji ke duvara koi bhi jawab nahi diya ja raha hai balki shri Kurry Ji ke duvara niyam kanun ka hawala dekar baar baar mujhe bilaspur head post office ja kar jankari prapt karne ke liye dabav dala ja raha hai unke is behavior se mujhe bahut jada pareshani ho rahi hai.post Master korba shri Kurry Ji apani jawabdari se Bach rahe hai Aur mujhe jan bhuj kar pareshan kar rahe hai please meri is complain par turant post Master korba shri Kurry Ji ke khilap koi action le aur mujhe apane chori ho gaye saman ki price value jald se jald dilwaye.

Kindly be informed that above speed post on the trackibg record lying in NSH Delhi since 14th Feb. After that it is not showing any movemnent.

I had given one parcel of some important documents regarding college admission whose id no. RI[protected]IN to brooklyn, USA on 22/01/16 . and this courier has't delivered yet to the destination place.

Yesterday I went to Parumala sub post office (Pincode:689626) to send a post. I had a worst experience with the post master. She (Don't know her name) didn't even noticed or replied to me & an old man abot 80 years old who came there to pay BSNL bill. After waiting there for about half an hour, she noticed us and took the old man's bill and asked him for give change in money!!!
Poor man, didn't had it and waited there for another 10 mins. Is this the way to treat a senior citizen.

मैंने[protected] को पिन संख्या -811106 (सूर्यगढ़ा, लखीसराय, बिहार) पोस्ट आफिस से पिन संख्या 800014 (बी भी कालेज, पटना) को स्पीड पोस्ट किया था। ट्रेक नंबर -EF[protected]IN है। मैंने अभी तक अपना स्पीड पोस्ट प्राप्त नहीं किया है। मैंने कार्यालय में पूछताछ की तो कोई उचित व्यवहार भी नहीं कर रहा। उसमे मेरा सर्टिफिकेट और दूसरे कुछ बहुत जरूरी कागजात है। मुझे प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा का फार्म भी भरना है।अतः आपसे सविनय निवेदन है की इस समस्या से हमे मुक्ति दिलाएँ।

I have sent parcel through post office via speedpost from chennai to meghalaya on[protected]. The parcel reached on[protected] but sadly 50% of the items were missing from the parcel.. My parcel was not deliverd the way i packed. I hv lost nearly about rs 5000.. Now no one is taking responsibility on this unprofessional act.. Their should be someone who can take strict action..
It was emergency thats the reasn i sent the parcel..
I m in huge loss because i hv to buy those items again.. I m totally scrwed..

Sir, I have been sent two parcels through post office by my friend from the state of Telangana to Bihar with the consignment numbers CA[protected]IN and CA[protected]IN. Even after days of waiting I didnt recieve the package. Repeated call to the given numbers also proved futile. Please help.

A gift item with ID number EI8311 containing a saree, one pair of pant shirt and cash of 1000Rs Was delivered from Sonkutch post office for Delhi.
I received a message of the delivery on 04th of February.
But actually the courier was not delivered at the destination address.
I very unsatisfied as the box went to Ajmer, Jaipur, Nagpur, Delhi.
But didn't reached at the proper address.

I received a message from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur that the ATM card I applied for has been sent by speed post on 8th February. It is 18th February now. Online tracking facility displays consignment details not available. Even their complaint portal is not working. Submit button is disabled.

I have done a speed pose from gandhinagar to dehradoon, it has to go through palm and Delhi and then dehradoon now seen is that it is showing dispatched to lucknow from last 4 days and not even received in lucknow kindly inform me about that parcel status and please do it as soon as possible or i have to go with R.t.i thank you....

My driving license speed post barcode(ED[protected]IN) was dispatched by the RTO on[protected] and it reached PATPARGANJ SO on[protected] but it has not been delivered yet. the speed post tracking service shows that the item was bagged for NSH NEW DELHI. i am facing many difficulties in commuting due to lack of a driving license and i even logged a complaint(no. [protected]) in the india post online complaint registration portal but still my license has not been delivered to me. kindly deliver it to me as soon as possible.

I am Mr. Chetan Redasani, i had purchased NSC certificates from NOIDA Sector 19 Head post office on 19.02.2010, having amount Rs. 25, 000 in the denomination of [2 certificates of Amount 10000 each] and [1 certificate of amount 5000], after maturation date, i have submitted the same in my nearest post office for liquidation, from them i understood the certificate of Rs. 5000 is not on my name, it is showing some other's name on it, i tried to connect in NOIDA sector 19 post office, but no one from there is answering the phone call. kindly make the note of it and guide me how to proceed further.

Without any prior intimation, Paschim Putiary PO (Kolkata 700082) is not paying monthly interest since last 2 months.

A MIS is a contract and it is obligatory on the part of a post office to honour the commitment of monthly interest payout.

In case there is a regulatory change, the same must be intimated to all customers.

Additionally, cheques issued by PO across many locations are getting dishonoured with vague reasons.

Countless Post Office subscribers are being subjected to harassment and mental torture.

The only post office of our area (Bishrampur Dist Surajpur State CG) is locked for more than a week without any information or intimation to the customers like me. the working of the post office has been hampered since[protected] due to the employees remaining absent.

We the customers of the area are suffering like anything. i request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict actions against the office as we customers are not in a condition to transact in our accounts.

Hi Team,

I have transferred amount of INR5000 on 13-FEB-2016 from Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi (Pin no 110023) to destination Daspur, West Midapur(721211) through DOP(mobile money transfer). As per web site and your post master at Sarojini Nagar checked that destination pin (721211) is covered through DOP. But when the recipient reaches to post office in ghatal S.O(721211) the post master told that their system is not upgraded to accept this.. so they can't give the money to recipient. They also suggested that recipient must visit to Ghatal(pin 721212) but their also same response. As i came to know only in kolkata they currently has this facility. Now my question is .

1. if the destination pin couldn't be covered for DOP(mobile money transfer) then why are you generating traction at source.
2. I want to get my entire money immediately along with the transaction charges(5000+80=INR 5080) as my transaction couldn't be covered at destination and you are providing wrong information to me and this also harrases me.

Please find the transaction no as[protected]

Please help me ASAP.

Was booked on 29 jan 2015 from rishikes uttrakhand to gurgaon.. as slight mistake with pincode was done 122001 was mentioned instead of 122006. Even contact no was mentioned on post but nobody contacted. Till now neither item delivered nor sent back . It is having some important documents plz help me.
