We have given certain things to delivery to the following post office.But still it is not received the given address.

For this we have given complaint for non delivery of article.i. e)Transaction no:EN[protected]IN on 05/10/2016 at jaggaiahpet s.o 521175.for this we have received complaint Acknowledgement (Enclosed for reference ).
Other than that we have given online complaint also.Complaint no:[protected].recently we checked against this complaint and result is attached here for your reference.
We are requesting you, kindly trace the article and help us to get the things which we have given for speed post.

I have not got my registered parcel with the following number RJ[protected]CN. which has arrived in Gurgaon H.O. on 22 jan.

I have lodged complaint on india post website with number [protected] stating this that Item is not delivered by gurgaon ho whereas it is showing as delivered on 25 jan but I was at home for full day and postman didn't arrive not even after that but my complaint was closed stating it is delivered.

So I again lodged another complaint on 3 feb with number [protected] asking them to provide me proof of delivery but again it was closed on 3 feb stating the same reason that the article is delivered.

It is really pathetic service from indian post and specially from GURGAON H.O. which do not deliver my many unregistered parcels from china and even now they dont deliver registered parcels.

I want my parcel delivered to me or if indian post has lost it then please give me my money back I can send you the screenshot of payment made on website for that parcel.

So please escalate my request to concerned departments and resolve it fast

I did Speed post just because of reliability of India Post.But I was wrong.I did SP on 22 jan 2015 from Pune and delivered to Lucknow on 28th Jan 2015. The documents are very important but INDIA POST what delivered is completely damage. It seems like the left it in water.

I don't know whose mistake was this (PUNE or LUCKNOW)

Finally I am facing the issues.

I have been issued a cheque for an amount of Rs 110064, with the cheque bearing number 157206 on 20 Jan upon the closure of my recurring deposit account upon completion of the term

One of the post office personnel P Padma had missed some details on the cheque due to which it was returned unpaid. Upon going back to the post office on the reasons for this Padma mentions that due to work pressure she had made this error and the Rs 228 cannot be returned.
This is annoying, hard earned money is invested in post office and this is the attitude of the staff at postal department Jubilee Hills Telangana
for no reason I had to waste time at the post office for resolving this query and also loose my money

Myself sunny kumar gupta, i haven't received my parcel from last 10 days. I'm seeing the status of my parcel from "ips web tracking" (Item n° cp[protected]es) site and it's showing on 15th jan'2016 arrived at delhi foreign office.

Personally i visited to delhi foreign office, near to ito metro station (At 18th jan'2016) regarding to know about my parcel where is it? And they said that it'll take time because currently we're dispatching 30th dec'2016 parcel to local post office, new delhi.

I can't believe that why india post office process is too much slow?

Please kindly assist me to get this parcel as soon as possible.

And i want rti from india post office that why would delay?

Lost of speed post article
i sent a article having tracking no. EK24074402IN through speed post from madiwala S.O on 29th dec 2015, after few days i checked the status of my article which showed that article is recieved by shivpuri head office on 1st jan 2016. when i confirmed about my article then they said the article was missed by them so i register complaint against shivpuri post office . after few days they updated the status that the article is delivered on 8th jan 2015 but i have not recieved any article yet. now they refused my complaint. please take immediate action against shivpuri post office and tell them to return my article otherwise give me the amount of the article

My sister sent a parcel on January 5th From USA.
On 10th Jan, India Post the site has been updated that the parcel has been sent for "Customs Verification". I emailed the customs department and they said they are yet to receive the parcel for customs checking.

I have even raised the complaint to India Post, number [protected].

I request the concerned authorities to look into this and release the parcel.

My pan sent by nsdl on[protected] which was reached at my village post office on[protected] but postman and postmaster returned that pan card without delivering me, saying an excuse that insufficient address. Inspite of searching honestly, also they even not called on provided mobile number in the address and return that pan intentionally. Plz help and punish them.

I have opened one ppf account in mukerian post office (Punjab). My account number is 4198. Earlier I was doing job in mukerian and now transferred in pathankot .
I have given my passbook to pathankot office for transfer of my ppf account, from mukerian to pathankot.
I had requested on 16/11/2015 for the same but still as on date I didn't get my passbook back from post office .
As I have already visited local post office so many times but didn't get any reply or any solution regarding same.
And only reply by them is that u have to go to our head office (at dasuya) and bring ur passbook back .
If I'll unable to get it back then income tax will be deduct from my this month salary.

I visited katargam post office today to get my returned pan card. They told me to get it from station branch, when I went to station they said it is still at katargam branch. Again I went to katargam and they said it is till here but now you have to pick it up from station after 4 hours. I tried my best to cool off but this kind of ridiculous services making me annoying.

Indian Postal Services have listed this Toll free Number for International Mail queries[protected] But I am trying this number for last two weeks and they don't have operators to receive the call. It always says operators are busy. it seems more like there is no one to pickup the call. How can you solve this issue ??...

I had i had send a article through speed post on 06/01/2015 to reverse logistics company pvt ltd reverse logistics company pvt.Ltd., blb-1, agarpara jute mills ltd 28, b.T.Road, kamarhati city 24 parganas / state west bengal pin 700058 with the tracking no. Ew[protected]in . But due to insufficient address the article returned and on 16/01/16 the postman came to deliver it and after receiving the article i have some doubt about its weight. So that i opened it in front of the postman and i saw that the product which i send was missing. After that the postman told me to concern the matter to the postmaster and the postmaster told me to register a complain online. I register a complain on india post and the complain no is [protected].
So that if you kindly take an action on this matter as soon as possible.
