    I ordered study materials, and the same were sent through india post, the parcel was on track upto 29/9/2022, when it reached New Delhi RS TMO, it was stuck there, and there was no update on it. It has been 5 days and package has not left the delivery facility. Kindly look into it

      Illegal restriction by India Post without reason for transaction to transfer money.

      Our saving account in Nariman point post office
      [protected]

      India post website of our account shows their illegal message, saying-it
      Transaction is disabled for the user, please contact bank for further information.
      We lodged our complain to the Nariman point post office but there is no response from them.
      It is totally illegal to restrict us to make transaction without assigning any reason.
      We have checked up our account thoroughly and found everything perfectly alright with no reason to allow India Post for such a sudden and unwarranted ban to restrict any transaction to transfer money.
      And when contact they do not respond to our email.

      Being constrained we have to warn the concerned responsible authorities of India Post to remove such illegal restriction immediately, otherwise they will have to pay heavy compensation entirely at their risk and cost and consequences for all the trauma and monetary losses we have to suffer.

            My parcel with EMS consignment number EG[protected]KR has not been updated for one week in India Post tracking website. The last status updated was 'Item bagged' as shown on India Post website . When i tracked into third party tracking website the status was shown as Parcel delivered at Destination Post, Delhi on 24 th Dec 5:30 pm.
            Since, it contain an important item for review i would like to get regular update and i want the concerned authority to look into the matter so that my parcel reach me at the soonest .

              Hi, Im waiting to receive my parcel which was sent on 16/09/22 from Chennai to sydney.when I tracked, it shows the same status"send receptacle abroad" since 18/09/22 without any update.when I contacted aus post, they said that they haven't received any parcel yet .what happened to my parcel and how long it will take to deliver.

                      Through an online website, I had ordered an item which was booked on 20th Sept 2022 at Tilak Nagad(S.O) West Delhi and had to be delivered at kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal. The consignment has last update of 21st Sept in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from MA RMS Bhawan at about 3:37 but no updates after that. Today is 26th and it has been 5 days I am waiting for any further updates. I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet.

                        I had my registered consignment to be received but it's status says Addressee cannot be located. No one contacted me on mobile number provided in registered post. It was error on pin code. Pin mentioned is 201001 while area pin is 201017 but no one called me to discuss how I can get this post.

                                      1st why you are asking to close complaints again n again, even it pass how many months or days!!! My problem is not resolved I lost my parcel so why should i close my complaint & relodge it .

                                      Recvd a letter from india post as attached, about the settlement,

                                      there was no blank papers with the letters, to fill the forms so went to anjar post office and asked them that we need form or letter to do the procedure necessary & on this letter its mentioned to reply within one month, we told them so anjar post office reply us that someone will from post will come to our home so b ready with all invoices, so now we are waiting for someone who will visit to complete the procedure,

                                      follow up required if the wrong information given to us, we are still waiting for them.

                                      Compensation form has been send to ASP Gandhidham Sub Dn to arrange filling up and Vfn in this regard.

                                      compenssation form was fill up & given to post office resp person on 7-2-2023 as attached, & officer told that they will update but from 7-2-2023 to[protected] there is no update on our compensation, please check let us know what happen .

                                      Compensation was accepted on[protected] & the letter was received as attached, after that went to local post office of anjar they give some reason to come later because of fund issues after that same problem no compensation give till now i have attached 2 letter please check, they are saying no fund are available from last 20 days. these reason is not acceptable no one take the responsiblity or proper answer given.

                                        Address: KALYANPUR

                                        My Parcel was booked form lucknow on 16th sep 2022 and reached kanpur on 17th and it was out for delivery on 19th sep 2022 but current status shows "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" no attempt was made for this parcel delivery.

                                        Consignment Number : JD[protected]IN and JD[protected]IN.

                                        Please Resolve Issue.
