Subject- Complaint letter against post office employees

my name is mukesh vijay, my account and Fixed Deposit and my son KVP(Kisan Vikas Patra) and my daughter KVP(Kisan Vikas Patra) in post office located railway road kasganj RS S.O, all are matured Fixed Deposits and KVP also, we need to withdraw now and post office employees not giving my money, we have all proper valid documents certified by government of india, identity proofs etc, for needed this process of withdraw, but they harrased us they don't want to give money, i had no idea to write complaint letter, after many discussions and kneeling in front of post office staff solved the problem with complaint letter I am waiting, I have a fixed deposit deposited in Railway Road Post Office I need to withdraw my deposit for build my new house, I am tenant now, if I can not withdraw my FD then my children future will be spoiled, for last couple of month and many days I am circling everyday and everyday I am told that Today there is no server, today there is no babu ji, go to headoffice, this type of some excuses, Amit and the rest of the employees sitting in the post office ask to leave every day with an excuse, I suspect that my deposit has been lost, only then I am being given an excuse every day, it will not happen, the post office is not able to tell the process, for the last 10 days I am troubled by circling and every day I get a I am getting the answer, I have bowed down in front of this system, after all, what is it that I am being harassed to withdraw my own deposit, this is spoiling threes lives me and my son's and my daughter future, I pray to you, hope you will get help, If there is no humanity, I will be do suicide and that will be taken responsibility full of post office employees

I sent a product from Kerala to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on August 11, 2022, and till now the item is at IGI TMO, Delhi.

The BOB send me the debit card through India Post on 5 August, 2022. and the has been delivered, i also get delivery update, but still I didn't get my Debit Card parcel.
and the post office stuff was unable to show any delivery proof.

I have ordered an tshirt from an online store and when i received it yesterday it was not even there. The parcel was empty and the main bag was torn from the side and was taped from that side with india post tpe amd when i asked the person who sent me the tshirt he did not taped anything on the parcel
When i removed the tape it was torn from there
And the inner plastic bag was also torn from between and reveals that it was taken from that end. Please whosoever is reading it please reply to this and help me. Atleast national services should not be like this how can i trust some other services when the national services are like this

EN[protected]IN, my document posted from Vijaywada is not being delivered to the correct address in Hyderabad even after reaching Hyderabad citing the reason as insufficient address. I am it able to get a hold of the concerned post office or Hyderabad nsh either as there is no real time update available. By the time it gets updated, the item will have already left the office and I wouldn't know whom to contact. It's a very time sensitive document and I need it immediately. What is the use of paying for speed post if it doesn't get delivered fast. Please resolve this ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam, My humble request, I booked a parcel from from ISI BPC ( pin- 700030) on 24/08/2022 to final destination Ganganagar Post office (pin- 700132) with consignment number - RW[protected]IN. It takes a maximum of two or three days to receive. Many times before I have received it in two days or less. But this time there is no change in the status after last 26/08/2022 item bagged from Kolkata CRC L1R ( pin- 700001 ). I am very worried about this. This is the second time I have had such an experience. The parcel is very important.

Hello i am priyanjali dutta, my mother ruplekha dutta had invested in nsc certificates. since we had shifted we could not collect maturity amount on the maturity date. however, in 2020, we had sent the copies of nsc certificates as well as request letter from jalahalli post office, bangalore to amrit bazar, kapurthala post office. but no one replied. my mother passed away on 4/8/22, so being her sole nominee, need the maturity amount as soon as possible. kindly help.
