    I registered 3 posts from india post to canada, Australia and UAE. The status of these 3 is not changing from 'item bagged At Mumbai airport sorting'. Can u please resolve my issue. There tracking id's are RI[protected]IN, RI[protected]IN AND RI[protected]IN.

      The sender booked the parcel on 14th July 2022 in Ocheri for Jaipur. Since then I've been continuously tracking the parcel. It came to Jaipur a week ago and was sent back to the source. Again they sent it to Jaipur(destination) and now also there is no update regarding delivery of the same. It's again showing the same status as before in which it got returned to source.
      What kind of service are India Post providing to the customer. I am desperately waiting for the parcel to arrive as I have to move out of station. But unfortunately just because of the non-delivery of item, I am again and again postponing/rescheduling my plans.
      I have ordered some vehicle parts from there, & without them I can't get my vehicle started or in running condition.
      It's like a mental harrasment just because of the unprofessional behaviour of the staff of India Post.
      Could you please help me in getting the parcel asap.

        We sent the post almost 3 weeks back to India and still haven't received it. Actually from Hyderabad TMO, it has to go to Warangal. I don't know why it has been sent to Kolkata RMS Mail again. Very poor service. We urgently need to send the document, which is taking a lot of time.

          My parcel sent from Indian railways train no 12154 did not get delivered, and the office informed me the train got terminated at thane instead of LTT.

          My parcel will arrive tomorrow but I am not given any official notice form the Indian Railways . I had my whole day spoiled in commute to and from LTT station, and it will comsume my sunday as well.

            Postman took a bribe a bribe pf rs200/- while delivering my passport. I am not concerned about my 200 rather i am concerned that he is doing this on daily basis how many people he loot daily. I heard he does this to everyone.

                I booked a parcel from St Thomas Town P.O in bengaluru with consignment number - EK[protected]IN on 18/07/2022. It was supposed to reach by 26/07/2022 but the last update was Item dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on 22th morning and no updates after that.
                I would like to know what is the current and status and when the item will be delivered.

                  I have sent one parcel (saree) of 887gm from Varanasi Benagalitola S.O -221001 to Pedagummuluru S.O - 531083.

                  But received a hand bag behalf of saree(clothe)

                  It was for occasion, Now what she wore a handbag??????

                  It's a very shameful experience with India post.

                  Please take action against the culprit and save the reputation of India.

                  If the case will not resolved will escalate to higher authority and social media too.

                      I have a parcel number RD[protected]IN that was provided by ebay seller on 4:24am, Jul 7, 2022. The track package information of the delivery status in ebay has no progress after the parcel number provided. And the Consignment details is not found in India Post tracking.

                      Please help me track the status of this parcel. Thank you.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I belongs to Village Puthi Saman Teh. Bass, Hisar (Haryana). The postman of my area is a narrow mind person & not delivered a dak properly in time. He misplaced new Registration Certificate of my Car. It is delivered from SDM Office Narnaund in April 2022 but not delivered till date. So please register my complaint against him. Thanking you.

                          A friend sent an important parcel (about 19gms) through Royal Mail 1st class service from London, later to be delivered by India Post on arrival in India.

                          The parcel was posted on 20/07/2022. The last tracking information was updated on 22/07/2022. The tracking status shows "Item Bagged at London AMU". After contacting Royal Mail, they informed me that my item had been stuck in Customs of India.My tracking ID is: LP[protected]GB (it can be tracked via both Royal Mail and India Post). However, I have not heard anything from customs or from anyone.

                          I am also attaching the order receipt with this mail. I humbly request you to release my product at the earliest. I am ready to pay any legal customs fees necessary. Kindly tell me the procedure.

                              I order a speed post parcel from Kanpur HO to Knowledge park 1 SO (greater Noida). I never received the parcel but the India post tracking site shows "item delivery confirmed". Also the postman never called me. I cross checked every possible place but nobody received the parcel. It contained very valuable items. Please do whatever is required otherwise it'll be a huge loss for me.
