My international EMS weighing 60 gms with the number EW[protected]IN containing my original college certificates (Ms Paramita Kundu) was shipped via International EMS Speed Post by Mr. Pradip Biswas from the Kolkata GPO 700001 on 16th April 2022, to be delivered at Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Price paid was Rs. 1852. Please see attached invoice.

Till date (30th April) I have not received the documents, and they are mandatory for a job offer that I have. The documents are ORIGINAL certificates and are invaluable.

Please do the needful asap. I am losing valuable time for this shipment, and I want recourse for the intense harassment that is being caused by this.

Additionally, the complaint registration website doesn't work! Fix the website for registering complaints! There is some internal issue which keeps on saying "Processing error" in spite of no mistakes being made.

I have mailed the Kolkata General Post Office, New Delhi GPO, and the Kolkata and Delhi airport's postal offices each. No response at all.

Lastly, the "end-to-end" delivery timeline for International EMS (India to UK) is 2-6 days, excluding customs. Even if I were to assume that customs would take a week, it should come within 2 weeks, not a month !!
On speaking to one of the FPO persons, I was informed that the delivery timelines are from pre-Covid times, so they are highly inaccurate.

So in 2.5 years since the Coronavirus pandemic started, India Post did not think o[censored]pdating the true timeline on their website?? It is close to a month in reality and not 6-10 days, as claimed on the website for a metro city that itself has a foreign post office (FPO).

I think this constitutes misleading and deceptive advertisement : if I had the slightest hint this would be taking so long, I honestly wouldn't have trusted India Post with my valuable documents, and would have arranged alternatives.

I am in a soup now as I will lose more time if I apply to my university for new certificates. It seems a full-scale Consumer Forum case from my end is necessary for me to get a sense of redressal.

Twitting out complaints to India Post's Twitter handle (as done by many many others in similar situations) is also useless. Instead of doing its actual job, India Post is taking pride in delivering "Ganga-jal" to different parts of the country. It gives a good indication of the current political situation and misplaced priorities in India. Is this the kind of Postal Seva we should get used to?

My document was dispatched on 16/04/2022 and has been stuck at Delhi AP TMO since 21/04/2022. It is an important official document from district court of Bhopal and needs to be sent in a timely manner. Tracking number is EI[protected]IN

I received message on 26-Apr-2022 that your Driving licence has been dispatched buy yet it is not delivered. (Amritsar, punjab)
Please provide it on urgent basis.

One of my registered parcel was coming from Indian Post. On 27th April, 2022, it was dispached from New Delhi RS TMO but after that no further update is showing on the site. My consignment tracking id is CH[protected]IN. There are very important books in that parcel which I bought on urgent basis. I need them as fast as possible. Please help me to get my books, otherwise I will be in problem.

I sent my transcripts from IGNOU to WES on 6th April, 2022. Since then the transcripts have not been delivered and are stuck at Canada Customs Department. Even after repeated reach out to India Post there is no help with this matter and Canada Customs asks for India Post to reach out. It has been so many days and there is no help. My admissions are stuck because of this. Please consider this URGENT AND SENSITIVE, to be sent out in stipulated time. Tracking no. ED[protected]IN Hoping to seek resolution here, it has already been too late and my admission would be denied.

Parcel was send from bahrain via registered speed post consignment no EE[protected]BH, now after 7days it is showing "CUSTOM HOLD AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S"
kindly deliver the parcel at the earliest

I have given the full address but while trekking it says "Item Redirected to Thalaghattapura S.O INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS". I could understand the parcel didn't reach the post office that is given in the address.

It was supposed to be delivered within a single day but now it's location is showing received at Kolkata RMS mails TMO.It needs to reach its destination by 29/04/2022 else I wont be able to sit for an examination.It's a question about my career and the India post officials haven't notified me anything till now either. Please look into it as early as possible.

The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But i never got the package. There was my phone number provided on the label & yet i didn't receive a call. Usually i receive call from the postman before delivery. I have inquired in the surrounding buildings as well & nobody has reported receiving the package.

I sent some imp doc by Speed Post on 21/4/22 from noida to mursan, Hathras. Parcel haven't received by receiver on tracking the consignment it is showing dilevered on 25/ 4 /22. Post man did not try to contact the recipient or sender and delivered my packet to some where else without verification. It shows reckless behaviour of post office staff of mursan post office.

I had sent a registered parcel from Dehradun on 19th April, 2022 to Chennai. The parcel contained 1 set of boy bay dress and a cash of Rs 2000/- as a gift for his birthday. Its shocking that the parcel has been opened and that dress worth Rs 2000 /- has been taken out of the parcel by the staff and the parcel been restitched and delivered to my parents. I request to please help me in the matter and call for a strict enquiry

My courier (Tracking no: ED[protected]IN) is stuck with Canada Toronto-A customs for the past 13 days.

The tracking shows "Custom Hold AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S". It was sent by IGNOU via speed post services provided by India Post. It contains my transcript to be sent to WES for evaluation.

I contacted the numbers but these are unavailable.

Sir I have booked a parcel via speeed from delhi to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on 23th April and my tracking details shows that item has recieved at Delhi AP TMO on 24th April, but there is not information after that. It was very important item and had to reach on time. I have tried calling customer care number but everytime it shows that number is busy. kindly provide information about my parcel
