On 5th of February 2022 my friend living in Boston USA sent me a parcel to my address in Hyderabad via USPS followed by INDIA POST. ON 17th of February 2022 the parcel reached to the nearest post office. I got a call from the Post Office Uppal, Hyderabad saying you got a parcel from BOSTON U.S.A and there is a electronic device in the parcel and Mumbai customs has imposed 35, 000 INR custom duty on the parcel, you will receive the parcel one you visit the post office and pay the amount which is totally acceptable because we forgot that custom duty will be imposed on electronic devices. So I have visited the Post Office and taked to the officer there according to the information given by the officer either I should pay 35, 000 INR to receive the parcel or I can request for the returning of the parcel to the same adress where it was sent from at no cost and the parcel reaches the sent adress within 10 working days. So I have opted to send the parcel back to Boston U.S.A. all this happened on 17th of February 2022 and it's 17th April 2022 Exactly 2 months and the parcel is still in Delhi, forget 10 days INDIA POST failed to send the parcel after 2 months. Such failures from a government entities makes us loose trust.

A saree of 1263 grams is sent with article no EN[protected]IN from pitapuram(andhapradesh) to shiwala road(varanasi) UP. The shop keeper claimed that he has recived a tshirt of 300grm in package. Shop keeper seems genuine. I have doubts regarding the postal department negligence

CE[protected]IN is the consignment number. It has been sent from NIT Hamirpur for Hisar, Haryana on 5 April 2022 but it has been stucked in Faridabad from 8 April. Kindly help.

My international USPS package having Tracking Number: LH[protected]US. It says that my package has departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on April 7, 2022 at 2:38 pm. I tried checking in with my local post office but they haven't received any package.
I would like to know what is causing this issue, is there any way we can solve this.
I would kindly request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible as the contents of the package are valuable and o[censored]rgent need.

Consignment number EW[protected]IN. Stuck at Kolkata RMS Mails TMO for the last 2 days. The same item is to be delivered within Kolkata. So it actually should not take more than a day or so. The consignment have very important document of mine. Please look into it.

I have ordered couple of phone parts from a website "cellspare.com" on 31st March 2022 order no. #230058, #230652.
Which was shipped by using India Post, Tracking ID: EG[protected]IN & EG[protected]IN.
The tracking shows both of these were dispatched from North Lakhimpur on 10th of April 2022 which is 116km from the destination, it takes roughly 4-5 hours in very slow driving speed, but it's been already 5 days and there are no update, i reached out the destination post office for any information but I recieved none from them. Please help me with these, i highly doubt that they are posting fake tracking details.

I ordered a product with consignment no.CG[protected]IN.Its as usual showing dispatched from Kol AP TMO since[protected].Till now the product hasn't reached me.I've been complaining about this issue since so many days. Please its a humble request for you all to look forward for the delivery as soon as possible.

A complaint has been raised with India Post with ID [protected] but no action or update is given for this

My parcel CP[protected]IN has not been delivered yet. It weighs 19.6kg, Postage Rs 9392, booked on 22-02-22 at Chandigarh GPO 160017. Its been almost 50 days now and today I get to know that my parcel has been lost. I don't understand that how could such a big parcel go missing and can't be located. I request India Post to investigate the matter, locate it thoroughly and arrange to deliver it its destination as soon as possible.

I UMAKANT TIWARI, had applied for driving license renewal which was booked at 11/03/2022 Lucknow BNPL SPHub and dispatched at 14/03/2022, my consignment number is EU[protected]IN, my driving license number is UP50 [protected], but i still haven't received my driving license,
Please kindly take action into this matter as soon as possible

There is a way to behave with the customers, who all come from different places far away from the post office.And yet the staffs they act as if we are beggers, on asking something they say go the main executive and on the asking the main executive they say go ask the other person, is this what Indian Government is here for, without proper customer care. Very ill response/behaviour of the staffs towards the customer.As the citizen of India is this how we should be treated as if we are begging. Because of the large amount of taxes we pay Government runs and still we face such pathetic behaviour from the govt. staffs.
Kindly look forward to this issue.

My speed post, EK[protected]IN shows the status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. The address to be delivered to correctly mentions House no D4-304, The contact details of the recipient are also correctly mentioned however no contact was attempted. Can you please help me with this as I am not able to make any contact to all mobile numbers being useless?

I had ordered shoe from netherlands. it has reached mumbai speed post centre on 31st march 2022. today is 13th april 2022 it has been nearly 15 days but there is no further movement in product. please look into matter

Status shows - Item dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO 4 days ago on 9th April 22 however it is still not delivered and there's no further update on the same.

Two separate USPS items were shipped from Michigan early February 2022 and the last known tracking updates were on February 12 and 18 indicating "item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on February 12, 2022 at 8:29 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Where are my packages? I have very angry customers. Who can I contact?
