Two separate USPS items were shipped from Michigan early February 2022 and the last known tracking updates were on February 12 and 18 indicating "item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on February 12, 2022 at 8:29 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Where are my packages? I have very angry customers. Who can I contact?

    My consignment no. EE[protected]IN which was done speed post on 01.04.2022 from Agartala head Post office to destination berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal pin 742101 has not been reached to destination till today i.e. after 11 days. kindly let me know when it will reach the destination, where about my parcel pack. matter is most urgent it should reach anyway before 14th april.2022

        Our Consignment EG[protected]IN arrived at KOL AP TMO on 1st April and is stuck. Today is 11th April and still no update on the traking page.

        There is important documentation on it that needs to reach Shillong ASAP.

        This never happened before.. Pease help

          Sir,
          I had applied for TATKAL passport in Delhi RK Puram Office.
          Passport was dispatched on 07th April.
          The passport has been lying in Delhi AP TMO ever since.
          I need the passport since there is a medical emergency in my family.

          I applied for TATKAL passport and this delay defeats the purpose.
          Kindly intervene and resolve the issue as early as possible.

            This is to inform that the registered parcel (tracking number:-CM[protected]IN) was dispatched from Mumbai Cst Rs TMO on 7th April 2022, but unfortunately, it has been more than three days but hasn't reached anywhere. The update still shows 'item dispatched from Mumbai Cst Rs TMO. I am seriously concerned about the order whether it has lost as it's not getting updated. Kindly take immediate response.

            To be very honest, no action was taken by India post due to complaining. It all . The product occured by itself. The product reached ranchi long ago but thanks to the advanced tracking system, they notified me a long time after

              Dear Complaint Board,

              There is no update in my parcel delivery since last 30th March, Currently it is in NP and status as “Received Receptacle from abroad“ and no updates on it's delivery, it is couriered on 17th March 2022 through India Speed Postal but still it's delaying the delivery and No update.

              I kindly requesting you to take a quick action on this problem and kindly deliver my parcels ASAP to its destination, it's very important for me to deliver the item immediately. Speed post parcel tracking details provided here for your reff.

                I had sent a parcel through Indiapost from Chennai to Delhi on 1/04/22
                Article No:CT[protected]IN has been Delivered by ODP (Beat No:B8) on06/04/2022 16:41:51 - INDPOST
                Ivr :[protected]
                I sent 8 dresses but only 7 were there in the parcel. One dress worth 2500 is Missing. Parcel has been opened n again sealed with brown tape.
                I hv trusted the Indian post n used it's services many times from Chennai to various cities but never faced this issue.
                First time used it for Delhi n items r missing
                Please help me as there is a major issue in Delhi in postal service. Pls take some action

                Do you think that the receiver himself is trying to do some fraud?
                Like he has only removed the dress and then brown taped it. And asking you for a refund(if the receiver is a customer)?

                    My parcel EE[protected]IN was booked at kolasib s.o on 31st of march it was stuck there until 4th of April, it is being too slow I am used to receiving my parcels in 5 days of being dispatched by my sender, it is almost 10th of april and i still see it not even entering my state West Bengal. It is getting stuck for 2-3 days at one place after being received. As it being an important document I have been really anxious. I need you to please look into it. People with anxiety have a really bad problem with suddenly to cope up with these. All the more the parcels very often get badly damaged, then what is the need of paying such high shipping fees if my parcel being thoroughly packed gets broken ?

                      Hi,

                      It has been 3 days now continuously - my Passport was supposed to arrive by Speed Post but no one has attempted any delivery to my given address. The address provided by me is correct and the contact details are correct as well. Even then, when I am trying to track the delivery status, it is showing ''Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located''

                      Please note that NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN Attempted. I have been at home all day - no one contacted and no one came to the house to deliver the passport.

                      Please provide prompt resolution to this complaint.

                        The post EG[protected]IN was dispatched to branch office on 6, but I still haven't received it yet, the post consisted of sensitive documents needed for urgent use .I would request you to look into the matter and get the post delivered as soon as possible.I have contacted the local branch and they haven't received it and called customer care but no help.

                          The parcels that I'm supposed to recieve gets stuck at LGBI API TMO for many days. I live at Jalukbari, Guwahati which is very nearby to LGBI API TMO. Please make sure that this issue doesn't continue.

                                A courier through Speed Post was sent from dehradun on 1st April 2022. In the sequence of event the cartons reached to me on 7th April 2022 and out of those one of the cartons was not in a good condition. It was a bit torn. When I opened it some of my valuable contents were missing from the carton (EV[protected]IN).

                                  My parcel was booked on 16 th of March from Faridabad to Norway . Yesterday, on India Post website, it was mentioning that it has reached Norway. But today it is showing that it is still in India at TMO Delhi. I am surprised to see the service given by India Post. Its an international speed Post from India and it was told that your parcel will reach Norway in 6 days. But now it's like nowhere. It's details are EH[protected]IN. Please help me out. It's a gift for my sister and her kids.

                                      We ask for your help! Help us get our package, it's a Buddha statue. Our venerable lama has been waiting for her for six months.
                                      the statue is stuck at customs in Mumbai on November 23, 2021 and no one can help us, what should we do? what to pay? fine or fee or what? We are afraid that it was destroyed and this is very bad.

                                        My parcel got dispatched from Delhi RMS TMO and no updates after that

                                        I have booked my parcel from Sonipat Haryana to Jammu through speed Post, ironically instead of reaching Jammu it reached Gorakhpur in UP and then from there to Lucknow and then Delhi RMS TMO, After that there is no update. Could you please help me out as it is an application for a job and the deadline is 14th April, I booked my parcel on 4th April...
