A Speed post parcel booked from Raigarh to Kochi is not yet delivered. It was a Speed post and now it has been 16 days since it was booked, is this what you call as 'Speed post'? Last status was shown as reached Kochi NSH on 3rd Nov and now it is 13th Nov, no updates for the past 10 days. When I enquired Kochi NSH on 8th Nov, they informed that the parcel is missing and to lodge a complaint via website, I did it but no use so far. Kochi people are telling that it will be in Raigarh and Raigarh people are telling me to check Kochi.

India Post is so irresponsible and they can't even give me a proper explanation about this incident. Because of this, I tried calling to Raigarh main post office, RMS division, complaint division etc using various numbers I got from google and they all told that they are helpless as status is shown as Kochi. I called to India post helpline, Chief post master General's office, Kerala post office complaint cell and everyone was just forwarding to next person. Few of them gave different complaint mail ID's and numbers I explained it to each and every person. I was fully behind this issue for the past few days and still I don't have an answer regarding where my parcel went.

What security we have for the products despatched via India Post then? Simply forwarding calls to other persons, not answering calls and alot of stress and loss of time and money is what I got as a result of this.

I want to know where my package is and I need update regarding that, I am the customer and I have every right to know that.

This is very unprofessional of India Post simply to tell that it's missing, or it might be some theft which happened via transit or it might have sticked with another pack(it is not a paper to stick, my pack is 1.1 kg), or it might have forwarded to somewhere else by mistake etc. And all these lame explanations even during these technically advanced time.
India Post, kindly settle the issue as soon as possible. I must say, am totally fed up with this attitude from your officials

With due respect i am md sahil hossain resident of jatradanga, old malda, malda, 732141, west bengal.i am order my idhar card one year ago but i still can not get my adhar card. when i track my adhar track id its clearly see that the adhar card is arrived in postman but postman still say that he did not recieve that. again and agian i force that for my adhar card but he again and again decline. Not me also most of people tried to find out their idhar card for the post man . i sincerly and encouregly post and complain for our adhar card. pls help me bcz adhar card is most essensial goverment id but we can not get that for our post man. its highly request that pls solve our problem and take action in our post man as soon as possible. it will be bleesing for us. i[censored] can take action and we can get our most important goverment id( adhar Card).

A pacel booked from Surat to Muzzaferpur on 27.10.21. But till today parcel did not delivered because status shown on tracing that address insufficient. Why do not call delivery person on mobole no. Mentioned on parcel. While address and Firm is famous mile stone of Muzzaferpur. There is become so many days. So please do some thing. As soon as possible.

Its been 12 days, I have not received my parcel. It was the most important parcel that was needed on an urgent basis. It is still showing in NSH Delhi. Last update of 2nd nov.

On 4/10/2021 i sent a parcel to Netherlands via Registered Mail. The parcel reached Netherlands on 18/10/2021. But the parcel is stuck in Netherlands Custom clearance since 25 days.
PostNL only keeps telling me to start an investigation with IndiaPost. But india post keeps responding to me that the parcel is dispatched.
This situation is causing me a lot of mental stress as I'm left helpless.
ONLY WAY TO SPEED UP CUSTOM CLEARANCE IS IF INDIA POST REQUEST NETHERLANDS CUSTOM TO DO IT.

I REQUEST INDIA POST TO DO THIS AT QUICKEST.

Mere yahan sir parcel delivery me problem rehti hai meri RTI ka reply aana tha jab mene Postman se jake post office me mila aur kaha mere parcel aap har baar return kar dete ho to usne kaha lakkarpur me sadak kharab hai aur koi jane ko wahan taiyaar nahi hota.
Please sir agar aap koi action le toh hume khushi hogi nahi toh ye complaint RTI me dalunga….

Sir, I was SENDING an important document to Jalandhar Cantt. Tracking ID: EW[protected]IN after so many days and after complaining ([protected]) today the status shows that dispatched to BO ( kukar pind SO) is I lost my documents please let me know what happened it very very important ones.

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 6th nov, 2020 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. My atm is not delivered to me and its status is showing that it has been delivered . Also it showed that addressee cannot be located so it should be delivered to my bank but they didn't and returned it to bengaluru infact .It was my second atm as the previous one was also not delivered to anyone . Please fix it as soon as possible . I don't want to request a new atm and wait for another 15 days .

The parcel was sent from India to Poland on 14.09.2021 and it is not delivered till today,
I wrote complaints to India post, but next day, it moved till Germany and is stopped now.
Please take necessary actions to deliver it as soon as possible.

The parcel was sent on 21 October 2021 and it still hasn't reached its destination, 19 days have already gone and yet there's no update on it,
I'm highly disappointed with this kind of service please resolve this issue as soon as possible
