My policy number is[protected]. I paid the premium of Rs.[protected] including charges) for the month of November 2021 on 07 november 2021 through online using the UPI payment method (PhonePe). The amount was deducted from my account. But in the PLI number, the status is still pending. The UPI transaction shows successful but it's still pending in PLI. kindly resolve it.
