Respected Sir,
I am Souren Dhar, Tracking Id : INDIA POST-EW[protected]IN have tracked my document on your website and saw that it has been in Kolkata Transit Mail Office for 2 days. After that there is no movement or update of my document. This item is a university certificate which was supposed to be delivered to me by MAKAUT through India Post but there is no update of my item. I am a foreigner student and at present I am in Bangladesh so I have no other option to contact you except email and the document is very necessary for me.

May I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to inform me of the reason for the delay in delivery and take some steps to help me to get my item or give suggestions on how I can manage to get my item on time.

I am a state bank of India account holder in the month of October i requested to issue a new debit card through by branch On the date of 27/10/2021 my debit card was sent by Indian post with tracking Id ''AQ[protected]IN'' I tracking it regularly when my parcel come to my near post office (Vishwaneedam post 560091) at 05/11/2021 8.27 am i called to post office to get the post man contact number but phone was not picked (public holiday on that day) i planed to tomorrow morning i will go office for collect my parcel but on the same day 3.45pm my item was return because Insufficient address!! i confused because it's a sufficient address and post man not attempt to delivery not even contacted me by phone i totally disappointed with their service my item was returned same day i raise the complaint to Indian post website regarding this issue they are replayed me by e-mail your item was successfully delivered but they are delivered to it source not for me!!! please take further action to prevent this type of issues in future to public and yes i did not receive my debit card yet!.

My consignment no is [EF[protected]IN] I had Booked an urgent parcel through Speed Post, India post. But there is no update after 23th Nov which is Ranchi RMS, TMO. The destination address of my parcel is Netarhat School, Jharkhand. It has last date of reaching there is 29th otherwise I will have to face the loss of a government Job.
It is my humble request that please look into the matter as soon as possible.
I would be grateful for the team.

This is Mahendran from Oman my father has to booked the post from Irugur (Coimbatore) on 11 November 2021 that tracking number is RT[protected] till now not received the post i have track but not update now what is the condition can you update me as soon as possible.

but indian post officer told to my family to pay
custom charges of Rs.8000. they will hand over the parcel to my family after that. How can it be possible that the cost of buying a custom charges is more than the buying price. I request you to look into the matter and take action against it.

Indian postal officer told to my family to pay custom duty of Rs.8000 then they will hand over the parcel to my family. How can it be possible that the cost of buying a custom charger is more than that. I request you to look into this matter and take action against it.

I have ordered a adhar pvc card and not yet received.when I'm tracking my item it shows that it was received at *kol ap Tmo* last two three days

Item Onhold DOOR LOCKED is the message reflecting on the speed post tracking site at 17:47:01 hrs.
It is not possible as my husband is at home after a surgery and also my child is at home full day with him.
The packet was not delivered even though we were at home.
Please arrange to get the same delivered.

Its been 4 to 5 days my parcel is not delivered. It says out for delivery but none came or called and its written Insufficient address and Door LOCKED.But I was at home all day and My address is also the same I used for other things.its the legit address.

My parcel is struck in Moradabad ma RMS TMO it's just showing item dispatched from 12 hours it has to be deliver a near by district AMROHA up 23 but there is not update in the consignment tracking number is EN[protected]IN please help me out with the delivery

I had sent my mother's Live Certificate to Ranchi University Pension Cell through Speed Post Tracking Number EM[protected]IN and since 23rd November its been moving between various post offices near Ranchi University.

Please note that it pertains to my mothers Pension Proof and therefore, please take a personal interest in having it delivered to the Pension Cell of Ranchi University.

I had speed posted a parcel (Tracking Id: EM[protected]IN, recipient pincode: 401403) from Kandivali SO on 17/11/21. Its destination was Manor SO in Palghar district, Navi Mumbai. It's been more than a week, however, the tracking status is still being shown as dispatched to BO, despite checking every day and the post office of the recipient says they've not received it.

The parcel was sent on an urgent basis and absolutely requires to be there by tomorrow, the 25th of November. Kindly look into the matter and revert back to me as soon as possible. Thank you for your time,

I sent a courier to my sister in Telangana on 20 November 2021 via India Post but she hasn't got the courier yet and the tracking number is showing that the item has been delivered.

I wrote 100% correct address and still she didn't get the product. Also on 23 November it showed two times that the item not delivered since the door was locked but my sister was at home all that time period. Neither any delivery boy came nor anyone phone called.
I didn't expect such a mishap from India Post.
Highly disappointed from India Post. Don't know whether my sister will get that courier ever or not. They took so much of time even when it was speed Post and didn't even deliver the product.
If they don't know the addresses then what are they doing in the name of delivery.

I send the almost 7 KG of cloth to Canada on 2nd Nov 2021 from Durgapur, west Bengal and was told to reach in Canada within 10 days.

But almost 21 days over still parcel is lying in Kolata AP TMO. I don't understand what is the issue.

Is there any one where I can escalate.

I am expecting a parcel from Chandigarh(India ) to Kamloops, BC, Canda. It has been dispatched since 25/10/21 with tracking no-EP[protected]IN. While tracking it has been showing at custom hold since 07/11/21. I need to get it asap. Please advise

I have been tracking my package, it came very close to my house and then went back/got redirected.

No delivery attempt was made, I did not receive any calls on both of my mobile phone numbers which should be mentioned on the package.
