Respected sir/madam requested to u that plz take our matter in priority because our family suffering with very critical condition. Bank has taken possesion of our house forcefully and illegally on 12.3.2018 without any notice before taking possession and from last 18 days our nine members family are on road. Our iron and steel industry give us big losses and my sister is also a fourth stage cancer. We are living at friends and relatives because this was only house we have.
According to drt court order we have submitted our proposal in bank and in court on 16.11.2017 but instead thinking of that proposal they took possession without any notice.in this worst position we are trying to resolve this matter honestly but bank is behaving rudly and not ready to resolve this matter willfully. All this happening with us because we did business. We lost our life time earnings. They are auctioning our house on 31.03.2018 and we have no place to go. Nobody helping us in this worst position. Plz help us as soon as possible
