Mr. Ankit gupta, and mr. Manoj gupta, executive of indiabulls, have taken loan file mr. Vipin sharma, with rs.3000/ by cheque, on dated 8/09/2018, and i am trying to many time what happened regarding loan file my nephew vipin sharma, but not pick up my phone, and no any reply given by him, and i complaint to customer care toll free number [protected] on dated 10/10/2018, but executive say that i am not register said type case.
I request you please instruct mr. Manoj gupta return loan file and rs.3000/ with rejection letter all details from indiabulls, immediately, and not do harresment in future to any customer.

      Application reference :- 1032132

      I have applied for home loan from indiabulls on september 6th. They assured that it will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks, which i was ok.

      I made agreement with seller to make full payment in 45 days as i took buffer on safer side.

      My loan was approved on within a week and than they started demanding so many documents on daily basis.

      I took no time sharing that and made sure that things are processed on time.

      I got confirmation message finally on september 30th that my loan has been fully disbursed. Also received my account number.

      But i have not received my cheque yet and my agreement date is nearing to end.

      Which will cause me huge loss and i will lose the home as well as money.

      Indiabulls executive is keep on telling me every other day that they need some more time again and again., it has been 12 days since my loan is disbursed.

      I have met to the credit manager (Ambrish is sector 14 branch gurgaon) as well who replied casually that due to system issue it is taking time,
      No written communication yet.

      I have asked today (Sushil tyagi) to cancel this request as in talk to take home loan from some where else, still no response yet.

      This is a complete harassment to customers. Home loan include big amounts and it takes life to buy one home for middle class people. Due to all this my health is getting impacted.

      I need a written reason for this delay and if they can not release my cheque then need this to be cancelled as soon as possible and need file also processing fee back.

        Hi,

        I am pokhraj gupta, i have applied for home loan at indiabulls and all the process is done and final signing is done on 29.09.2018, but till now amount is not disburst, my installment date is 10th if it get disburst on or after 10th then i have to pay full month interest which is not correct, this is not expected from indiabulls and now do you think i will ever recommend to take loan from indiabulls, mental harresment it is.

        Do something on this.

          I applied loan from phone no [protected] the loan has been approved 5000 for 6months and i gave all bank net banking details for standing instructions.

          They credited 1rupee to my account on 6.10..2018
          Time 21:39:11 ref no[protected].

          Standing institution of rs 891 towards ivl finance ltd info bil [protected] has been scheduled monthly for 6 instaments has message came from icici bank.

          But i didn't received the loan amount in the bank.

          Kind look into it and do the needful.

            Iam a coustomer of india bulls dhani. Iam unable to login to the app kindly find the attached screenshot. I have updated the app, uninstalled and re installed the app but the issue is same kindly look into my issue and resolve on high priority.

            This is not at all fair. I am doing continuous followup and emailing continuously to every one from past 30 days till now nothing action has taken up.

            Everything time when i drop and email you people will say that IT team is working on this issue i am wondering what your IT team is doing this not a fairthing.
            24-48 hrs is acceptable but 30 days with a single issue is not acceptable

            Today i had 1hr 30mins call with coustomer care regarding my issue. Floor manager Mr.Sonu from Hyderabad interacted with me and he is giving false commitments and noting issue has not resolved till now i had same problem iam lodig a complaint to investigates tmy case. But I am getting no replies from them either.
            IndiaBulls is a dangerous company.
            Loan login process done but loan amount still not received when I will get the amount

              My current loan account number is 'hhlsur00373653'. My old loan account number was 'hhlsur00180519'.

              I have taken my home loan in march-2014 and its account number was 'hhlsur00180519'.

              Sales team of indiabulls has cheated me for their benefits and target achivement.

              In october-2017, they have closed my old loan and they have disbursed new cheque so that they can achieve their target without informing me or without my any application. My new loan account number is 'hhlsur00373653'. I am wondering that how indiabulls has allowed them to do such a cheat and how indiabulls has given cheque without my signature.

              They told me that i have to pay approx 12000 rs. As the difference of loan disbursement date and emi date. Why should i pay that money when i didn't apply for that? I should not bare the cost for their mistake and their target completion.

              Even earlier my emi rate was 9.80% and now it is 10.15%. Why i have to bare that cost?

              Their recovery agent is coming at my home and abusing my family members and torturing them. His name is "mehul patel". His contact number is "[protected]". Yesterday he told me, "though sales team has cheated you, you are in benefit. So you have to pay that money otherwise i will do whatever i want and will go legal."
              When i asked him the policy of legal, he told me to find on internet and were talking as if he is the owner of indiabulls.
              He also told me that "ruk, mai tereko teri puri kundli nikal ke deta hu." you can hear that in audio clip as well which is in gujarati language.

              He is torturing me and my family members mentally for 2 emi bounce and that 12000 rs. Which are being reflected as pending amount due to sales staff's mistake.

                  I had booked a 2bhk flat at indiabulls park ii for flat rose 5a-1406. I had done this booking on 1st september, 2018, they took the 1% amount from my credit card of rs.80, 439/-
                  I informed them i would like to cancel the booking on 8th september, 2018 (Within 1-week) due to medical emergency at home. But they refused to refudn the 1% booking amount.

                    Hi team,

                    I recently got a loan sanctioned from the indiabulls housing finance ltd. For the amount of inr 90, 00, 000. Attached is a copy of the sanction letter.

                    However, we would like to get a clarification on the following items which are mentioned in the sanction letter and for which the representatives of indiabulls housing finance ltd. Have been providing insufficient clarification to us till now :-

                    Issue # 1 : as per clause # 13 of the sanction letter, the loan is to be insured mandatorily.
                    Clarification provided by indiabulls representative : for all defence personnel (My father, who is a co-applicant is a serving officer of the indian army) loan insurance is mandatory
                    Clarification required by us: this condition was not disclosed during collection of document. Also, can you please provide the rbi policy which mandates insurance for home loans for defence personnel? Insurances are generally a paid optional service and thus shouldn’t be imposed on the customer. For now, we have been told by the indiabulls representatives to avail an insurance from hdfc by paying inr 1, 68, 118. We believe that this insurance should be optional since it is a paid service.

                    Issue # 2 : as per clause # 6, a legal heir declaration is only required if the age of the property owner exceeds 75 years at the time of loan maturity. At the time of loan amount maturity my father’s age will be 70 and my age will be 40. However, clause # 9 mandates this document. The sanction letter has two clauses which contradict each other.
                    Clarification provided by indiabulls representative : for all defence personnel, because they keep getting transferred, a legal heir declaration is mandatory
                    Clarification required by us : this condition was not disclosed during collection of documents. Also, can you please provide the rbi policy which mandates providing legal heir declaration for defence personnel? The applicant is well within the 75 age limit at the time of loan maturity and thus the sanction letter itself has contradictory clauses.

                    Please address the above queries at the earliest so that we can go ahead with the rest of the loan procedures.

                    But after I used that amount they send mail after 10 days.

                      I had applied for home loan balance transfer and top up. All documents were provided and login was created. File processing was done by mr kumawat, mob [protected] and mr abdul kadeer, mob [protected].
                      Before login id creation they told that interest rate would be 8.45%, later changed to 8.55% and further changed to 8.75%. They told that in addition to my balance loan of approx. 19.8 lacs, i could also take top up o[censored]p to 15 lacs (My monthly take home is approx 2 lacs).
                      After login id creation i received call from the bank and they checked various details, even family details, name and age of family members, my family background, my native place where i was born, my parents details (Name, age, education, occupation, monthly income, agricultural land etc). My son's name, school name and class. Was this really required?
                      The person talking the above finally told that i would get a max of 6 lacs top up in addition to the balance transfer.
                      I told that my 35 lacs is already approved and i have an email, he told that if i took 35 lacs, it would not be considered under home loan and interest rate would be approx 12.5%.
                      I agreed for 6 lacs top up.
                      Surprisingly i did not receive any information after that and i don't know the status whether i will get the loan or not.

                            Hi team,
                            I have booked a home in noida extension and financed it through indiabulls home loan. As per tri-party agreement my actual emi should have been started from september 2108 only (And from the start date of first loan disbursal till september 2018, i. E. Till 18 months only builder was liable to pay the pre emi as it was the subvention plan offered by builder).

                            But bank started deducting pre-emi amount of rs around 20000 per month from last 6 months.in total around they have fraudly deducted around 120000 rs from my account. I wrote this to indiabulls but no positive response. I want this money back.

                              Respected authorities, i m yogesh chandrakant vaishampayan living in nashik, maharashtra, i had taken home loan from you vide account number: hhlnas00237492 dated 31st august 2015, sir i asked your loan officer to put my wife's name along with my name on loan documents and on property documents as well so that to get the incentives under pmay scheme for rs.2.60 lakh. But your loan officer made a mistake and just put my name on property papers. Due to this mistake i can't avail the benefit of pmay. Sir in this connection i am following up your customer care dept. During august 2017 to august 2018, and got the answer that you are disqualified for this scheme. Please note this is not my mistake still i suffered a lot. Sir you're company never mentioned this scheme though this scheme launched in 16june2015 & my loan disbursement was august 2015 sir i m paying since 3years emis, paid lots of interest.                                 This is the repeated second time wherein my mandate deduction for the loan no. #iperdel01131478 from my account just happened for rs. 59, and within the course i got charged with the late payment fees. The same scenario occurred last month, wherein after all the process i paid the amount via net banking. Moreover, i called the helpline and also requested a callback but no event occurred. My mandate status is still shown as active within my profile then why the deduction doesn't occur for the full amount. It's a serious concern.

                                Also, indiabulls is having no ground staff help, all due reaching point is the third party collection agent, who are at the back of you to make the payment without giving the reason about why the mandate deduction occurred only for 59rs and on top of it they are blackmailing as in with the credit score. Please take this case on priority and resolve the concern at earliest.
                                I had almost raised 100 request for call back and also tried several time to talk to the customer service team who are knowledge deficit. No resolution...!!!

                                  I have got loan from indiabulls and ny register number is [protected]. One person from indiabulls customer service have called me on 9thsep and guided me to pay using imps.
                                  I have paid my emi on 9thsep of amount 4974 and shared the transaction id and auto debit was happened on 10thsep from my bank account.
                                  I called customer service people and they asked me to email with statement.
                                  I have emailed on 10th sep.
                                  Still now no reply
                                  What is the solution for my issue.
                                  No response from customer care people
                                  Spoken so many calls

                                  Very bad company to provide loans with high intrest. As i am salaried employee, I have taken 1, 10, 000 for tenure 48 months. intrest rate is 20%, worse provider for loans.

                                    I applied the personal loan on 1st september using the mobile app pl10514102, your team collected the documents on 4th september along with a cheque with the loan amount, and till now no communication from your side.

                                    I have been calling to your call center every 2 days to know the status and they mention that the your application is under verification and that each time i call, do you think verification takes more than 10 days???
