[Resolved] IndiaBulls — disbursement not done for my home loan | |||
I had invested in Singnature Global's Roselia project and availed a loan of 22L from Indiabulls. After making two disbursement till Jun 2018, now they have stopped disbursement. Indiabulls are not disbursing the loan since past 6 months, my builder has placed payment requests which were duly approved by me. On the other side, their EMI and Rates are following a north direction. Now I am constantly getting mails from the builder 'Signature Global' threatening me of late payment charges but Indiabulls has done nothing so far to help me in this concern. Indiabulls manger deny to provide disbursement cheque to builder, but they start deducting my EMI on manufacturing date of Cheque.
