I haven't been through such terrible service, from last 1 month i am trying to close my loan account but this worst company don't even want me to share the forclosure letter and due amount and this cause 2 emi deduction and interest on my amount.
Even at the time of loan they said it will be 22% but they are charging me 35% roi.
Do the needful else idk.

    On november 2nd india bulls has deducted double emi from my account and am contacting them from last 42 days they are not responding and not refunding my money too many emails sent to them with bank statements but it's # company fraud company loan number - pl01788891. Now i have decided to report rbi and consumer court that india bulls do fraud with there customers and they don't even resolve the concern after a complaint.

    In my first complaint I have already mentioned my LOAN account number which is pl01788891 and my contact no is [protected] how can you guys just give a ### excuses that u guys don't have my LOAN account number, as it's already been shared with you .eather you have loted my money and don't want to refund back ... Check the pic in attachment for LOAN number as well in case now you guys will say we are not able to understand .

    It's more then it's now 60 days and my complaint has not resolved yet ..I don't know why you guys are taking casually or this the only way you froud company work like ... Well I regret that I have not checked review for your company you guys have 90% customer those who have complaint regarding the same froud deducted money twice and all but shame on you that u guys are not working on resolving the compliment I am working in genpact India pvt and now I'll circulate this concern in all over genpact on genpact intern portal ... I'll describe whole concern so people won't get suffer the way I am suffering... With your froud company.

    It's been more then 45 days now and not resolved shame on you indiabulls ...when I call on customer care they always say we are working on it.we are escalating it but concern team is not looking in matters so every time of call agent esclate the case to concern department every time.imagine how much I am firsturate I am even because of you guys my cheque has been bounced so I need reimbursement of the amount which u guys have take from my account at the importa time of Diwali festival...

    No response yet from India bulls last time I got a call from a ladie telling me we are working on it .I got call on 12/26/2018 and amount not refunded yet. it's 1/1/2019 lemme know you guys will refund me my 2200 or not so I can cancel my ECS and I'll not going to pay you single penny .

      It was already 2 months over i borrowed a personal loan from indiabulls consumer finance ltd around rs 2 lakhs and it was credited in my bank account on 10th of october 2018. But still now i have not received any loan agreement copy from indiabulls consumer finance ltd. Authority.

      Requesting please assign a loan agreement copy and also share break-up of interest and charges asap.

          This is to confirm you again that the payment failure due to insufficient fund on 02/12/2018, & same i had done manual payment of 6194/- on 3 rd Dec 2018 but still the payment confirmation is not reflecting in your system data base and your collection representative is giving a call back once in a day please find the screen shot of the transactions done of manual payment and also the ECS charges charged of rs 384.61 and it had been charged twice after emi scheduled date.

          Kindly look into this and make the confirmation update to your team ASAP

            I want to know how the bank can reduce already sanctioned loan amount without providing any proper information to the customers. ANd asked the bank people say that its a bank policy. I have not received any written information stating that with the given period of time if the loan is not disbursed the amount can be reduced.

            As i do not have any written confirmation of the same can i take it to the consumer court against the bank.

              Hi,
              This is with regard to Plot loan and home taken India Bulls Bangalore.
              Firstly In Jan2017 I have taken Plot loan from India bulls and immediately on 30th Jan 2017 i have taken construction loan to build a house on same plot and followed by interior loan in Apr 2017. This procedure was recommended by India bulls sales rep and also i was told that end of construction of house the plot loan will be converted to home loan with appropriate home loan interest rate.
              Lately I have realized that they have not converted to home loan and still it was in Plot loan with higher interest rate [12.15% current ongoing]. When I enquired to India bulls team...they are saying I need to give written letter to them with in 3 months of completion of construction stating that my house is constructed on same plot and then they will convert to home loan and that to no change in the Interest rate for now [which is higher 12.15%].
              However, providing letter confirmation was not told to me before ever and not even mentioned in the Loan sanction letters given to me.
              My concern is they have disbursed above 3 loans to me for same plot, with same set of documents and progress of construction and interior proofs taken from their represent. Now how come they claim that i had to give letter to them after completion of construction which they never told me or not mentioned in loan sanction letters.
              Could you advise how to proceed with this situation and possibilities to get the excess interest paid adjusted to my loan.

                It all happened on 16th Nov.. But no NOC letter for me.. And after paying full amount also am getting EMI messages from the company.. The are least bothered about customer. They are time passing telling all nonsense. Don't trust this India bulls..

                    I am a 81 years old senior citizen who is being victimized and taken undue advantage by india bull ventures.

                    India bulls agent coerced and wrongly influenced and enticed me into trading my retirement shares with indianoil. Without my knowledge india bulls mislead me to buy 10, 000 shares on a "5" day margin call at an average of $144/share (Using my existing shares in ioc as collateral).in 3 days the market tanked and prices dropped by rs. 12 per share. I was left with no choice but either to remit rs. 14.4 lakhs in 2 days or pay the share price loss of rs. 62, 275.

                    India bulls charged me another rs. 22, 000 in service charges to buy and sell the 10, 000 ioc shares.in order to avoid any delay charges i promptly made the payment of rs. 84, 275 to india bulls. Despite making timely payment, indiabulls sold off 617 of my retirement shares for about rs. 82, 000.

                    I did not authorize to square off any our positions without my explicit consent. We timely remitted the money by cheque. The cheque dated 25.10.2018 for rs. 84275/= was provided by due date as per communication received from indiabulls and their relationship manager/branch head despite penalty and undue charges imposed by indiabulls. The cheque was paid under protest with the assurance to receive back undue charges raised in the bill. We still paid rs. 3225 with another cheque to avoid any negative deficit. Our relationship manager tells that he has "punched" the cheque since but the payment has not been credited to our account. As a result each day we are being levied delay payment charges for no fault of ours.

                    I request that the entire transaction be reversed and revert my share positions by adding 617 ioc shares to my account. Further i explicitly order that indiabulls close my trading account immediately and not square off any more of my retirement shares to compensate for their dilatory tactics to credit my account.

                    We want our original shares of indian oil numbering 14, 400 should be restored back, maintained securely, safely and "freeze" my account for any future transactions. You are firmly and strongly requested not to trade or touch our shares at any cost with immediate effect especially for indian oil shares numbering 14, 400 shares. This has been personally conveyed to your relation manager mr. Ranjay kumar singh time and again and his manager mr. Sreekant nandalmajan.

                    Indiabulls has not heeded to our pleas and even the letter sent to grievance department on nov. 29th been acted upon. Failure to respond to this complaint will make indiabulls liable for damages and criminal charges. A copy of this complaint letter will be sent to central bureau of investigations https://www.consumercomplaints.in/blue-dart-express-wrong-pin-code-c1879409(CBI)... sebi, delhi police commissioner's office, income tax fraud department and major news networks if you do not take any concrete remedial action in reverting our positions and restoring our account balance to the original number of 14, 400 ioc shares.

                        I applied for loan from india bulls dhani app. Got the loan. Paid 3 installment. 05 dec i paid my fourth installment but it did not reflect in the app. Continiously sending the mails but no one is responding. Even customer care number is also not working. Very disappointed with the team. Is it the way how the work in service industry.

                          Hello Everyone,

                          This has been one of the most frustrated engagement of my life. No one seems to reply respond and the cell number for your sales rep Anuradha has been disconnected for over a month now.

                          Where is my insurance copy ? you’ll have deposited the chq and its cleared but still no one has sent the copy to me. I have been following up with you’ll for a month now but I don’t see any proactive response from the Indiabulls team. I never expected such poor customer support from a entity this large.

                          I have logged several complains and every time I get the same reply “you will get the policy in few day”.

                            I had applied for a loan of 50, 000 from indiabulls. They were deducting the emi on the 05th of every month for the amount of 1750. Last month that is on the 05/11 i did not see the emi being deducted. Thus i called customer care and they informed that it should be deducted soon. Again, i checked the indiabulls app on the 06/11 and it showed that the amount is received. I sent an email to the customer service address mentiond on the india bulls website. Then after 3-4 working days i saw cheque bouncing charges on my application and then i contacted customer care and informed them that i had sufficeint balance in my account. I provided my bank statements over the email to them.in the meanwhile i was contacted by their collections agency and was asked to make a payment and they confirmed that the charges would be resolved. However this has not been done till date.

                            To make matters worse even this month i do not see the emi deducted from my bank and the previous charges are showing as it is.

                              I have made the payment through online to india bulls dhani on dec 5th 2018 an amount of INR 1000 but the payment didn't updated in the india bulls site i want to know the payment status otherwise i want the refund.                                 I have taken personal loan from indiabulls dhani. Even though i have sufficient due amount in my account indiabulls dhani deducting penalty charges, This is the second time india bulls deducted charges from my account. There is no response from Indiabulls dhani. Why should I pay without my fault. There is no response from mail also. Go through this I hope i get my money refund as soon as possible.

                                  And I have applied for pre closure on 29.11.2018 via mail to the service team and there is no proper response from service team and they are not responding well on telephone as well.
                                  Iam hereby requesting you to pre-close the loan Account.

                                  And also interest rates are very high during selling the personal loan they said 16% per annum after sanction they charged 20%.

                                      I have applied loan for rupees 20lakhs and it got sanction on 22nd aug 2018 (Reference no: 1014772) to process this loan amount company charged me rupees of 8320 rs, got detected from my account through chq (Chq no:[protected] after that, in sept 2018 second week when we approached india bulls banjara hills agent (Sreekanth reddy & komma reddy) for releasing the loan amount, and they informed that due to india bulls organisation issue unable to release the amount.

                                      We came to know this before one week of my plot registration, when we approached banjara hills branch manager and explained our situation, manager said that we will cancel the loan and will refund your processing amount (8320/-) and suggested us to go for another bank, because of time crunch no bank assured to process the 20 lakhs amount in one week, no other option so we went for personal loan with high rate of interest.

                                      We submitted cancellation letter on 12th nov 2018 so far processing amount not been received till date and when approached your employee "komma reddy" he is not giving any proper response.in view of the above reasons i have lost my time, money and i faced mental tension to arrange the money in last movement.in this connection please issue my processing amount (8320/-) as early as possible.

                                      Kindly take my issue on high priority and do needful.

                                      Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls. My Interest ROI interest increase from 10.50% to 13.50. I talked to customer care, loan manager and also visit branch many times but they said only one answer "RATE OF INTEREST WILL NOT DECREASE, YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR LOAN TO OTHER BANK, IF YOU WANT". and their forclosure charges is 5%. What the hell.

                                      Worst company ever... Don't Take Loan From Indiabulls and Save your Money.
