My loan application # pl01229219, its more than 2 month now, indiabulls dhani guys have collected my cheque and everything to me. They are only playing with me. Everyday i used to call customer care, but they are still saying within 2 days it will credit, really very worst service from indiabullsdhani. Now they are not crediting the amount aswel as not returning my cheque. Please look into my issue.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I was apply for personal loan from indiabulls dhani app. The loan was sanctioned rs.20000/- & docs was submitted but the loan was not disbursed in my account. I was called to ur customer care but they were said that there was an error in the system. No one was called to me. I wrote a mail to ur customer care service mail id. But no one was responding.
    Please do something about my loan. If you are not disbursed my loan amount then get back my docs to me.

      I see lot of oct/nov complains that indiabulls is increasing home loan interest, i'm one of the victim. I have two issues

      #1 interest rate hike
      Time of signing the agreement i was given 9.2% for my home loan
      Later this happened
      9.2% on sep21st
      9.45% on oct 5th
      11.45% on nov 5th

      Loan account :hhlkuk0047xxxx,
      I'm not able to call customer care from usa and
      I've sent email 3days ago no response yet.

      #2 false advertising

      Also i was told that there will be no part-payment/foreclosure charges by below three people (Have email proof)
      But now in my online account i see that there are prepayment charges applicable if i pay more than certain amount

      Now above indiabulls employees who assist during the documentation process are not even responding to my messages or emails

      '"any prepayment upto 25% of principal outstanding loan amount on the date of prepayment will not attract any prepayment changes within next twelve months from date of such payment
      In case the prepayment amount exceeds 25% of principal outstanding within in twelve months from data of such prepayment then all prepayment amount will attract prepayment changes as stipulated in the schedule as per ihfl policy :""

        Dear sir,

        I have taken 2 housing loans 1. For 17.45 lac with interest rate of 8.55% on 31.07.18 (Loan account no. Hhegug[protected]
        2. For 0.96 lac interest rate of 8.55% on 31.07.18 (Loan account no. Hhegug[protected]

        I am highly disappointed to see that in 3 months only there are 4 interest rate hikes & it have reached to 10.85%. Also by loan term have increased by upto 2 years. I am submitting interest rate change details. To me it seems complete fraud and cheating by company to increase interest rate every 20 days where as rbi have not increased rates such way. I am going to esclate the issue if soloution is not received on immediate basis. I have not considered indiabulls for this ahead of other banks. Details of interest rate changes as under-

        Same issue has happened to me with my Commercial Property Loan.

        Increased Rate of Interest from 10.35% to 13.50%.
        Now i want to Balance Transfer but their forclosure charges is 5% of loan amount.
        What the hell !!! Indiabulls is the biggest fraud and cheating company. It's my biggest mistake to choose Indiabulls.

          Please check the below details:
          Loan Account Number- HHLIND00196051

          Indiabulls revised my home loan amount 10.5 to 13.7.
          I tried to contact with Indiabulls, but nobody response to me properly.
          This is not fair with the customer how we can manage this increase rate, even 13.7 interest rate for home loan is higher then personal loan.
          Previously my experienced not good with some services but this time too much from your side.
          Such a poor service from bank. In future I will never take any type of loan from Indiabulls. "Indiabulls Home Loan" seriously worse service provider company, Its such my big mistake why I choose INDIABULLS for Home Loan.

            I have send mutliple emails and called customer care. My foreclosure cheque was given on 8th oct and 21 days timelines was given for release of documents. Its almost 40 days with no resolution. My poa holder is tired following with them. Elow is the emaul finay sent to grievance cell but they too are not replying.

            Wih so many repeated followup i am not getting satisfactory reply.

            On 8th oct - my property buyers bank presented a cheque of 14.5lakh. Earlier to that i called your customer service team stating that neither my ecs process nor i am able. To pay online.
            They told. Me in 2 -3 days they can confirm. I inturn infirmed them that meanwhile i am going to foeclosure the loan. So later i got an email stating the the amount of pending ecs will also be adjusted.
            Your lower parel branch was informed of my situation that i will be flying on 25th to canada.
            On 18th your branch called and told me that i will have to make a short payment then in 2-4 days the document will be released. But didnt confirm the payment neft details to which i called your customer service. Your customer service team said i am short of 400 rs only to which i got little skeptical and hence tried connecting your lower parel office but in vain they didnt answer calls on monday 22nd. So i visited them and confirmed the amount and also told them about my encounter with your call center.
            I thought my pain of email chains and calls will end post paying 13k via neft but till today i am waitinf for the documents to be released.
            With all your lame responses of 21 days wait, i beleive if a payment is made.. Your team can expedite without so much of mental trouble given in my situation.
            I do not like to escalate to next level but i have lost all of my paitence and hence decided to try escalating my case.

              I have submitted all my papers for disbursement to Indiabulls office sector 63 noida, they told me that they will initiate the disbursement process only after 30th September 2018 but till today i have been chasing them for the same. Builder is charging late penalty on me for not submitting the payment as per demand letter. Now i am stuck from allside, i have no option left to move consumer forum and builder is also saying to cancel the allotment of the flat. I have paid my all harden money to the builder.
              I need my disbursement process to be initiated and if india bulls cannot pay the cheque then they should give us the same in writing. We are paying lots of interest...

                "bad experience with your service"
                After choosing indiabulls as homeloan its my big mistake to go with this company as i am feeling.
                Because after 1 month of loan approval not getting any call and notification from company for my loan.

                My loan representative "prashant joshi" from ahmedabad, india also not receiving my call as his duty is finish after he got all documents from our side.

                Also custom toll free number not receiving call.

                Its really iritatting that you are not getting proper service when you are going for buying dream home.

                    I am really tried with IndiaBulls Issue for last 7-8 months due to rate of interest incurring without any reason and intimate. IndiaBulls now started to playing with all home loan clients. We are facing one more issue of Pre EMI amount of Rs. 8555/- which confirmation mail of reversal the same amount and will credited to my loan account but not yet credited to my loan account. Now I am tried with IndiaBulls and now we are processing for BT.

                    One more intimation for indiabulls: I never missing repayment with any bankers day from starting but indiabulls reported to cibil about delay payment. My life time record is there that I never defaulted in any kind of repayment. all my past repayment 100% on time.

                      Sir my name is sanjeev kumar i borrowed a cash loan of 30000 from your company my loan account number is #ipercha01182266 due date is 2nd of every month due to some financial problems my october month payment is delayed and i paid it on 31st october 2018 your representative whose name is aman called me and says that payment is not updated yet i give all the details to him transaction id and my account statement from which the payment was deducted but he was repeatedly calling again and again for this issue and using abusive language from this number [protected] and he also come to my home with two more boys today and hitted my door that time i was on work and my sister is at home he misbehave with my sister and says (Kha h wo nikalo use ghr se bahr) etc is this is your company policy to behave with customers. I will file a case of harassment against your company for this misbehavior. This is not tolerable kindly give me some solution

                            I have taken personal loan from indiabulls dhani now i want to foreclosure the same but none of customer executive/department of indiabulls is responding me i am continuously following with the customer care from 27th oct 2018. Even though i've sent several emails to dhani for foreclosure no response from them. Kindly help me to close my loan.

                              Dear all,
                              This is to inform you that an check was issued in sep2017 without my knowledge and it got bounced before loan approval. However i paid the required amount and i was assured that this mistake will no be repeated and bouncing charges will be refunded because it is criminal act if anyone trie to get money from account without their concent. This act has ruined my credit history and cibil score.

                              After one year again an esc was issued for those amount which was committed to waived of last year (Bouncing charge) and again i was not informed.
                              This was the second time indiabulls have tried to steal money directly from my account and it got bounced becoz of insufficient balance.
                              I maintain the sufficient balance if i would have informed earlier but it was done without any intimation.
                              I have received notice from my bank (Citi bank) to close my account because it happened twice within year through indiabulls.
                              This is not acceptable at all as indiabulls are trying to ruin my relationship with bank.
                              I would request you to please treat this as criminal offence and take strict action because it is kind of theft from bank account which impacts not only my credit history but cibil score as well.

                                Hi,

                                I have a home loan with indiabulls since an year now. My part payment has been kept on hold for no specific reason. I have been following up with indiabulls but their employees are so irresponsible. They don`t take up calls and respond to my mails. Its since september`18 end i have forwarded them 3 demand letters but there has been no update. Who is going for the interest to the builder on the delayed payment to the builder??? Person who was handling my case has left the organisation. And the person now who has been handed over for the disbursement isnt taking the case responsibly. What a pathetic service!!

                                      In reference to above home loan account number, i have taken a home loan from indiabulls, but now since one month they stop the financing due to their internal issues. Every day i am calling them but not getting response from their officers, now they are saying we may need to wait till feb 2019 which is ridiculous, how we were able to pay the disbursement of builders, who is going to pay late payment changes. No one from indiabulls taking responsibility they are just trying to avoid customers. Not only me but the thousands of customer facing this issue, their grievance team is also giving ridiculous and useless response on email. Please help. My contact number is [protected]. I am in big trouble

                                      Further I like to add on this, In latest disbursement my builder was added late payment charges due to the delay in disbursement of Demand which happen because of Indiabulls team who delayed the disbursement, and release after several follow-up and escalations. I wrote Grievance Team on 6th Nov 2018 till 16th Morning their is no response from them, hence I called them today. Not sure when they resolve the issue. The worst customer support I ever had in my entire life which is Indiabulls. No process, No customer care, Careless Team. Grievance Team is not responding to customer in 10 day times, you can imagine how they are taking customer as a granted. I expect Consumer Forum should highlight this very broadly and pressurize to take appropriate action on concern team. Holding of disbursements of running projects is against the agreement between customer and Indiabulls. See on above complaint they didn't call/revert us till now.

                                      Today I got a call from Grievance team Miss Nikita, and told me that her manager Pravin whoes mobile number is [protected] ask me to bear the late payment internet or I should speak with builder for it waiver, my question to indiabulls why should customer bear the interest for late disbursement happen from the end of Indiabulls, builder has given sufficient time to Indiabulls for disbursement, but due to your internal issues you delayed the disbursement and now asking customer to speak with builder for waivers. And how they play smart not ready to do anything on black and while. But I am warning you this will not work. Don't take me as a granted. Solve my quieries asap and support me in timely disbursement in future .
                                      I request your application for loan regarding but not any reply please help me this regarding I need loan only 40 thousent rupees for 6 months call me please
