In reference to above home loan account number, i have taken a home loan from indiabulls, but now since one month they stop the financing due to their internal issues. Every day i am calling them but not getting response from their officers, now they are saying we may need to wait till feb 2019 which is ridiculous, how we were able to pay the disbursement of builders, who is going to pay late payment changes. No one from indiabulls taking responsibility they are just trying to avoid customers. Not only me but the thousands of customer facing this issue, their grievance team is also giving ridiculous and useless response on email. Please help. My contact number is [protected]. Updated by ashwin22277 Further I like to add on this, In latest disbursement my builder was added late payment charges due to the delay in disbursement of Demand which happen because of Indiabulls team who delayed the disbursement, and release after several follow-up and escalations. I wrote Grievance Team on 6th Nov 2018 till 16th Morning their is no response from them, hence I called them today. Not sure when they resolve the issue. The worst customer support I ever had in my entire life which is Indiabulls. No process, No customer care, Careless Team. Grievance Team is not responding to customer in 10 day times, you can imagine how they are taking customer as a granted. I expect Consumer Forum should highlight this very broadly and pressurize to take appropriate action on concern team. Holding of disbursements of running projects is against the agreement between customer and Indiabulls. See on above complaint they didn't call/revert us till now.

Updated by ashwin22277 Today I got a call from Grievance team Miss Nikita, and told me that her manager Pravin whoes mobile number is [protected] ask me to bear the late payment internet or I should speak with builder for it waiver, my question to indiabulls why should customer bear the interest for late disbursement happen from the end of Indiabulls, builder has given sufficient time to Indiabulls for disbursement, but due to your internal issues you delayed the disbursement and now asking customer to speak with builder for waivers. And how they play smart not ready to do anything on black and while. But I am warning you this will not work. Don't take me as a granted. Solve my quieries asap and support me in timely disbursement in future .
