This is the regarding of home loan interest rate. IndiaBulls suddenly increased my home loan interest rate 9.55% to 11.75% without any prior intimation.
And my month tenure also increased from 224 month to 492 month.

For reference please find attached snapshot.

If IndiaBulls not reduce my interest rate I will be switched to other bank, so look into this issue as soon as possible.br...

But after Few Months they start to sending problems.

They increased 11% ROI from August 2018,
again They increased 12.95 % ROI from Dec 2018,

An amount of ₹4, 58, 325 was to disbursed by 12- jan-2019 and the same was to be paid to gaursons (Builder). The demand letter (Hard copy) for this amount has already been provided to the concerned person and it was provided on 17-dec-2018.
However, a cheque for that amount has not yet been given to me. Whenever i tried to enquire about it, i always got a same response that approval has not been received. And, today, when i tried...

I have asked for fpersonal loan foreclosure link. They have replied that it has been sent separately to my registered email id and mobile # and would need it pay it within two following days. Else there will be interest in daily basis.

But i didn't receive any such email with link. Its so abscure and critical. I have emailed to their customer care. But no responses...

I submitted all required documents for disbursement of my housing loan, as i applied through dubai branch, i got email as well regarding disbursement but still cheque not yet release to builder my loan application number is 888364. Indiabulls cheated with me and wasted mine 1 year
I try to contacted indiabulls representatives but from there also no response as per them indiabulls stop releasing cheque or may be bankrupt...

I wan mentally stressed and without checking rate of interest, took loan from indiabulls. Indiabulls also not check any my income, repayment capacity and sanction loan within half hour which might be against rbi rules.
Anyways, now i realise the emi goes out of my salary and request to customer care to reduce the rate and reduce emi. But they completely reject the appeal....

I took loan in nov 2012 in indiabulls with rate of interest 10.25% later its increased year by year now they are charging 13% for existing customers i decided to transfer my loan to other bank. I requested for foreclouser and list of documents on 12th dec 2018 till now they not even provided one document and called to customer care and visited branch they are least bother about customer service and saying there is...

India bulls is a fraud and cheating people by increasing rate of interest as much as they can and simply saying it is depends up on various factors and different rate of interest to person to person.

I took home loan at 8.4 percent now they changed to 11.9 percent and they are not telling the proper reason.
I am stunning that how can the home loan percent is more than personal loan.

How can we give complaint...

This is for bring in your notice that my personal loan emi deducted from my account 2 times. 1st emi deduct on 11th feb and 2nd is on 12th feb.

The agent of indian tooke 42k from us. My father apply for a loan of rs 5lakh. He assured him u will get a loan just give a security of rs 4k then he said this is a big amount just give 40k for half n hour u will get a loan with in half n hour and he show their indiabulls forms and their no is also shown as a name of indiabulls. So their is no chance to dont believe on him. This happend just a day before. And we borrow a money from someone....

This is to bring to your notice that I have home loan with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited Home loan account number is HHLDCP00210065 and they are increasing Home loan every now and then and my present interest rate is around 10.45% then even though RBI has not increased rate for about 6 months and they are not decreasing it proportionately whenever RBI has cut the interest rate....

INDIABULLS have stopped disbursement of loans. My full EMI is getting deducted by ECS.

My property is under construction and it's been 6 months now the payments have not been Disbursed to developer. Now they can not hold further and I am trying for balance transfer.
