[Resolved]  [protected]@ICICI — refund money

I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on[protected]. It was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.399 which was my recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 399 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any recharge massage from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account.

I was recharge my number RS.399 applied through My JIO App, but payment through BHIM app UPI transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account.

So, please refund my money back to my account

Hi Team, I had made recharge of Rs. 349 for my jio no. When i was recharging i had made payment through upi instead of debit card. My amount was deducted but service was not delivered. When I asked paytm they said money has been sent back. It is showing money has baan transfered to [protected]@icici
Upi refrence id is[protected] . Please have a look and resolve this issue. The recharge was made in 11th of july.
